A third embodiment of the present invention provides a connection device, which includes a first base 10, a second base 20, an electrical conduction module 30, and a connection module.
Referring to fig. 6 and 7, the first base 10 includes a base housing 11 and a sealing ring 12, a base circuit board housing 13 is disposed in the base housing 11, and a base circuit board 131 is disposed in the base circuit board housing. The back surface of the base circuit board 131 is provided with a female needle seat 133 matched with a male needle seat of a display module of the LED display screen, and the front surface is provided with a female needle seat 132 matched with a male needle seat 322 on the conducting circuit board 321.
The second base 20 includes a base housing 21 and a sealing ring 22, a base circuit board housing 23 is disposed in the base housing 21, and a base circuit board 231 is disposed in the base circuit board housing. The back surface of the base circuit board 231 is provided with a female pin seat 233 matched with the male pin seat of the display module of the LED display screen, and the front surface is provided with a female pin seat 232 matched with the male pin seat 323 on the conducting circuit board 321.
The electrical conduction module 30 comprises a conductive circuit board housing 31, a conductive circuit board 321 is arranged in the conductive circuit board housing, a male pin seat 322 is arranged on the conductive circuit board corresponding to the female pin seat of the first base 10, and a male pin seat 323 is arranged on the conductive circuit board corresponding to the female pin seat of the second base 20.
One end of the circuit board housing 31 is provided with a mounting portion 311 which can be mounted on the mounting hole 113 at the end of the first base housing 11 through a rotation shaft, and the other end can be rotated around the rotation shaft to be a free end. In this embodiment, because the plugging process of the male pin holder on the conductive circuit board housing and the female pin holders on the first base and the second base is not vertical, the male pin of the male pin holder and the female pin of the female pin holder in this embodiment may adopt a structure as shown in fig. 8:
the male needle of the male needle seat comprises a male needle head 6211, a male needle shell 6212 and a spring 6213 arranged in the male needle shell 6212, wherein the bottom end of the male needle head 6211 is arranged in the male needle shell 6212, the bottom surface is an inclined surface, and the spring 6213 is propped against the inclined surface;
the female needle of the female needle stand comprises a female needle shell 6311 and a through spring 6312 inside the female needle shell;
when the male needle 6211 and the female needle are mated, the male needle 6211 compresses the through-spring 6312 inside the female needle housing 6311 under the action of the spring 6213 to make an electrical connection.
With continued reference to fig. 7 and 8, the connection module includes a handle 41, a latch 42, a latch post 43, and a retainer 50.
One end of the handle 41 is provided with a circular driving wheel 411, the handle 41 is installed in a circular groove 114 at the end of the first base 10 through the circular driving wheel 411, and can rotate around the center of the circular driving wheel 411, and the circular groove 114 is also provided with a notch required for installing the handle. Specifically, the circular driving wheel 411 is connected to the grip 416 of the handle 41 by side plates 415 having a smaller width than the diameter of the side plates 415, and when the handle is mounted, the side plates 415 of the handle 41 are aligned with the notch of the circular groove 114, and the circular driving wheel 411 is pushed into the circular groove 114 from the side of the circular groove 114, so that the handle 41 can rotate around the center of the circular driving wheel 411 and cannot be separated from the circular groove 114.
The circular driving wheel 411 is provided with a first eccentric hole 412. One end of the lock catch 42 is mounted on the first eccentric hole 412 through the pin shaft 421, and the other end is a free end and is provided with a lock hole. When the handle 41 is required to be locked and unlocked, the handle 41 rotates towards the second base 20, the free end of the lock catch 42 is driven to move towards the lock catch column 43 through the first eccentric hole 412 and is locked with the lock catch column 43 in a matched mode, and when the handle 41 is rotated reversely, the lock catch 42 is driven to release the lock catch column 43 to unlock.
Referring to fig. 9, in the present embodiment, the position of the first eccentric hole 412 satisfies the following conditions: when the latch 42 locks the latch post 43 disposed on the second base 20, the center of the first eccentric hole 412 rotates to the position above the line L connecting the center of the circular driving wheel 411 and the stress point of the latch post 43, so that in the locked state, no matter which direction the latch 42 is pulled, the handle 41 cannot be opened, and the connection module is in a self-locking state and cannot be loosened.
