Detailed Description
In order to make the aforementioned objects, features and advantages of the present invention comprehensible, embodiments accompanied with figures are described in detail below.
In a refrigeration appliance, an ice-making box is generally used, and ice can be made by using the ice-making box after the temperature of a freezing chamber of the refrigeration appliance reaches below zero. Referring to fig. 1, the ice-making box includes a box body 1 and a mounting portion 2 mounted on the box body 1, and the mounting portion 2 is adapted to be detachably clamped on a peripheral wall of a storage container in a refrigeration device.
Generally, the peripheral wall of a storage container, such as a drawer or a tray, includes two side walls, a front wall and a rear wall, and the ice-making box can be firmly clamped on the side walls and the front wall by the mounting portion 2, which is beneficial to the stability of the box body 1. In particular, when the ice-making box cannot be directly placed on the stored object due to the irregularity of the stored object in the storage container, the ice-making box can be fixed on the peripheral wall of the storage container to normally work. Moreover, the box body 1 can maintain a horizontal position, so that the problem of water overflow when the box body is placed is avoided, the consistency of the size of the ice cubes to be made is ensured, and the use is convenient.

The mounting portion 2 may be fixed to an outer peripheral wall of the case 1 (the outer peripheral wall is hidden from view in fig. 1). Therefore, the installation part 2 does not need to be fixed in the arrangement area of the box body 1, the installation part 2 does not occupy the internal space of the box body 1, and the internal space of the box body 1 is not occupied and damaged. Particularly, the mounting part 2 is fixed on the peripheral wall of the box body 1, and can adopt a gluing process without damaging the box body 1.
The mounting part 2 has a clamping section 2a adapted to be clamped to a peripheral wall of the storage container, and the mounting part 2 may be fixed to the peripheral wall of the box body 1 by the clamping section 2 a. This allows the outer peripheral wall of the box body 1 and the peripheral wall of the storage container to have an overlapping area, and there is no difference in distance between the box body 1 and the peripheral wall of the storage container, thereby keeping the center of gravity of the box body 1 stable.
Further, the clamping section 2a may include a fixing section (hidden from view in fig. 1) projectively overlapping with the peripheral wall of the cassette 1 and an extension section 2aa extending from the fixing section in the width direction of the cassette 1, wherein the fixing section and the peripheral wall of the cassette 1 projectively overlap, including completely or partially overlap. In this case, there may be no projection overlap between the peripheral wall where the extension section 2aa and the clamping section 2a are located, and the clamping section 2a may be slightly wider than the box body 1, and when in use, the clamping contact area of the clamping section 2a and the peripheral wall of the storage container may be increased, so that the ice making box is in closer contact with the peripheral wall of the storage container, and the ice making box may be kept more stably fixed, especially embodied in the case that there is water in the box body 1 and the weight is larger.
The mounting portion 2 may be flush with the bottom surface 10 of the case 1. This allows the ice-making housing to be placed on a horizontal surface as is customary in conventional use, while remaining stable.
Referring to fig. 1, the mounting part 2 may include a first clamping part 21 and a second clamping part 22, and the mounting part 2 is adapted to clamp a peripheral wall of the storage container by the first clamping part 21 and the second clamping part 22. In the use process, the first clamping part 21 and the second clamping part 22 clamp and press the peripheral wall of the storage container to realize fixation. At this time, the clamping section 2a of the mounting part 2 may include: a first clamping section 21a (see fig. 2) provided in the first clamping portion 21 and a second clamping section 22a (see fig. 3) provided in the second clamping portion 22. When the holding section 2a is fixed to the case 1, it may include that the first holding section 21a is fixed to the peripheral wall of the case 1 or in other embodiments, the second holding section is fixed to the peripheral wall of the case. Accordingly, one of the first and second clamping portions 21 and 22 is fixed to the case 1.
Referring to fig. 1, the first clamping portion 21 and the second clamping portion 22 are disposed opposite to each other to form a cavity region 2b and a clamping region (the clamping region is only shown when the first clamping section 21a and the second clamping section 22a are separated, and thus is not visible in fig. 1) therebetween, and the clamping region is closer to the bottom surface 10 of the case body 1 than the cavity region 2 b. The peripheral wall edge of the storage container has different shapes and sizes, and is thicker than the central area of the peripheral wall, or has a flange. Further, the cavity region 2b may partially overlap with the case body 1 in the height direction of the case body 1, thereby reducing or even avoiding a portion of the cavity region 2b away from the outer peripheral wall of the case body 1, preventing the cavity region 2b from interfering with the inner wall of the storage compartment of the refrigeration appliance when in use.
The first and second clamping portions 21 and 22 each comprise an arc-shaped segment, and the notches of the arc-shaped portions are oppositely arranged to form the cavity region 2 b. Specifically, the first clamping portion 21 is provided with a first arc-shaped section 21b, and the first arc-shaped section 21b is connected with the first clamping section 21 a; the second clamping portion 22 is provided with a second arc-shaped section 22b, and the second arc-shaped section 22b connects the second clamping sections 22 a. The first arc-shaped section 21b and the second arc-shaped section 22b are formed by opposing respective notches.
The first and second clamping portions 21 and 22 are each provided with a clip and the clips are arranged opposite to each other to form a clamping area. Referring to fig. 2 in combination, the first clamping portion 21 is provided with a first clamping section 21a, and the first clamping section 21a is a clamping piece. Referring to fig. 3 in combination, the second clamping portion 22 is provided with a second clamping section 22a, and the second clamping section 22a is a clip. The clamping piece structure is selected, the relative area between the first clamping section 21a and the second clamping section 22a is large, so that the contact area of the first clamping section and the peripheral wall of the storage container is large, the clamping firmness and the reliability of the ice making box are better, and the ice making box can be better kept horizontally stable.
