In this embodiment, the lower end of the bottom plate 2 in the upper layer of filter material and the upper end of the corrugated sheet 1 at the crest 4 in the lower layer of filter material are bonded together by sealant, so that the corrugated sheet 1 and the bottom plate 2 are simply connected and the connection firmness is high.
Moreover, the lower end of the bottom plate 2 in the upper filtering material and the upper end of the filtering piece 3 in the lower filtering material are adhered together through the sealant, so that the filtering piece 3 and the bottom plate 2 are connected simply, the connection firmness is high, and the sealing performance between the two is good, thereby ensuring the use stability of the air filter element, improving the sealing performance of the air filter element and avoiding the occurrence of the condition that unfiltered air directly passes through the filtering material.
Example 6:
compared with embodiment 5, the air filter element of this embodiment is different in that: as shown in fig. 6, each filter material in the present embodiment is in a circular ring shape, the bottom plate 2 in the filter material of the outer layer is connected with the corrugated sheet 1 in the filter material of the inner layer, specifically, the inner peripheral wall of the bottom plate 2 in the filter material of the outer layer is bonded with the outer end of the corrugated sheet 1 at the peak 4 position in the filter material of the inner layer by sealant, and the inner peripheral wall of the bottom plate 2 in the filter material of the outer layer is bonded with the outer end of the filter element 3 in the filter material of the inner layer by sealant.
Example 7:
as shown in fig. 1-4 and 7, this embodiment discloses an air filter element, which comprises the filter material of embodiment 1 or 2, wherein the filter material is wound into at least two layers, the corrugated sheet 1 is arranged outwards, the bottom plate 2 in the filter material of the outer layer is connected with the corrugated sheet 1 in the filter material of the inner layer, specifically, the inner peripheral wall of the bottom plate 2 in the filter material of the outer layer is bonded with the outer end of the corrugated sheet 1 at the crest 4 position in the filter material of the inner layer through sealant, and the inner peripheral wall of the bottom plate 2 in the filter material of the outer layer is bonded with the outer end (i.e. plane 12) of the filter element 3 in the filter material of the inner layer through sealant.
In embodiments 5-7, the filter element 3 may also be disposed in the second vent groove 7, where the second vent groove 7 is an air outlet groove, and the first vent groove 6 is an air inlet groove, and the sealing structure may be disposed in the first vent groove 6, and since these are all simple structural variations, specific embodiments and corresponding structural schematic diagrams will not be given.
In embodiments 5 to 7, the filter material may also adopt the technical solution in embodiment 3, in which the bottom plate 2 in the filter material of the upper layer or the outer layer and the filter element 3 in the filter material of the lower layer or the inner layer may be connected by a sealing welding manner or may be bonded by a sealant.
It should be noted that, since the schematic drawing is adopted, the cross section of the filter element 3 shown in the other drawings except fig. 4 is not in an isosceles triangle structure, but the filter element 3 shown in the other drawings except fig. 4 can be understood as a structure formed by combining the filter element 3 and the sealant.

Claims (10)

1. A filter material, characterized in that: including corrugated sheet metal (1), bottom plate (2) and a plurality of filter (3) that all are used for filtering impurity in the air, corrugated sheet metal (1) is connected on bottom plate (2), corrugated sheet metal (1) is including a plurality of crest (4) and a plurality of trough (5), two adjacencies form first ventilation groove (6) between crest (4), two adjacencies form second ventilation groove (7) between trough (5), one of them in first ventilation groove (6) and second ventilation groove (7) is as the inlet channel, and the other then is the outlet channel, the one end of inlet channel is air inlet (9), and its other end is provided with the seal structure that makes unfiltered air can not directly go out from the inlet channel, filter (3) set up in the outlet channel one end department with inlet (9) one end for the filtration is from this end entering into the air in the outlet channel, the outlet channel other end is gas outlet (10).
2. A filter material according to claim 1, wherein: the corrugated sheet (1) and the bottom plate (2) are both made of metal woven mesh.
3. A filter material according to claim 1 or 2, wherein: the filter element (3) is made of sintered porous material.
4. A filter material according to claim 3, wherein: the filter element (3) is positioned in the air outlet groove, the circumferential side wall of the filter element (3) is connected with the groove wall of the air outlet groove in a sealing mode through sealant, and air can penetrate through the filter element (3) to enter the air outlet groove.
5. A filter material according to claim 4, wherein: the length of the filter element (3) along the extending direction of the air outlet groove is 4-30 mm.
6. A filter material according to claim 4, wherein: the cross section of the filter element (3) is isosceles triangle.
7. A filter material according to claim 2, wherein: the filter element (3) is made of metal woven mesh, and the outer edge part of the filter element (3) is connected to one end of an air outlet groove at the same end as the air inlet (9), so that the air outlet groove opening at the end is completely covered by the filter element (3).
8. A filter material according to claim 1, wherein: the first ventilation groove (6) is an air outlet groove, and the second ventilation groove (7) is an air inlet groove.
9. An air filter element, characterized in that: comprising at least two filter materials according to any one of claims 1-8, all of which are arranged one above the other, the bottom plate (2) in the filter material of the upper or outer layer being connected to the corrugated sheet (1) in the filter material of the lower or inner layer.
10. An air filter element, characterized in that: filter material according to any of claims 1-8, which is wound into at least a two-layer structure, and the corrugated sheet (1) is arranged outwards, the bottom plate (2) in the filter material of the outer layer being connected to the corrugated sheet (1) in the filter material of the inner layer.
