Disclosure of Invention
One of the technical problems to be solved by the invention is to provide a filter material with large air inlet area and capable of greatly increasing air inlet amount.
In order to solve the technical problems, the invention provides a filter material with the following structure: including all being used for filtering the corrugated sheet metal of impurity in the air, bottom plate and a plurality of filter, corrugated sheet metal is connected on the bottom plate, corrugated sheet metal is including a plurality of crest and a plurality of trough, form first ventilation groove between two adjacent crest, form the second ventilation groove between two adjacent trough, one of them is as the air inlet tank in first ventilation groove and the second ventilation groove, another then is the air outlet tank, the one end of air inlet tank is the air inlet, its other end is provided with the seal structure that makes unfiltered air can not directly go out from the air inlet tank, filter sets up in the air outlet tank one end department with the air inlet one end for the filtration enters into the air outlet tank from this end, the air outlet tank other end is the gas outlet.
After adopting above-mentioned structure, compared with prior art, the filter material of the invention has the following advantages: the filter piece is arranged at one end of the air outlet groove at the same end as the air inlet, so that the air inlet of the air inlet groove can be filled with air, and the air inlet of the air outlet groove at the same end as the air inlet can be filled with air, so that the air inlet area of the filter material is greatly increased, and the air inflow of the filter material is greatly increased; the filter element can filter the air to remove impurities, so that the condition that unfiltered air directly enters the air outlet groove is avoided.
The filtering material of the invention, wherein the corrugated sheet and the bottom plate are both made of metal woven mesh.
The corrugated sheet and the bottom plate made of the metal woven mesh not only have higher mechanical strength and overall rigidity, so that the mesh shapes of the corrugated sheet and the bottom plate can be kept stable for a long time, but also have self-cleaning function along with vibration in the running process of equipment, jolt up and down in the running process of a vehicle and the like when the equipment is vertically arranged for use.
The filter material of the invention, wherein the filter element is made of sintered porous material.
The filter element made of the sintered porous material not only can play a role in filtering air, but also has higher mechanical strength and overall rigidity, so that the pore shape of the filter element can be kept stable for a long time, and the long-time stable use of the filter material can be ensured.
The filter material is characterized in that the filter element is positioned in the air outlet groove, the circumferential side wall of the filter element is in sealing connection with the groove wall of the air outlet groove through sealant, and air can pass through the filter element and enter the air outlet groove.
The connecting structure between the filtering piece and the air outlet groove is convenient for connecting the filtering piece and the air outlet groove, is convenient to manufacture, and has good sealing performance, besides, after the filtering piece and the corrugated sheet are bonded together, the corrugated sheet can be supported and shaped, so that the condition that the corrugated sheet at one end of the air inlet is pressed and deformed can be effectively avoided, and the normal use of the filtering material is ensured.
The filter material provided by the invention has the advantages that the length of the filter element is 4-30 mm.
The length of the filtering piece is controlled to be 4-30 mm, so that the mechanical strength and the integral rigidity of the filtering piece can be effectively ensured, the occurrence of the condition that the filtering piece is pressed and deformed is avoided, and the corrugated sheet can be better supported and shaped, thereby effectively avoiding the occurrence of the condition that the corrugated sheet at one end of the air inlet is pressed and deformed, and ensuring the normal use of the filtering material; meanwhile, the condition that the air inlet area of the filter element is reduced due to the fact that the sealant is extruded to the end face of the filter element due to the fact that the sealant is too much when the filter element is adhered to the air outlet groove can be avoided, and the air inlet area of the filter material can be effectively guaranteed, and therefore the air inlet amount of the filter material is greatly increased.
The cross section of the filter element is isosceles triangle.