Referring to fig. 4, the mounting portion 2 may further include a pin 23 and a torsion spring 24, wherein the pin 23 passes through the first clamping portion 21, the second clamping portion 22 and the torsion spring 24. The first clamping portion 21 and the second clamping portion 22 each include an operation section and a clamping section, wherein, referring to fig. 2 and 3 in combination, the operation section includes a first operation section 21c disposed on the first clamping portion 21 and a second operation section 22c disposed on the second clamping portion 22. Referring to fig. 1 in combination, the respective operation sections of the first and second clamping portions 21 and 22 are respectively abutted against the two torsion arms 240 of the torsion spring 24 to be opened, so that the respective clamping sections are pressed together. Thus, in the initial position, the torsion spring 24 applies the elastic force to the first and second operating sections 21c and 22c by the two torsion springs 240, and the elastic force is transmitted to the first and second clamping sections 21a and 22a so that the two are pressed together. In use, the first operating section 21c and the second operating section 22c may be pressed toward each other, and the first operating section 21c and the second operating section 22c are made to approach against the elastic force of the torsion spring 24, so that the first clamping section 21a and the second clamping section 22a are expanded to clamp the peripheral wall of the storage container.
When the first clamping portion 21 is further provided with the first arc-shaped section 21b and the second clamping portion 22 is further provided with the second arc-shaped section 22b, the pin 24 passes between the first arc-shaped section 21b and the first operating section 21c, and between the first arc-shaped section 22b and the second operating section 22 c. When the first clamping portion and the second clamping portion do not comprise the arc-shaped section respectively, the pin shaft penetrates through the space between the operation section and the clamping section of each clamping portion.
The first operation segment 21c and the second operation segment 22c may be in the shape of a sheet, and the torsion arm 240 is supported on the surface of the sheet. This facilitates the handling by the operator.
In addition to relying on the torsion spring 24, in one variation, the first and second clamping portions may have elasticity that can expand in tension to clamp the peripheral wall. In the initial position, the first and second clamping portions are clamped together. When the storage container is used, the first clamping part and the second clamping part are operated to be opened to generate elastic deformation, so that the peripheral wall of the storage container can be clamped.
Referring to fig. 1, the cartridge 1 may include a plurality of water containing segments 1a for containing water. In this way, a plurality of small ice cubes can be formed individually.

Claims (11)
1. A refrigerating appliance comprises a storage container and an ice-making box, wherein the ice-making box comprises a box body (1) and a mounting part (2) mounted on the box body (1), and is characterized in that the mounting part (2) is suitable for being detachably clamped on the peripheral wall of the storage container;
the mounting part (2) comprises a first clamping part (21) and a second clamping part (22), and the mounting part (2) is suitable for clamping the peripheral wall of the storage container through the first clamping part (21) and the second clamping part (22); first clamping part (21) and second clamping part (22) set up relatively and form cavity district (2b) and clamping area between the two, clamping area is close to than cavity district (2b) bottom surface (10) of box body (1), cavity district (2b) is higher than box body (1).
2. The refrigeration appliance according to claim 1, wherein the mounting portion (2) is fixed to an outer peripheral wall of the case (1).
3. The refrigeration appliance according to claim 2, wherein the mounting portion (2) has a clamping section (2a) adapted to be clamped to a peripheral wall of the storage container, the mounting portion (2) being fixed to the peripheral wall of the box body (1) by the clamping section (2 a).
4. The refrigeration appliance according to claim 3, wherein the holding section (2a) comprises a fixing section projectively overlapping the outer peripheral wall and an extension section (2aa) extending from the fixing section in the width direction of the box body (1).
5. The refrigeration appliance according to claim 1, wherein the mounting portion (2) is flush with the bottom surface (10) of the box (1).
6. The refrigerator as claimed in claim 1, characterized in that the cavity region (2b) and the box body (1) at least partially overlap in the height direction of the box body (1).
7. The refrigerator appliance according to claim 1, wherein the first and second clamping portions (21, 22) each comprise an arc-shaped section (21b,22b), and the notches of the arc-shaped sections (21b,22b) are oppositely arranged to form the cavity region (2 b).
8. A refrigerator appliance according to claim 1, wherein the first clamping portion (21) and the second clamping portion (22) are each provided with a clip and the clips are oppositely arranged to form a clamping zone.
9. The refrigeration appliance according to claim 1, wherein the mounting portion (21) further comprises a pin (23) and a torsion spring (24), the pin (23) passing through the first clamping portion (21), the second clamping portion (22) and the torsion spring (24);
the first clamping portion (21) and the second clamping portion (22) respectively comprise an operation section (21c,22c) and a clamping section (21a,22a), the operation sections (21c,22c) of the first clamping portion (21) and the second clamping portion (22) are respectively abutted with two torsion arms (240) of the torsion spring (24) to be opened, and the clamping sections (21a,22a) are respectively pressed together.
10. The refrigeration appliance according to claim 1, wherein said first and second clamping portions have elasticity and can be expanded in a tensioned state to clamp the peripheral wall of said storage container.
11. The refrigerator as claimed in claim 1, wherein the cartridge (1) comprises a plurality of water containing segments (1a) for containing water.
