When the bolts need to be replaced, the disassembly operation is opposite to the above-described installation operation.
The split bolt is particularly suitable for connection of large plane parts (such as corrugated steel pipe sheets of underground steel pipe gallery) or connection of closed containers, when the bolt needs to be replaced, the fastening nut 9, the pressing piece 5, the stud 3 and the locking column 4 which are positioned on one side of the large plane part or the closed container are detached and replaced, and the bolt head 1 which is hidden or buried on the other side of the large plane part or the closed container does not need to be detached, so that the operation of detaching and replacing the bolt can be completed on one side of the large plane part or the closed container, and the problem of reduced bolt connection strength and rigidity caused by corrosion is solved.
As further shown in fig. 1, in one embodiment, the locking post 4 is secured circumferentially to the stud 3 by a keyed connection, such as, but not limited to, a flat key, spline connection.
Further, a key 6 is fixedly connected to the inner side wall of the stud 3 along the axial direction, a key groove is formed in the outer side wall of the locking column 4 along the axial direction, and the length of the key groove is larger than that of the key 6, so that the locking column 4 can slide along the key 6 along the axial direction.
However, the present invention is not limited thereto, and the locking post 4 and the stud 3 may be fixed circumferentially by a pin connection, for example, a pin is fixed radially on an inner side wall of the stud 3, a chute is formed on an outer side wall of the locking post 4 in an axial direction, the pin extends into the chute, and the locking post 4 can only slide axially and cannot rotate circumferentially under a limiting effect of the pin.
Of course, a sliding groove may be formed on the inner side wall of the stud 3 in the axial direction, and a pin may be fixed on the outer side wall of the locking post 4 in the radial direction.
As shown in fig. 2, 3 and 4, in another embodiment, the end of the bolt head 1 is provided with an anti-rotation boss 11, the end of the locking head 41 is provided with an anti-rotation groove 42 matched with the anti-rotation boss 11, and the anti-rotation boss 11 can be embedded into the anti-rotation groove 42.
Further, the anti-rotation boss 11 is a wedge-shaped boss, a sheet-shaped boss or a zigzag boss, and correspondingly, the anti-rotation groove 42 is a wedge-shaped groove, a rectangular groove or a zigzag groove.
However, the present invention is not limited thereto, and an anti-rotation groove may be provided at the end of the bolt head 1, and an anti-rotation boss that mates with the anti-rotation groove may be provided at the end of the locking head 41.

When the bolt is installed, the stud 3 is screwed into the bolt sleeve 2 to a proper depth, so that the anti-rotation groove 42 of the locking head 41 is aligned with the anti-rotation boss 11 of the bolt head 1, and then the locking column 4 is pressed down towards the bolt head 1, so that the locking head 41 slides in the sliding space 7 until the locking head 41 is spliced with the bolt head 1.
Further, in order to facilitate the judgment of the screwing depth of the stud 3, a screwing stop mark is provided on the outer sidewall of the stud 3, the distance between the screwing stop mark and the end face of one end of the stud 3 (i.e., the end of the stud 3 extending into the bolt sleeve 2) is the required screwing depth, and in a state that the screwing stop mark aligns with the end face of the other end of the bolt sleeve 2 (i.e., the end of the bolt sleeve 2 away from the bolt head 1), the anti-rotation boss 11 aligns with the anti-rotation groove 42, and at this time, the locking post 4 is slid toward the bolt head 1, so that the locking head 41 can be inserted into the bolt head 1.
