Abstract
A smoke toy gun comprising: a housing (1); the launching mechanism (2) is arranged on the inner side of the shell (1) and comprises a bullet inlet (21) for leading in a toy bullet; and the smoke generating mechanism (3) is communicated with the launching mechanism (2) and is used for generating smoke, and the launching mechanism (2) is used for launching the toy bullet and the smoke. The smoke generating mechanism (3) which is communicated with the launching mechanism (2) is arranged to generate smoke, the smoke and the toy bullet are ejected together, and therefore the toy gun has a smoke generating effect.

To facilitate an understanding of the invention, the invention will now be described more fully with reference to the accompanying drawings. Preferred embodiments of the present invention are shown in the drawings. This invention may, however, be embodied in many different forms and should not be construed as limited to the embodiments set forth herein. Rather, these embodiments are provided so that this disclosure will be thorough and complete.
Unless defined otherwise, all technical and scientific terms used herein have the same meaning as commonly understood by one of ordinary skill in the art to which this invention belongs. The terminology used in the description of the invention herein is for the purpose of describing particular embodiments only and is not intended to be limiting of the invention.
Referring to fig. 1-3, the present invention provides a smoke toy gun, comprising: the device comprises a shell 1, a launching mechanism 2 and a smoking mechanism 3; the launching mechanism 2 is arranged inside the housing 1 and comprises a feed opening 21 for introducing a toy cartridge. The smoke generating mechanism 3 is used for generating smoke and is communicated with the emission mechanism 2. The launching mechanism 2 is also used for launching the toy bullet and smoke, and the smoke generated by the smoke generating mechanism 3 can be ejected together with the toy bullet when the toy bullet is launched.
The smoking mechanism 3 comprises at least one smoke outlet port 31, the number of the smoke outlet ports 31 can be increased or decreased according to the size of the toy gun and the required smoke outlet amount, and the launching effect of the whole toy gun is guaranteed.
Further, the emission mechanism 2 further comprises a cylinder 22 and a piston 23, wherein an air inlet and outlet 221 is formed at one end of the cylinder 22, and air mixed with the smoke is sucked and emitted through the air inlet and outlet 221. The piston 23 is matched with the inner cavity of the cylinder 22 and corresponds to the position of the air inlet and outlet 221. The piston 23 is capable of reciprocating in the inner cavity of the cylinder 22 relative to the cylinder 22, and the air mixed with the smoke can be sucked and emitted through the air inlet/outlet 221 by the reciprocating motion of the piston 23. Specifically, when the piston 23 moves in a direction away from the air inlet/outlet 221, the smoke is sucked into the inner cavity of the cylinder 22 through the air inlet/outlet 221; when the piston 23 moves in the direction of the air inlet/outlet 221, the air mixed with the smoke is ejected from the air inlet/outlet 221.
When a toy bullet needs to be launched, the piston 23 moves in the inner cavity of the cylinder 22 in a direction away from the air inlet and outlet 221, and simultaneously the smoke generating mechanism 3 starts to generate smoke after receiving a launching signal, wherein the smoke is sucked into the inner cavity of the cylinder 22 through the air inlet and outlet 221; when the piston 23 moves toward the air inlet/outlet 221, the air mixed with the smoke is discharged from the air inlet/outlet 221 and ejected together with the toy bullet.
The firing mechanism 2 further includes a barrel 24, the barrel 24 being adapted to communicate between the smoking mechanism 3 and the cylinder 22 and to direct the smoke into the interior of the cylinder 22 upon movement of the piston 23. Further, the barrel 24 is a barrel connected to the air inlet/outlet 221, and the smoke enters the inner cavity of the air cylinder 22 through the barrel 24, mixes with air therein, is discharged through the air inlet/outlet 221, and is ejected from the end of the barrel 24 together with the toy ball.
In another embodiment, the smoke generating mechanism 3 is located on the barrel 24, and the smoke generated by the smoke generating mechanism is directly communicated with the inner cavity of the barrel 24, passes through the barrel 24 and enters the inner cavity of the air cylinder 22 through the air inlet/outlet 221 to be mixed with the air in the inner cavity.
