And by forming the water storage chamber 63 between the detergent input box 61 and the water inlet box 62, the partial structures of the detergent input box 61 and the water inlet box 62 are effectively utilized to form the chamber wall of the water storage chamber 63, which is beneficial to the compactness of the structure of the detergent box 6 and the reduction of the material cost.
In this embodiment, referring to fig. 16 and 17, the water inlet box 62 is provided with a strip water outlet portion 621 matching with the water storage cavity 63, and by providing the strip water outlet portion 621, the width of the water flowing out of the water outlet portion 621 is larger, the spraying range after spraying to the inner tub of the washing machine is larger, the contact between the clothes in the washing machine and the spraying water flow is increased, the sprayed water flow forms a scouring effect on the clothes, the dirt on the clothes is removed, and the washing ratio of the washing machine is improved.
In this embodiment, the water inlet box 62 is an open-top box body, the detergent input box 61 is located in the box body, the water box cover 64 is matched with the top of the water inlet box 62, the water box cover 64 is located at the upper side of the detergent input box 61, at least one detergent input cavity 614 is arranged in the detergent input box 61, and a detergent input port 641 corresponding to the detergent input cavity 614 is arranged on the water box cover 64. Specifically, the detergent input box 61 is located in a box body formed by the water inlet box 62, and the two box bodies are fixed by screws, and the water box cover 64 is clamped and fixed on the detergent input box 61. Or the water inlet box 62 and the water box cover 64 are coated on the outer side of the detergent input box 61, which is advantageous in increasing the external beauty of the detergent box 6 and in increasing the strength of the detergent box 6.
In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 16, the water storage chamber 63 is formed by sealing a water inlet chamber 611 formed by ribs extending downward along the back surface of the detergent input box 61, and a water outlet portion 621 formed by ribs extending upward along the front surface of the water inlet box 62. In this embodiment, the water storage cavity 63 is formed by sealing the water inlet cavity 611 and the water outlet portion 621, so that the liquid flowing into the water storage cavity 63 forms a certain pressure and uniformly flows out from the strip-shaped water outlet portion 621; the washing machine is beneficial to increasing the washing of water flow to clothes in the inner barrel, expanding the spraying range of the water flow flowing into the inner barrel and improving the washing ratio of the washing machine.
Referring to fig. 15, 16 and 19, a water inlet 611 formed by ribs extending downward from the back of the detergent input box 61 is provided with a ring of ribs on the outer periphery of the water outlet 621 of the water inlet box 62, so that a groove 6212 is formed between the ribs and the outer periphery of the water outlet 621; wherein the lower end of the water inlet cavity 611 is positioned in the groove portion 6212 and is sealed with the groove portion 6212. The water storage cavity 63 is formed by sealing the water inlet cavity 611 and the groove part 6212, so that water flows can fill the water storage cavity 63 conveniently, and the water flows can reach the same or similar flow velocity and flow rate of the water flowing out of each part of the strip-shaped water outlet part 621 conveniently, so that uniform water flows are formed; the washing of the clothes in the inner tub after the water flows out from the water outlet 621 is increased, the spraying range of the water flowing into the inner tub is widened, and the washing ratio of the washing machine is further improved.
In this embodiment, the water storage cavity 63 is surrounded by the water inlet cavity 611 and the water outlet portion 621, so that the shape and the size of the water storage cavity 63 are beneficial to the diversion of the water flow in the water storage cavity 63 after reaching the water outlet portion 621, and the uniformity of the water flow flowing out from the water outlet portion 621 can be better ensured.
In this embodiment, a plurality of water outlet holes 623 are formed in the bottom of the water outlet portion 621 along the longitudinal direction, or in the left-right direction, so that water entering the water storage cavity 63 flows down from a row of water outlet holes 623 simultaneously, and each water outlet hole 623 flows out of a water column, thereby forming an attractive water curtain-shaped water flow and increasing the spraying range when the detergent box 6 is filled with water.
In the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 17 and 23, there is a drain tube 613 integrally formed in the detergent input box 61, the drain tube 613 communicating with the water storage chamber 63; wherein the draft tube 613 is located at the middle of the left and right direction of the detergent input box 61 and protrudes rearward.
In this embodiment, referring to fig. 23, the upper end surface of the water outlet 623 is a horizontal surface, and due to the influence of the rotation of the earth, a rotational flow is formed when the water in the water storage chamber 63 enters the water outlet 623, and by setting the upper end surface of the water outlet 623 as a horizontal surface, the water in the water storage chamber 63 is facilitated to enter the water outlet 623, thereby avoiding the formation of turbulent water flow and causing influence on the direction and pressure of the water flowing out of the water outlet 623.
