Abstract
The invention relates to the field of down feather processing auxiliary devices, in particular to cleaning equipment for down feather processing, which comprises a bottom plate, a cleaning cylinder and a collecting box, wherein the collecting box is positioned on the bottom plate, the cleaning cylinder is positioned above the collecting box and is arranged on the bottom plate through a support, a cleaning mechanism is arranged in the cleaning cylinder, water tanks are arranged on two sides of the cleaning cylinder, the water tanks are connected on the bottom plate through a support frame, and the cleaning mechanism is connected with a driving mechanism arranged on the support frame. The invention solves the problems that when strong adhesive substances are adsorbed on down feather in the existing down feather processing and cleaning process, a stirrer cannot be well cleaned and needs to be manually cleaned for the second time. On the other hand, the invention has simple operation and convenient maintenance and repair of the structural design.

Background
The down feather is a reed-flower-shaped down feather growing on the abdomen of the goose and the duck, and as the down feather is an animal protein fiber, tens of millions of triangular tiny air holes are densely distributed on the spherical fiber, the down feather can contract and expand along with the change of air temperature, and the temperature adjusting function is generated.
The feather purchased just now generally has impurities, dust, bacteria and some irritating peculiar smells, so the feather needs to be cleaned before processing, and the traditional cleaning mode is to clean the feather through a stirrer and comprises supporting legs, a bottom plate, a fixed cylinder horizontally arranged on the upper part of the bottom plate, a roller arranged in the inner cavity of the fixed cylinder, a speed regulating motor driving the roller to rotate and a feather loosening device arranged on the fixed cylinder. The cleaning mode can effectively remove most impurities, dust, bacteria and the like in the down feather; however, when strong adhesive substances are adsorbed on the down feather, the down feather cannot be removed from the down feather by the stirrer, and the phenomenon of incomplete cleaning still exists; the secondary cleaning is needed manually, so that the production cost is increased and the production efficiency is reduced.

As shown in fig. 1 and 2, a gear ring 21 matched with the cleaning mechanism is arranged in the cleaning cylinder 2, and a feed inlet 2a for feeding down feather and a discharge outlet 2b for discharging cleaned down feather are correspondingly arranged above and below the cleaning cylinder 2.
The cleaning mechanism comprises a first toothed roller 4 horizontally arranged in the cleaning barrel 2, a rotating shaft 41 horizontally penetrating through the cleaning barrel 2 is arranged on the first toothed roller 4, a second toothed roller 5 is further arranged between the first toothed roller 4 and the inner wall of the cleaning barrel 2, the second toothed roller 5 is respectively meshed with the inner wall of the cleaning barrel 2 and the first toothed roller 4, water pipelines 41a communicated with the water tank 6 are arranged on two sides of the rotating shaft 41, the rotating shaft 41 is connected with the driving mechanism, and when the first toothed roller 4 rotates, the second toothed roller 5 can rotate around the first toothed roller 4 and can automatically rotate simultaneously, so that the down feather can be rubbed in the rotating process, and strong adhesive substances adsorbed on the down feather can be rubbed off.
The driving mechanism comprises a first gear 7 arranged on the rotating shaft 41, a second gear 8 meshed with the first gear 7, and a servo motor 9 driving the second gear 8 to rotate and arranged on the support frame 10.
