Abstract
本发明公开了一种磷化甲醛吸附材料及其制备方法,该磷化甲醛吸附材料是由下述重量份的原料组成的:磷化液10‑14、脂肪酸聚乙二醇酯1‑2、竹炭粉100‑102、乙二胺2‑3、干酪素1‑5、乳糖酸钙3‑5、甲基丙烯酸甲酯2‑4。本发明以三氯化磷为原料改性竹炭粉,有效的提高了竹炭粉的表面疏水性能,提高了吸附效果。

技术领域
本发明属于吸附材料领域,具体涉及一种磷化甲醛吸附材料及其制备方法。
背景技术
目前,国内外空气净化器普遍采用的净化技术主要有:紫外线净化、光触媒净化、等离子体净化、过滤净化、静电集尘、吸附净化、负离子净化、臭氧净化、分子络合等方法。在这些空气净化技术中,使用吸附原理净化空气是一项历史悠久的技术。活性炭是最常用的吸附剂,对室内多种有害气体都有一定的吸附作用,但它存在吸附量小、易饱和、易解吸等缺点,而且对室内主要污染物甲醛吸附效果有限,并且不能杀菌。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于针对现有技术的缺陷和不足,提供一种磷化甲醛吸附材料及其制备方法。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用以下技术方案:
一种磷化甲醛吸附材料,它是由下述重量份的原料组成的:
磷化液10-14、脂肪酸聚乙二醇酯1-2、竹炭粉100-102、乙二胺2-3、干酪素1-5、乳糖酸钙3-5、甲基丙烯酸甲酯2-4。
所述的磷化液的制备方法为:
取3-4重量份的三氯化磷,加入到其重量10-20倍的去离子水中,加入0.1-0.2重量份的丙酸钙,搅拌均匀,即得。
所述磷化甲醛吸附材料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)取竹炭粉、乙二胺混合,在50-55℃下保温搅拌20-30分钟,加入到混合料重量4-9倍的去离子水中,搅拌均匀,得胺溶液;
(2)取乳糖酸钙,加入到其重量5-7倍的无水乙醇中,搅拌均匀,加入脂肪酸聚乙二醇酯,搅拌均匀,得醇分散液;
(3)取上述磷化液、醇分散液混合,搅拌均匀,在90-95℃下保温搅拌1-2小时,加入上述胺溶液,搅拌至常温,与剩余各原料混合,搅拌均匀,抽滤,将沉淀水洗,常温干燥,即得所述磷化甲醛吸附材料。
本发明的优点
本发明以三氯化磷为原料改性竹炭粉,有效的提高了竹炭粉的表面疏水性能,提高了吸附效果。
具体实施方式
实施例1
一种磷化甲醛吸附材料,它是由下述重量份的原料组成的:
磷化液14、脂肪酸聚乙二醇酯2、竹炭粉102、乙二胺3、干酪素5、乳糖酸钙5、甲基丙烯酸甲酯4。
所述的磷化液的制备方法为:
取4重量份的三氯化磷,加入到其重量20倍的去离子水中,加入0.2重量份的丙酸钙,搅拌均匀,即得。
所述磷化甲醛吸附材料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)取竹炭粉、乙二胺混合,在55℃下保温搅拌30分钟,加入到混合料重量9倍的去离子水中,搅拌均匀,得胺溶液;
(2)取乳糖酸钙,加入到其重量7倍的无水乙醇中,搅拌均匀,加入脂肪酸聚乙二醇酯,搅拌均匀,得醇分散液;
(3)取上述磷化液、醇分散液混合,搅拌均匀,在95℃下保温搅拌2小时,加入上述胺溶液,搅拌至常温,与剩余各原料混合,搅拌均匀,抽滤,将沉淀水洗,常温干燥,即得所述磷化甲醛吸附材料。

1.一种磷化甲醛吸附材料,其特征在于,它是由下述重量份的原料组成的:
磷化液10-14、脂肪酸聚乙二醇酯1-2、竹炭粉100-102、乙二胺2-3、干酪素1-5、乳糖酸钙3-5、甲基丙烯酸甲酯2-4。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种磷化甲醛吸附材料,其特征在于,所述的磷化液的制备方法为:
取3-4重量份的三氯化磷,加入到其重量10-20倍的去离子水中,加入0.1-0.2重量份的丙酸钙,搅拌均匀,即得。
3.一种如权利要求1所述磷化甲醛吸附材料的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)取竹炭粉、乙二胺混合,在50-55℃下保温搅拌20-30分钟,加入到混合料重量4-9倍的去离子水中,搅拌均匀,得胺溶液;
(2)取乳糖酸钙,加入到其重量5-7倍的无水乙醇中,搅拌均匀,加入脂肪酸聚乙二醇酯,搅拌均匀,得醇分散液;
(3)取上述磷化液、醇分散液混合,搅拌均匀,在90-95℃下保温搅拌1-2小时,加入上述胺溶液,搅拌至常温,与剩余各原料混合,搅拌均匀,抽滤,将沉淀水洗,常温干燥,即得所述磷化甲醛吸附材料。