When the piston 23 moves in the cylinder 22 in a direction away from the gas inlet/outlet 221, the volume of the inner cavity of the cylinder 22 increases, and after the piston 23 moves to a certain position, the smoke generating mechanism 3 starts generating smoke, and the smoke passes through the barrel 24 and enters the inner cavity of the cylinder 22 through the gas inlet/outlet 221.
Further, the toy gun further comprises an air storage chamber 4 for storing the smoke generated by the smoke generating mechanism 3. The smoke enters the inner cavity of the air cylinder 22 from the air reservoir 4 through the barrel 24, and the air mixed with the smoke and the toy ball are ejected through the barrel 24 and through the air reservoir 4. When the piston 23 moves in the direction away from the air inlet/outlet 221, the volume of the inner cavity of the cylinder 22 increases, and part of the smoke is sucked into the inner cavity of the cylinder through the air inlet/outlet 221 and also part of the smoke is stored in the air storage chamber 4 and the barrel 24 respectively; when the piston 23 moves in the direction close to the air inlet/outlet 221, the air mixed with smoke in the inner cavity of the cylinder 22 is compressed and discharged from the air inlet/outlet 221, blowing out a toy bullet, and blowing out the smoke stored in the air storage chamber 4 and the gun barrel 24, and the smoke is ejected together with the toy bullet from the outlet of the air storage chamber 4.
Further, the smoke outlet 31 of the smoke generating mechanism 3 is communicated with the inner cavity of the air storage chamber 4, and the smoke passes through the barrel 24 from the air storage chamber 4 and enters the inner cavity of the air cylinder 22 from the air inlet 221 to be mixed with the air therein. In this embodiment, the smoke generating mechanism 3 is communicated with the inner cavity of the air storage chamber 4 through two ports, one of the two ports is fixed, and the other port is a smoke outlet port 31, of course, the connection mode between the smoke generating mechanism 3 and the air storage chamber 4 is not limited, the number of the ports can be increased or decreased according to actual needs, and the shape of the smoke generating mechanism 3 can be selected at will.
Further, the air storage chamber 4 is a hollow cylinder, one end of the air storage chamber 4 is communicated with the gun barrel 24, and the other end of the air storage chamber is used for ejecting the toy bullet and air mixed with smoke. In order to increase the volume of the smoke entering the barrel 24 and ensure the shooting effect of the smoke toy gun, the end of the barrel 24 connected with the air storage chamber 4, i.e. the end far away from the air cylinder 22, extends into the inner cavity of the air storage chamber 4, and the surface of the end of the barrel is also distributed with air holes, which may be uniform, non-uniform, one or more, and through which the contact area of the barrel 24 and the smoke can be increased, thereby increasing the volume of the smoke entering the barrel 24. The air storage chamber 4 and the tube wall of the gun tube 24 can be connected through an arc surface or a right angle. Of course, the air reservoir 4 may be in any shape such as a square or a cone.
Further, the center lines of the air cylinder 22, the gun tube 24 and the air storage chamber 4 are coincident, that is, the air cylinder 22, the gun tube 24 and the air storage chamber 4 are coaxially arranged, so that the smoke and the toy ball can be smoothly ejected from the gun tube 24 and through the air storage chamber 4.
Further, the feed port 21 is disposed on the barrel 24, and the toy ball directly enters the inside of the barrel 24 from an external magazine through the feed port 21. The bullet inlet 21 may also be disposed between the barrel 24 and the cylinder 22, and a three-way joint 25 is disposed at the bullet inlet 21, where the three-way joint 25 is connected to an external magazine, the barrel 24, and the gas inlet 221 and the gas outlet 221 of the cylinder 22, respectively.
Further, the smoke generating mechanism 3 adopts a heating wire to heat smoke generating oil by electrifying, so as to generate smoke. The operating conditions of the heating wire are controlled by an external circuit, namely the circuit controls the on-off of the heating wire, so that the working time sequence of the fuming mechanism 3 is realized, smoke is generated when the toy bullet is shot, and the heating wire does not work when the toy bullet is not shot.
Another embodiment of the invention: the smoke outlet 31 of the smoke generating mechanism 3 is directly communicated with the inner cavity of the air cylinder 22, so that the toy gun does not need to comprise the air storage chamber 4, smoke generated by the smoke generating mechanism 2 is directly mixed with air in the inner cavity of the air cylinder 22, and when a toy bullet is launched, the smoke is discharged from the air inlet and outlet 221 and then is ejected together with the toy bullet after passing through the gun barrel 24.
