a moving block 211 is fixedly arranged on one side of the supporting plate 212 corresponding to the tray lifting motor, the moving block 211 penetrates through the lead screw 210 in the vertical direction, the top of the lead screw 210 is linked with a motor shaft of the tray lifting motor, the bottom of the lead screw is rotatably connected with the bottom of the tray shelf 209, and the moving block 211 of the lead screw 210 is in threaded connection.
The bottom surface of the supporting plate 212 is parallel to the bottom surface of the moving block 211; the two limit plates 215 on the tray shelf 209 are flush with the limit plates 215 on the bottom plate 2061.
A pressure sensor is arranged in the middle of the bottom plate 2061, and when the weight in the tray 2063 on the upper part of the bottom plate 2061 is sensed to reach a set value, the tray lifting motor on one side starts to work;

Referring to fig. 9-10, on the basis of embodiment 1, unlike embodiment 1, the bottom of the sidewall of the inclined surface of the tray 2063 is provided with a bar-shaped through hole; two rubber rollers 216 are vertically arranged on the outer side of the through hole in parallel, and roller bodies of the two rubber rollers 216 are attached to each other; a rubber roller gear is arranged on the rotating shaft of each rubber roller 216, and the rubber roller gears corresponding to the two rubber rollers 216 are meshed with each other; one of the rubber roller gears is coaxial with an output shaft of the motor;
a horizontal panel is arranged at the bottom of the bottom plate 2061 in succession, and a push screw rod 217 is arranged at the edge of one side of the panel far away from the bottom plate 2061; four fixing blocks which are symmetrical on two sides are arranged at two ends of the push screw rod 217 and on the panel, and the push screw rod 217 penetrates through two fixing blocks and is hinged with the fixing blocks; one end of the push screw 217 is linked with a motor shaft of a push motor;
the axial direction of the pushing screw rod 217 is vertical to the projection of the material conveying direction of the cleaning mechanism 1 on the horizontal plane.
The pushing screw rod 217 is in threaded connection with a pushing block 218; one end of the pushing block 218, which faces the rubber roller 216, is fixedly connected with the shifting plate 219;
the shifting plate 219 is vertical to the upper surface of the panel, and the other end of the shifting plate 219 extends to one side of the rubber roller 216;
a fixed rod 221 is fixedly arranged between the other two fixed blocks, and the fixed rod 221 penetrates through the shifting plate 219 and is in sliding connection with the shifting plate 219;
two sides of the end part of the push screw rod 217 are respectively provided with a glandular gastroesophageal transfer conveyor belt 220; the upper surface of the gastroesophageal transit conveyor 220 is flush with the upper surface of the faceplate. Through the arrangement, the separated glandular stomach esophagus is conveyed to the next working link through the conveying belts on the two sides of the glandular stomach esophagus cleaning water pool 201;
the push screw 217 is a bidirectional screw.
The upper surface of the rubber roller 216 positioned below is slightly higher than the lowest end of the strip-shaped through hole on the side wall of the tray; the axes of the rubber roller 216 and the pushing screw 217 are parallel to the strip-shaped through hole on the side wall of the tray.
The working process of the embodiment takes the glandular gastroesophageal cavity as an example, the glandular esophagus gathered at the bottom of the tray is rotationally dragged and brought to a panel at the rear part through the rotation of the rubber covered rollers 216, the screw rod 217 is pushed to reciprocate between the two fixed blocks, and the glandular gastroesophageal cavity is pushed to the glandular esophagus transfer conveyor belts 220 at two sides of the glandular esophagus and esophagus cleaning water pool 201 through the pushing plate 219 to be conveyed to the next working link.

