本发明提供了一种无尘加热炉的炉体,炉体包括炉壁,其特征在于,所述炉壁由内到外分为内层、中层、外层,中层位于内层和外层的间隙中,所述内层为陶瓷薄板,所述外层为钢板,中层为填满陶瓷纤维棉的陶瓷纤维布袋,所述陶瓷纤维布袋呈长方体,陶瓷纤维布袋的两侧面分别与内层和外层相贴靠。在高温的炉体中,通过陶瓷薄板将陶瓷纤维阻隔在炉壁中层,没有任何陶瓷纤维棉与炉膛的高温接触,故不会发生结晶粉化,避免炉体内壁因为结晶粉化而布满粉尘,污染炉内环境。

技术领域
本发明属于加热炉技术领域,涉及一种无尘加热炉的炉体。
背景技术
现有的加热炉只有两层结构,内层采用陶瓷纤维毡来为内壁,陶瓷纤维毡具备隔热效果,而外层则用钢板。陶瓷纤维毡采用陶瓷纤维压制而成,在长期高温环境下,陶瓷纤维会发生结晶粉化,导致炉膛内布满粉尘。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对现有的技术存在上述问题,提出了一种无尘加热炉的炉体,采用陶瓷薄板来阻隔陶瓷纤维,防止陶瓷纤维结晶粉化,提高了炉体内的洁净度。
本发明的目的可通过下列技术方案来实现:一种无尘加热炉的炉体,炉体包括炉壁,其特征在于,所述炉壁由内到外分为内层、中层、外层,中层位于内层和外层的间隙中,所述内层为陶瓷薄板,所述外层为钢板,中层为填满陶瓷纤维棉的陶瓷纤维布袋,所述陶瓷纤维布袋呈长方体,陶瓷纤维布袋的两侧面分别与内层和外层相贴靠。
进一步的,所述的陶瓷薄板的厚度为5mm~10mm。
进一步的,所述内层与外层之间间隙为20mm~30mm。
进一步的,陶瓷纤维布袋具有袋口,填满陶瓷纤维棉后由陶瓷纤维绳把袋口扎紧封住。
与现有技术相比,在高温的炉体中,通过陶瓷薄板将陶瓷纤维阻隔在炉壁中层,没有任何陶瓷纤维棉与炉膛的高温接触,故不会发生结晶粉化,避免炉体内壁因为结晶粉化而布满粉尘,污染炉内环境。

以下是本发明的具体实施例并结合附图,对本发明的技术方案作进一步的描述,但本发明并不限于这些实施例。
如图1所示,本无尘加热炉的炉体包括炉壁,所述炉壁由内到外分别为内层1、中层2、外层3,中层2位于内层1和外层3的间隙中,所述内层1为陶瓷薄板,所述外层3为钢板,中层2为填满陶瓷纤维棉22的陶瓷纤维布袋21,所述陶瓷纤维布袋21呈长方体,陶瓷纤维布袋21的两侧面分别与内层1和外层3相贴靠。
所述的陶瓷薄板的厚度为5mm~10mm,所述内层1与外层3之间间隙为20mm~30mm。
陶瓷纤维布袋21具有袋口,填满陶瓷纤维棉22后由陶瓷纤维绳把袋口扎紧封住。
在高温的炉体中,通过陶瓷薄板将陶瓷纤维棉22阻隔在炉壁中层2,没有任何陶瓷纤维棉22与炉膛的高温接触,故不糊发生结晶粉化,避免炉体内壁因为结晶粉化而布满粉尘,污染炉内环境。

1.一种无尘加热炉的炉体,炉体包括炉壁,其特征在于,所述炉壁由内到外分为内层、中层、外层,中层位于内层和外层的间隙中,所述内层为陶瓷薄板,所述外层为钢板,中层为填满陶瓷纤维棉的陶瓷纤维布袋,所述陶瓷纤维布袋呈长方体,陶瓷纤维布袋的两侧面分别于中层和外层相贴靠。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种无尘加热炉的炉体,其特征在于,所述的陶瓷薄板的厚度为5mm~10mm。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种无尘加热炉的炉体,其特征在于,所述内层与外层之间间隙为20mm~30mm。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种无尘加热炉的炉体,其特征在于,陶瓷纤维布袋具有袋口,填满陶瓷纤维棉后由陶瓷纤维绳把袋口扎紧封住。
