Abstract

Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of printing equipment, and particularly relates to a novel plate cylinder.
Background
The traditional plate cylinder directly makes the graph and text to be printed on the surface of the cylinder body of the plate cylinder, so that each time the plate is changed, the plate cylinder needs to be changed once, and hundreds of plate cylinders are needed in a printing factory, so that the cost is too high and the space in the factory is occupied.

Further, a plurality of positioning grooves are formed in the surface of the roller body, and a plurality of positioning protrusions are correspondingly formed in the lower surface of the printing plate.

The novel plate cylinder comprises a supporting shaft 1, a cylinder body 2 fixed on the supporting shaft 1 and a printing plate 3, wherein a plurality of mutually parallel strip-shaped holes 8 are axially formed in the surface of the cylinder body 2, a positioning screw hole 7 which is perpendicular to and communicated with the strip-shaped holes 8 is formed in the side surface of the cylinder body 2, and a positioning screw 5 is arranged in the positioning screw hole 7; the two ends of the printing plate 3 are provided with a plurality of strip-shaped blocks 4 which are correspondingly inserted into the strip-shaped holes 8, and the strip-shaped blocks 4 are provided with through holes 6 with the same size as the positioning screw holes 7; the positioning screw rod 5 passes through the through hole 6 on the strip-shaped block 4 and is connected in the positioning screw hole 7 in a threaded manner.