1. the clamping roller set and the cutting roller set respectively comprise two rotating rollers (103) which are arranged in a parallel attaching mode, a gear (104) is arranged on a rotating shaft of each rotating roller (103), the gears (104) corresponding to the two rotating rollers (103) in the same set are meshed with each other, and one gear (104) in each rotating roller set is coaxial with a motor output shaft;
the outer surface of one roller body (103) of the cutting roller group is uniformly provided with a plurality of cutting and scribing blades (1031), and the outer surface of the other roller body (103) is uniformly provided with grooves (1032) corresponding to the cutting and scribing blades (1031);
the gizzard and glandular stomach esophagus separating mechanism (2) comprises a glandular stomach esophagus cleaning water tank (201), a chain conveyor (202) is arranged at the upper end of the glandular stomach esophagus cleaning water tank (201), a plurality of partition plates (203) are arranged above the chain conveyor (202), the lower surfaces of the partition plates (203) are attached to the upper surface of the chain conveyor (202), and a material channel is reserved between every two adjacent partition plates (203) along the conveying direction of the chain conveyor (202); a connecting rod mechanism which moves up and down periodically is arranged on the partition plate (203) close to the feeding end of the chain conveyor (202), a cutting mechanism (206) is arranged between the upper horizontal part and the lower horizontal part of the chain conveyor (202), and the cutting mechanism (206) is arranged on one side of the connecting rod mechanism facing the discharging end of the chain conveyor (202);
a guide groove (301) and a gizzard cleaning water tank (302) are sequentially arranged on one side of the discharge end of the chain conveyor (202), the guide groove (301) is arranged downwards and obliquely towards the gizzard cleaning water tank (302), and an upward inclined baffle conveyor belt (303) is arranged in the gizzard cleaning water tank (302);
the cutting mechanism (206) comprises a cutting knife set, the cutting knife set is driven by a cutting mechanism motor corresponding to the cutting knife set, the cutting knife set is arranged on a rack at the upper part of the glandular gastroesophageal cleaning water pool (201), an inclined bottom plate (2061) is arranged below the cutting knife set, the bottom plate (2061) inclines downwards, a tray (2063) is fixedly arranged above the bottom plate (2061) through four vertical rods (2062), the inner bottom surface of the tray (2063) is parallel to the bottom plate (2061), and a plurality of leakage holes are formed in the bottom surface of the tray (2063);
the bottom of the side wall of the inclined plane low point of the tray (2063) is provided with a strip-shaped through hole; two rubber rollers (216) are vertically arranged outside the through hole in parallel, and roller bodies of the two rubber rollers (216) are attached to each other; a rotating shaft of each rubber roller (216) is provided with a rubber roller gear, and the rubber roller gears corresponding to the two rubber rollers (216) are meshed with each other;
a horizontal panel is arranged at the bottom of the bottom plate (2061) in succession, and a push screw rod (217) is arranged at the edge of one side of the panel, which is far away from the bottom plate (2061); four fixing blocks which are symmetrical on two sides are arranged at two ends of the push screw rod (217) and on the panel, and the push screw rod (217) penetrates through two fixing blocks and is hinged with the fixing blocks; one end of the push screw rod (217) is linked with a motor shaft of a push motor;
the pushing screw rod (217) is in threaded connection with a pushing block (218); the pushing block (218) faces one side of the rubber roller (216) and is fixedly connected with one end of a shifting plate (219);
the poking plate (219) is vertical to the upper surface of the panel, and the other end of the poking plate (219) extends to one side of the rubber roller (216);
a fixing rod (221) is fixedly arranged between the other two fixing blocks, and the fixing rod (221) penetrates through the shifting plate (219) and is connected with the shifting plate (219) in a sliding manner;
two sides of the end part of the push screw rod (217) are respectively provided with a glandular gastroesophageal transfer conveyor belt (220); the upper surface of the gastroesophageal transit conveyor (220) is flush with the upper surface of the panel.

The poultry glandular gastroesophageal separation device according to claim 1, wherein the glandular gastroesophageal washing water tank (201) further comprises a filter sieve (207) placed inside the glandular gastroesophageal washing water tank (201); the glandular stomach esophagus cleaning water pool (201) is a rectangular body;
strip-shaped notches (208) are formed in three adjacent side walls of the glandular gastroesophageal cleaning water pool (201); two tip of bar notch (208) extend to the middle part of two relative lateral walls respectively, the vertical downwardly extending of tip of bar notch (208) is provided with the filter sieve spacing groove that corresponds with filter sieve (207).

The poultry glandular gastroesophageal separation device according to claim 1, characterized in that above the tray (2063), towards the feed end of the chain conveyor (202), there is provided the cutting knife group comprising four circular rotating blades alternately stacked on both sides, respectively, two by two being provided on two cutter spindles (2064), respectively; the two cutter rotating shafts (2064) are respectively arranged at two corners of the tray (2063), the projection parts of two adjacent rotary blades of the cutter group on the horizontal plane are overlapped, and the four blades are a first cutting blade (2071), a second cutting blade (2072), a third cutting blade (2073) and a fourth cutting blade (2074) from bottom to top in sequence;
the edge of the second cutting blade (2072) is a cutting edge, and the edges of the first (2071), the third (2073) and the fourth cutting blade (2074) are saw-toothed;
and a downward spray head (2065) is arranged at the position, corresponding to the tray (2063), of the rack of the chain conveyor (202).

The poultry glandular gastroesophageal separation device according to claim 1, wherein the linkage mechanism is a crank linkage mechanism and comprises a rotating rod (2051) and a driven linkage (2052) hinged with one end of the rotating rod (2051), a rotating rod rotating shaft (2053) is fixedly arranged at the other end of the rotating rod (2051), the rotating rod (2051) is rotatably connected with the partition plate (203) through the rotating rod rotating shaft (2053), a push plate (2054) is arranged at the other end of the driven linkage (2052), and the push plate (2054) is hinged with the end of the driven linkage (2052).
5. A poultry glandular gastroesophageal separation device according to any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein one of the linkage mechanisms is provided between each two adjacent partition panels (203), and the rotating rod rotating shafts (2053) of the adjacent two linkage mechanisms are coaxial.

The poultry glandular stomach and esophagus separating device according to claim 1, wherein the upper end of the guide groove (301) is connected with one end of the partition board (203), the lower end of the guide groove (301) is connected with the upper edge of the gizzard cleaning water pool (302), and the lower end of the guide groove (301) is positioned right above the horizontal running part at the lower part of the baffle conveyer belt (303) in the gizzard cleaning water pool (302).
8. The poultry glandular gastroesophageal separation device according to claim 4, characterized in that the distance between two adjacent bar-shaped bars of the chain conveyor (202) is greater than the thickness of the push plate (2054).

The poultry glandular gastroesophageal separation device according to claim 1, wherein the upper surface of the rubber roller (216) located below is slightly higher than the lowest end of the strip-shaped through hole of the side wall of the tray; the axes of the rubber roller (216) and the pushing screw rod (217) are parallel to the strip-shaped through hole on the side wall of the tray.