The filtering piece with the structure has high mechanical strength, and the circumferential side wall of the filtering piece and the groove wall of the air outlet groove can form a smaller gap, so that the gap can be used for accommodating more sealant, the bonding firmness of the filtering piece and the corrugated sheet can be increased, and a certain deformation space can be provided for the corrugated sheet when the corrugated sheet is pressed or bent and deformed, so that the filtering piece and the corrugated sheet can be effectively prevented from being degummed and separated when the corrugated sheet is pressed or bent and deformed.
The filtering material is characterized in that the filtering piece is made of a metal woven net, and the outer edge part of the filtering piece is connected with one end of an air outlet groove at the same end of the air inlet, so that the opening of the air outlet groove at the end is completely covered by the filtering piece.
The filtering piece is simple in structure and low in manufacturing cost, and the filtering piece and the corrugated thin plate and/or the bottom plate can be connected in a welding mode, a sealing adhesive bonding mode and the like, so that the assembly is simple and convenient.
The filter material provided by the invention is characterized in that the first ventilation groove is an air outlet groove, and the second ventilation groove is an air inlet groove.
The structure ensures that the filtering material of the invention can be connected with the base plate by the conventional corrugated sheet and then the filtering piece is connected with the corrugated sheet during manufacturing, thereby greatly facilitating the manufacturing of the filtering material of the invention and greatly reducing the manufacturing difficulty of the filtering material of the invention.

In order to solve the technical problems, the invention provides an air filter element with the following structure: the filter comprises at least two filter materials, all the filter materials are sequentially stacked, and a bottom plate in the filter material on the upper layer or the outer layer is connected with a corrugated sheet in the filter material on the lower layer or the inner layer.
By adopting the structure, compared with the prior art, the air filter element has the advantages that the air inlet area is large, and the air inlet amount is greatly improved.
The invention aims to solve the other technical problem of providing an air filter element with large air inlet area and capable of greatly increasing air inlet amount.
In order to solve the technical problems, the invention provides an air filter element with the following structure: the filter material is wound into at least two layers of structures, the corrugated thin plates are outwards arranged, and the bottom plate in the outer layer of filter material is connected with the corrugated thin plates in the inner layer of filter material.
By adopting the structure, compared with the prior art, the air filter element has the advantages that the air inlet area is large, and the air inlet amount is greatly improved.

The filter material and the air filter element according to the invention will be described in further detail with reference to the accompanying drawings and the detailed description.
In the description of the present invention, unless otherwise indicated, the terms "upper," "lower," "left," "right," "front," "rear," "inner," "outer," and the like are used for convenience in describing the present invention and simplifying the description based on the orientation or state relationship shown in the drawings, and do not denote or imply that the mechanisms or components referred to must have a specific orientation, be constructed and operated in a specific orientation, and thus should not be construed as limiting the present invention.
In the description of the present invention, it should be noted that, unless explicitly stated and limited otherwise, the term "connected" should be interpreted broadly, and for example, it may be a fixed connection, a removable connection, or an integral connection; can be directly connected or indirectly connected through an intermediate medium. The specific meaning of the above terms in the present invention will be understood in specific cases by those of ordinary skill in the art.
Example 1:
as shown in fig. 1, 2 and 4, the present embodiment discloses a filter material comprising a corrugated sheet 1, a bottom plate 2 and a plurality of filter members 3 each for filtering impurities in air, wherein the "corrugated" also includes a corrugated-like shape such as a wavy shape, a regular repeatedly folded shape, etc., and also includes a shape formed by further deforming the corrugated sheet 1 of the above-mentioned shape after being pressed; the corrugated sheet 1 comprises a plurality of wave crests 4 and a plurality of wave troughs 5, the wave crests 4 and the wave troughs 5 extend straight from one end of the corrugated sheet 1 to the other end of the corrugated sheet 1, the corrugated sheet 1 is connected to the bottom plate 2, a first ventilation groove 6 is formed between two adjacent wave crests 4, a second ventilation groove 7 is formed between two adjacent wave troughs 5, one of the first ventilation groove 6 and the second ventilation groove 7 serves as an air inlet groove, the other one serves as an air outlet groove, one end of the air inlet groove serves as an air inlet 9, the other end of the air inlet groove is provided with a sealing structure which enables unfiltered air not to directly go out of the air inlet groove, the filter 3 is arranged at one end of the air outlet groove at the same end as the air inlet 9, the filter 3 is used for filtering air entering the air outlet groove from the end, and the other end of the air outlet groove serves as an air outlet 10.
