the anti-theft foundation bolt for the iron tower comprises an embedded part (1), a screw rod (21) fixedly connected to the embedded part (1) and a fastening nut (22) in threaded connection with the screw rod (21), wherein a radial hole (211) formed in the peripheral surface of the screw rod (21) is formed in one side, far away from the embedded part (1), of the fastening nut (22), a taper pin (23) with one end extending out of the radial hole (211) is inserted into the radial hole (211), one end, extending out of the radial hole (211), of the taper pin (23) can abut against the fastening nut (22), one end, inserted into the radial hole (211), of the taper pin (23) is provided with a limiting hole (231), an axial hole (212) capable of being communicated with the limiting hole (231) is formed in the tail end of the screw rod (21), and an axial pin (24) with the tail end flush with the tail end of the screw rod (21) when the axial hole, the axial pin (24) is connected with the axial hole (212) in an interference fit mode; one end of the conical pin (23) extending out of the radial hole (211) is provided with a straight groove (232), and the length direction of the straight groove (232) is the same as the axial direction of the limiting hole (231); the circumferential surface of one end, extending out of the radial hole (211), of the conical pin (23) is provided with a mark groove (233), the conical pin (23) is inserted into the radial hole (211), and when the mark groove (233) is flush with the outer end of the radial hole (211), the axis of the limiting hole (231) and the axis of the axial hole (212) are located on the same vertical surface;
the method is characterized by comprising the following steps:
step 1, ranging: firstly, measuring the height of the anti-theft bolt screw rod (21) exposed out of the ground according to the thickness of a footing of an iron tower to be connected and the thickness of a fastening nut (22), and coating a mark on the screw rod (21);
step 2, pre-embedding the pre-embedding part (1) of the anti-theft foundation bolt: when the pile foundation is poured, vertically embedding the embedded part (1) of the anti-theft bolt into the pile foundation downwards, enabling the mark coated on the screw rod (21) in the step (1) to protrude 1-2cm above the upper surface of the pile foundation, and after the pile foundation is solidified, enabling the part of the screw rod (21) of the anti-theft bolt protruding out of the surface of the pile foundation to be the part of the anti-theft bolt used for connecting the bottom feet of the iron tower;
step 3, mounting of iron tower footing: sleeving the screw rod (21) protruding out of the surface of the pile foundation in the step 2 by using a gasket until the upper surface of the gasket on the uppermost layer is flush with the mark coated on the circumferential surface of the screw rod (21) in the step 1, and sleeving the bottom of the iron tower on the screw rod (21) of which the anti-theft bolt protrudes out of the surface of the pile foundation;
and 4, mounting a fastening nut (22): sleeving a bottom foot and a base plate of the iron tower on the screw rod (21), and then installing a fastening nut (22);
step 5, inserting the tapered pin (23): inserting the tapered pin (23) into a radial hole (211) of the screw rod (21), enabling a straight groove (232) at the outer end of the tapered pin (23) to be vertical, and enabling an identification groove (233) on the peripheral surface of the tapered pin (23) to be flush with the outer end of the radial hole (211);
step 6, inserting the axial pin (24): the axial pin (24) is aligned with the axial hole (212), then the axial pin (24) is knocked by external equipment, and the axial pin (24) is inserted into the axial hole (212) and the limiting hole (231) of the tapered pin (23) until the tail end of the axial pin (24) is flush with the tail end of the screw rod (21).
2. The use method of the anti-theft anchor bolt for the iron tower according to claim 1, characterized in that: a first guide groove (213) is formed in the outer side of the axial hole (212).