Referring to fig. 11, in practical application, in the locked state, the free end of the lock catch 42 compresses the conductive circuit board housing 31, in order to make the lock catch 42 and the conductive circuit board housing 31 better achieve contact fit, a first inclined plane 312 may be disposed at the free end of the conductive circuit board housing 31, and a second inclined plane 421 is disposed at the free end of the lock catch 42 corresponding to the first inclined plane 312, when the lock catch 42 locks the lock catch post 43, the second inclined plane 421 compresses the first inclined plane 312 of the conductive circuit board housing 31, so that the conductive device cannot be loosened, and normal electrical connection is ensured.
Referring to fig. 6 and 10, the positioning member further includes: dowel pin 51, link 52 and directional movement member 53:
the directional movement member 53 is provided with a guide rail 531, a guide groove 532 is provided on the guide rail 531, and one end of the guide rail 531 is provided with a directional column 533 and a rotating shaft 534, wherein the guide rail 531, the directional column 533 and the rotating shaft 534 are perpendicular to each other.
The circular driving wheel 411 of the handle 41 is also provided with a second eccentric hole 413, and the second eccentric hole 413 is inserted into the guide groove 532 through a bolt 54; the first base housing 11 is provided with an orientation post hole perpendicular to the bottom plane thereof, and the orientation post 533 is fitted to the orientation post hole; the first base housing 11 is further provided with a positioning hole 112 matched with the positioning pin 51, one end of the positioning pin 51 is movably mounted on the rotating shaft 534 through the connecting rod 52, and the other end of the positioning pin passes through the positioning hole 112 of the first base housing 11 to be matched with the positioning hole 212 of the second base housing 21.
With continued reference to fig. 6, when the handle 41 is rotated to a position parallel to the attachment surface of the attachment device (i.e., parallel to the case) during the locking of the attachment device, the directional movement member 53 moves to a position closest to the bottom plane of the first base housing 11, and simultaneously pushes the link 52 to insert the positioning pin 51 into the positioning hole 212 of the second base housing 21, thereby positioning the two case positions.
During the unlocking of the connection means, the handle 41 is rotated to a position substantially perpendicular to the installation surface of the connection means, at this time, the directional movement member 53 is moved to a position away from the bottom plane of the first base housing 11, and the link 52 is pulled to disengage the positioning pin 51 from the positioning hole 212, and at the same time, the connection means is unlocked, the adjacent cases are unlocked, and the cases can be freely taken out from the LED display screen.
In this embodiment, connecting device can switch on the electric connection between the display module of installing on different boxes, only need set up the sealing washer between connecting device and box and with electric conduction module between just can reach good water-proof effects, compare with traditional electric connection who relies on between box power cord and signal line realization module and box, the waterproof butt joint of power and signal connection line between the box has been saved, and save the operation to power and signal connection line and waterproof butt joint, operation flow has been simplified, operating time has been reduced, work efficiency has been improved, production cost and installation maintenance cost have been saved. Meanwhile, when the electric connection is realized, the device can also realize the lock catch connection, and the box body can be quickly assembled and disassembled, so that the whole display screen is convenient to maintain.
On the basis of the foregoing embodiments, a fourth embodiment of the present invention provides an LED display screen, where the LED display screen is formed by splicing display boxes, the display boxes include a box housing 30', a display module is disposed on the front surface of the box housing 30', and adjacent display boxes are mechanically and electrically connected by a connection device such as a first, a second or a third connection device, and one ends of the first electrical connection piece and the second electrical connection piece are respectively connected with a power signal line of the respective box, and the other ends of the first electrical connection piece and the second electrical connection piece are mutually plugged together.
The four sides of the box body shell are provided with at least two sunken platforms which are used for being matched with a first base 10' or a second base 20' of the connecting device, the sunken platforms are symmetrically arranged along a 30' core line in the box body shell, and the first base 10' and the second base 20' of the connecting device are respectively fixed on two adjacent display boxes.
In practical application, a first sealing ring may be disposed between the first base and the display box mounted with the first base, a second sealing ring may be disposed between the second base and the display box mounted with the second base, a third sealing ring may be disposed at an opening of the first base corresponding to the male pin seat of the conductive circuit board, and a fourth sealing ring may be disposed at an opening of the second base corresponding to the male pin seat of the conductive circuit board (see fig. 6 and 8).