The lower end of the corrugated sheet 1 positioned at the trough 5 is connected to the bottom plate 2, and the connection mode between the corrugated sheet and the bottom plate can be bonding through sealant; of course, when the corrugated sheet 1 and the bottom plate 2 are both made of metal or alloy materials, the connection between them can also be welded.
In the present embodiment, the corrugated sheet 1 and the bottom plate 2 are both made of a metal mesh, such as a stainless steel mesh, a copper alloy mesh, or the like, preferably a stainless steel mesh; the corrugated sheet and the bottom plate made of the stainless steel woven mesh not only have higher mechanical strength and overall rigidity, so that the mesh shapes of the corrugated sheet and the bottom plate can be kept stable for a long time, but also have self-cleaning function along with vibration in the running process of equipment, jolt up and down in the running process of a vehicle and the like when the equipment is vertically arranged and used; in addition, the stainless steel woven mesh is also high-temperature resistant, corrosion resistant and wide in applicability.
Of course, the corrugated sheet 1 and the bottom plate 2 can also be made of filter materials such as glass fiber paper, wood pulp paper and the like, and the filter materials are not high-temperature resistant and corrosion resistant, but have low cost, are suitable for being used in a low-temperature environment, and can reduce the manufacturing cost of the filter materials.
The filter element 3 is made of sintered porous material, the manufacturing material of the filter element 3 can be stainless steel sintering net, nickel-copper alloy sintering net, ceramic sintering filter element material, PP sintering filter element material and the like, preferably, the filter element 3 is made of stainless steel sintering net, the stainless steel sintering net overcomes the defects of low strength, poor rigidity and unstable mesh shape of common wire mesh, and the reasonable matching and design can be carried out on the pore size, permeability and strength characteristics of the material, so that the filter element 3 has excellent filtering precision, filtering impedance, mechanical strength, wear resistance and heat resistance.
The filter element 3 is positioned in the air outlet groove, the circumferential side wall of the filter element 3 is connected with the groove wall of the air outlet groove in a sealing way through sealant, and air can pass through the filter element 3 and enter the air outlet groove.
The connection structure between the filtering piece 3 and the air outlet groove is convenient for connection, convenient for manufacturing, good in sealing performance and capable of supporting and shaping the corrugated sheet 1 after the filtering piece 3 and the corrugated sheet 1 are bonded together, so that the situation that the corrugated sheet 1 at one end of the air inlet 9 is pressed and deformed can be effectively avoided, and normal use of the filtering material is ensured.
The length of the filter element 3 in the direction of extension of the air outlet groove is 4-30 mm, the specific length can be appropriately adjusted according to the length of the filter material, in principle, the longer the filter material is, the longer the length of the filter element 3 can be set, the shorter the filter material is, the shorter the length of the filter element 3 needs to be set, but in order to ensure the strength of the filter element 3, the length of the filter element 3 is preferably not less than 4mm, and in order to ensure that air can rapidly pass through the filter element 3, the length of the filter element 3 is preferably not more than 30mm, and the length of the filter element 3 can be preferably controlled within the range of 10-20 mm.
The cross section of the filter element 3 is in an isosceles triangle or isosceles triangle-like structure, two hypotenuses of the isosceles triangle are changed into arc shapes, or the vertex angle of the isosceles triangle is in a circular arc shape, and the like.
