The invention discloses a ventilating and draining device for a gearbox, which comprises: a hollow cartridge body; the exhaust pipe is arranged on the first side part of the box body and is used for being connected with a vent hole of the gearbox; the upper drainage pipe is arranged on the second side part of the box body, and the joint of the upper drainage pipe and the box body is lower than the joint of the exhaust pipe and the box body; a lower drainage pipe arranged at the lowest part of the bottom of the box body; the water stopping plate is arranged inside the box body and used for slowing down the speed of water entering the box body from the lower water drainage pipe and flowing to the upper water drainage pipe. Through using the breather pipe to make gearbox and this body coupling of external box of ventilating to and the drop setting of blast pipe and last drain pipe, and the setting of water-blocking plate, can increase dustproof, block water, drainage and carminative effect, reduced the intake pollution probability of gearbox vent department.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of ventilation and drainage of vehicles, in particular to a ventilation and drainage device for a gearbox.
Background
The existing ventilation valve structure is mostly a combined type inner clamping structure, and a cap-shaped structure is added at the upper end of the pipe wall to realize dust prevention and ventilation. The structure ejects the cap-shaped structure above by means of self fit clearance or gas exhaust pressure to form a space for air flow to pass through, but the waterproof performance of the structure is poor, and when the structure encounters upwelling type rainwater washing, the upper end ventilation cap also has the phenomenon of water inlet caused by jacking. The structure is directly arranged on the top end of the gearbox, the height of the structure is usually not high, the structure is mainly separated from the space of a ground water source by depending on the height of the gearbox body, and the structure has certain space structure restriction and limited ventilation and drainage performance.

The exhaust pipe 4, the upper drainage pipe 5 and the lower drainage pipe 6 are all designed towards the oblique lower direction, and water can be effectively prevented from entering the box body 1 caused by splashing of the car washing water. The lower drainage port is positioned at the lowest point, so that accumulated water can be effectively avoided.

the upper drainage pipe is arranged on the second side part of the box body, and the joint of the upper drainage pipe and the box body is lower than the joint of the exhaust pipe and the box body;
a lower drainage pipe arranged at the lowest part of the bottom of the box body;
the water stopping plate is arranged inside the box body and used for slowing down the speed of water entering the box body from the lower water drainage pipe and flowing to the upper water drainage pipe.

the first end of the first transverse plate is connected with the inner wall of the first side part and is positioned below the connecting part of the exhaust pipe and the box body, the second end of the first transverse plate extends towards the inner wall of the second side part and is close to the inner wall, the second end of the first transverse plate is lower than the first end of the first transverse plate, and the second end of the first transverse plate is positioned below the connecting part of the upper exhaust pipe and the box body;