Another embodiment of the invention: the smoke toy gun further comprises a trigger for controlling launching of the toy bullet and the smoke. When the trigger is pulled down, the smoke generating mechanism 3 starts to generate smoke, meanwhile, the piston 23 moves in the cylinder 22 along the direction departing from the air inlet and outlet 221, the volume of the inner cavity of the cylinder 22 is increased, a part of smoke is sucked through the air inlet and outlet 221, and a part of smoke is stored in the air storage chamber 4, the cylinder 22 and the gun barrel 24 respectively. Then the piston 23 moves towards the air inlet/outlet 221 at a certain speed, the volume of the inner cavity of the cylinder 22 decreases, the air mixed with the smoke is discharged from the air inlet/outlet 221, and the smoke is blown and discharged from the end of the air storage chamber 4 together with the toy bullet through the gun tube 24.
According to the smoke toy gun provided by the invention, smoke is generated by the smoke generating mechanism 3 communicated with the launching mechanism 2, and the smoke and the toy bullet are ejected together, so that the toy gun has a smoke generating effect, the whole toy gun is simple in structure, reliable in function, obvious in experience effect and large in smoke generating amount; in addition, still be provided with the gas receiver 4, can be used for storing smog, the volume of giving off smoke when can guaranteeing the transmission toy bullet to guarantee the experience effect of smog toy gun.
The toy bullet used for launching the smoke toy gun comprises a plastic bullet, a water bullet, a fuel bullet and the like, is wide in application range, and can ensure the experience effect of the smoke toy gun.

1. A smoke toy gun, comprising:
a housing;
the launching mechanism is arranged on the inner side of the shell and comprises a bullet inlet for leading in a toy bullet;
the smoke generating mechanism is communicated with the emission mechanism and is used for generating smoke; the launching mechanism is also used for launching the toy bullet and the smoke;
a trigger for controlling the firing of the toy bullet and the smoke;
the launching mechanism further comprises: the piston can move repeatedly relative to the cylinder, and the piston sucks air mixed with the smoke through the air inlet and outlet and emits the toy bullet and the air mixed with the smoke;
the smoke toy gun also comprises an air storage chamber and a gun barrel for communicating the smoke generating mechanism and the air cylinder, wherein the gun barrel is used for guiding smoke to enter the air cylinder when the piston moves;
the air storage chamber is arranged at the end part of the gun barrel, which is far away from the air cylinder, and is used for storing smoke generated by the smoke generating mechanism;
when the trigger is pulled down, the smoke generating mechanism generates smoke and stores the smoke in the air storage chamber, meanwhile, the piston moves in the cylinder along the direction departing from the air inlet and outlet, and part of the smoke stored in the air storage chamber is sucked into the inner cavity of the cylinder through the air inlet and outlet; subsequently, when the piston moves in the direction of the air inlet and outlet, the air mixed with the smoke is ejected together with the toy bullet.
2. The smoke toy gun of claim 1, wherein said smoking mechanism comprises at least one smoke outlet port.
3. The smoke toy gun of claim 2, wherein said barrel is a barrel connected to said air inlet and outlet.
4. The smoke toy gun of claim 3, wherein said smoke outlet port communicates with said air reservoir cavity.
5. A smoke toy gun as claimed in claim 3 wherein the end of said barrel remote from said cylinder is provided with an air vent and extends into the interior of said air reservoir.
6. The smoke toy gun of claim 3, wherein the centerlines of said air cylinder, said barrel and said air reservoir all coincide.
7. The smoke toy gun of claim 1, wherein said feed port is located on said barrel or between said barrel and said air cylinder.
8. A smoke toy gun as claimed in claim 3, wherein said bullet inlet is provided with a tee joint connecting the inlet and outlet ports of the magazine, barrel and cylinder respectively.
9. The smoke toy gun of claim 1, wherein said smoke generating mechanism generates smoke by heating smoke oil with electrical heating wire;
the smoke generating mechanism is also used for generating smoke after receiving the transmitting signal.