The filter element 3 with the structure has high mechanical strength, and a smaller gap can be formed between the circumferential side wall of the filter element and the groove wall of the air outlet groove, and the gap can be used for accommodating more sealant, so that the bonding firmness of the filter element 3 and the corrugated sheet 1 can be increased, and a certain deformation space can be provided for the corrugated sheet 1 when the corrugated sheet 1 is pressed or bent and deformed, and the situation of degumming and separation between the filter element 3 and the corrugated sheet 1 can be effectively prevented when the corrugated sheet 1 is pressed or bent and deformed.
In this embodiment, the first ventilation groove 6 is used as an air outlet groove, and the second ventilation groove 7 is used as an air inlet groove, so that the filter material can be firstly connected with the conventional corrugated sheet 1 and the base plate 2 during manufacturing, and then the filter element 3 is connected with the corrugated sheet 1, thereby greatly facilitating the manufacturing of the filter material and greatly reducing the manufacturing difficulty of the filter material.
The sealing structure in this embodiment includes a sealing block 11, the sealing block 11 is formed by condensing sealant, the sealing block 11 is disposed at one end of the air inlet slot far away from the air inlet 9, and the air inlet slot completely closing the end is completely closed.
The bottom plate 2 is of a planar sheet structure, and the bottom plate 2 of the planar sheet structure has a simple structure, and the position relation between the bottom plate 2 and the corrugated sheet 1 is not required to be considered when the bottom plate is connected with the corrugated sheet 1, so that the filter material of the invention is more convenient to manufacture; in addition, when the air filter element is manufactured in the later stage, the lamination connection between the filter materials is also convenient, so that the air filter element is more convenient to manufacture.
Example 2:
compared with example 1, the filter material of this example is different in the sealing structure, specifically: as shown in fig. 3, the sealing structure comprises a sealing inclined plane 8, the sealing inclined plane 8 is arranged at one end of the air inlet groove far away from the air inlet 9, the free end of the sealing inclined plane 8 is connected to the bottom plate 2, so that one end opening of the air inlet groove far away from the air inlet 9 is completely sealed, and thus air in the air inlet groove can be reserved from the sealing inclined plane 8 after being filtered by the sealing inclined plane 8, the air outlet area of the filter material is increased to a certain extent, and the air outlet amount of the filter material is increased.
Example 3:
the filter material of this embodiment differs from that of embodiment 1 or 2 in the structure of the filter element 3, specifically: the filter element 3 is made of metal woven mesh, the outer edge part of the filter element 3 is connected with one end of an air outlet groove at the same end as the air inlet 9, so that the filter element 3 completely covers the opening of the air outlet groove at the end, and the filter element 3 and the corrugated sheet 1 can be connected in a welding mode, a sealant bonding mode and the like, so that the assembly is simple and convenient.
When the welding mode is adopted between the filter element 3 and the corrugated sheet 1, the outer edge part of the filter element 3 is welded with one end of the air outlet groove of the corrugated sheet 1 to form a seal, of course, the outer edge part of the filter element 3 can be provided with a bending part extending along the air outlet groove direction, and then the bending part is welded with the air outlet groove wall of the corrugated sheet 1 to form a seal; when the filter element 3 and the corrugated sheet 1 are bonded by sealant, the outer edge of the filter element 3 may be provided with a bent portion extending in the direction of the air outlet groove, and the bent portion is bonded with the air outlet groove wall of the corrugated sheet 1 by sealant.
The filter element 3 may also be directly constructed in the sealing structure of embodiment 2, and in the simplest case, a section of the filter material of embodiment 2 having the sealing structure may be cut off, and then the section of the filter material is reversely fastened to the corrugated sheet 1 at one end of the air inlet 9, that is, the crest 4 of the cut portion is disposed in the trough 5 of the embodiment, and the crest 4 of the embodiment is disposed in the trough 5 of the cut portion, so that the corrugated sheet 1 of the cut portion is attached to the corrugated sheet 1 of the embodiment, and then the attachment is filled with sealant, or directly sealed and welded.
Since the structure of the filter element 3 and the connection structure between the filter element and the corrugated sheet 1 in this embodiment are relatively simple, those skilled in the art can easily restore the relevant structure by the description of this embodiment, and therefore, no schematic drawing is given.
Example 4:
compared with embodiment 1 or 2, the filter material of this embodiment is different in the positions of the filter element 3 and the sealing structure, specifically: the filter element 3 is arranged in the second ventilation groove 7, and at this time the second ventilation groove 7 is an air outlet groove, the first ventilation groove 6 is an air inlet groove, and the sealing structure is arranged in the first ventilation groove 6, and the structural schematic diagram of the filter material of this embodiment is not given because this embodiment is a simple structural modification.
Example 5:
as shown in fig. 1 to 5, this embodiment discloses an air filter cartridge comprising at least two filter materials of embodiment 1 or 2, all of which are stacked one on top of the other, and a bottom plate 2 in the filter material of the upper layer is connected to a corrugated sheet 1 in the filter material of the lower layer.
In this embodiment, the lower end of the bottom plate 2 in the upper layer of filter material and the upper end of the corrugated sheet 1 at the crest 4 in the lower layer of filter material are bonded together by sealant, so that the corrugated sheet 1 and the bottom plate 2 are simply connected and the connection firmness is high.
Moreover, the lower end of the bottom plate 2 in the upper filtering material and the upper end of the filtering piece 3 in the lower filtering material are adhered together through the sealant, so that the filtering piece 3 and the bottom plate 2 are connected simply, the connection firmness is high, and the sealing performance between the two is good, thereby ensuring the use stability of the air filter element, improving the sealing performance of the air filter element and avoiding the occurrence of the condition that unfiltered air directly passes through the filtering material.
Example 6:
compared with embodiment 5, the air filter element of this embodiment is different in that: as shown in fig. 6, each filter material in the present embodiment is in a circular ring shape, the bottom plate 2 in the filter material of the outer layer is connected with the corrugated sheet 1 in the filter material of the inner layer, specifically, the inner peripheral wall of the bottom plate 2 in the filter material of the outer layer is bonded with the outer end of the corrugated sheet 1 at the peak 4 position in the filter material of the inner layer by sealant, and the inner peripheral wall of the bottom plate 2 in the filter material of the outer layer is bonded with the outer end of the filter element 3 in the filter material of the inner layer by sealant.
Example 7:
as shown in fig. 1-4 and 7, this embodiment discloses an air filter element, which comprises the filter material of embodiment 1 or 2, wherein the filter material is wound into at least two layers, the corrugated sheet 1 is arranged outwards, the bottom plate 2 in the filter material of the outer layer is connected with the corrugated sheet 1 in the filter material of the inner layer, specifically, the inner peripheral wall of the bottom plate 2 in the filter material of the outer layer is bonded with the outer end of the corrugated sheet 1 at the crest 4 position in the filter material of the inner layer through sealant, and the inner peripheral wall of the bottom plate 2 in the filter material of the outer layer is bonded with the outer end (i.e. plane 12) of the filter element 3 in the filter material of the inner layer through sealant.
In embodiments 5-7, the filter element 3 may also be disposed in the second vent groove 7, where the second vent groove 7 is an air outlet groove, and the first vent groove 6 is an air inlet groove, and the sealing structure may be disposed in the first vent groove 6, and since these are all simple structural variations, specific embodiments and corresponding structural schematic diagrams will not be given.
In embodiments 5 to 7, the filter material may also adopt the technical solution in embodiment 3, in which the bottom plate 2 in the filter material of the upper layer or the outer layer and the filter element 3 in the filter material of the lower layer or the inner layer may be connected by a sealing welding manner or may be bonded by a sealant.
It should be noted that, since the schematic drawing is adopted, the cross section of the filter element 3 shown in the other drawings except fig. 4 is not in an isosceles triangle structure, but the filter element 3 shown in the other drawings except fig. 4 can be understood as a structure formed by combining the filter element 3 and the sealant.