In this embodiment, the water outlet 623 has a water inlet 6231 at the upper end and a water outlet 6232 at the lower end, and the water inlet area of the water storage chamber 63, i.e. the area of the water outlet 6131 of the draft tube 613, is equal to the sum of the areas of the water outlets 6232 of all the water outlet 623, i.e. the water inlet area and the water outlet area of the water storage chamber 63 are equal, so that the water inlet pressure and the water outlet pressure of the water storage chamber 63 are the same.
In this embodiment, in order to increase the height of the water outlet hole 623, so that the water flowing out from the water outlet 6232 of the water outlet hole 623 is a water column, a water curtain-shaped water flow is formed, and the spraying effect on the clothes in the inner tub is increased, the bottom of the water outlet 621 is provided with an extending portion downward along the lower surface of the water inlet box 62, so that the height of the water outlet hole 623 is increased, and the water column can be formed after the water flows out from the water outlet 6232 at the lower end of the water outlet hole 623, so that the water is sprayed from the water outlet 6232 to flush the clothes in the inner tub, and the cleaning ratio is improved.
In this embodiment, the axial section of the water outlet 623 is a tapered structure with a wide upper part and a narrow lower part; by providing the outlet aperture 623 with a conical shape, the water supply to the outlet 6232 is facilitated, forming a continuous outlet water flow. The ratio of the diameter of the water inlet 6231 on the upper end surface to the diameter of the water outlet 6232 on the lower end surface of the water outlet 623 is 1.5-3; the height of the water outlet hole 623 is set to enable the water flowing out of the water outlet hole 623 to be a continuous water column, the water flows in the water outlet hole 623 with a certain height, so that the flow direction of the water flows is rectified to be the axial direction of the water outlet hole 623, the water flows out of the water outlet 6232 to be the water column, and the whole water outlet portion 623 forms a water curtain-shaped water flow to wash clothes in the inner barrel, thereby being beneficial to improving the cleaning ratio. Avoiding a divergent flow of water after exiting the outlet 6232.
In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 15, the detergent input box 61 has two detergent input chambers 614, and the detergent input chambers 614 are located at both sides of the drain tube 613; the drainage tube 613 is positioned in the middle of the water storage cavity 63. The height of the water outlet hole 623 near the water outlet 6131 of the draft tube 613 is higher, so that water needs a little longer time to reach the water outlet of the water outlet hole 623, namely, the lower end surface of the water outlet portion 621; the height of the water outlet hole 623 far from the water outlet 6131 of the draft tube 613 is short, so that water needs a short time to reach the water outlet 6232 of the water outlet hole 623, that is, the lower end surface of the water outlet portion 621. The water entering the water storage cavity 63 reaches the water outlet 623 near the water outlet of the drainage tube 613, and reaches the water outlet of the water outlet 623 for a long time; after that, the water reaches the water outlet hole 623 far from the water outlet of the draft tube 613, and reaches the water outlet of the water outlet hole 623 in a short time, so that the water outlet of the plurality of water outlet holes 623 on the water outlet portion 621 is kept as uniform as possible, and the formation of a water curtain-shaped water flow is facilitated, as shown in fig. 24 and 25.
In this embodiment, the heights of the water outlet holes 623 are different, and the height of the water outlet holes 623 in the middle is increased by the convex part protruding upwards in the middle of the bottom of the water outlet part 621; in this way, the upper surface of the bottom of the water outlet 621 forms a convex structure with a high middle and low two sides, which is beneficial to flowing water from the middle of the water storage cavity 63, flowing from the middle to the left and right sides along the convex inclined plane, and is beneficial to the water in the water storage cavity 63 to reach the water outlet 623 of the water outlet 621 more quickly. The lower end surface of the water outlet portion 621 is an arc surface with a convex middle part downwards, so that the height of the water outlet hole 623 in the middle is higher than that of the water outlet holes on two sides.
In this embodiment, a water penetration hole 624 is opened at the lower end of the water inlet box 62 such that water introduced between the water inlet box 62 and the detergent input box 61 can flow into the inner tub through the water penetration hole 624.
The inclined plate of the water inlet box 62 is provided with a concave functional cavity 628, the functional cavity 628 is arranged at the rear part of the water outlet part 621, the water inlet box is also provided with a functional cavity cover 629 for closing the functional cavity 628, the functional cavity cover 629 is fixed at the end part of the concave functional cavity 628 on the lower water inlet box 62, and the functional cavity cover 628 is positioned in the inclined surface where the inclined plate is positioned. Additional functional modules, in this embodiment a sterilization module, in particular a sterilization lamp, may be provided in the functional cavity 628 for sterilization by illumination of the lamp light.

Claims (9)

1. The top-opening washing machine comprises a box body and a control panel seat arranged at the upper part of the box body, wherein a clothes input port and an upper cover hinged with the clothes input port can be opened and closed;
the opening part comprises a supporting part protruding forwards and an arc-shaped stress part positioned between the supporting part and the lower end surface of the upper cover, and the arc-shaped stress part is of a concave arc shape; arc-shaped extension parts matched with the arc-shaped stress parts are arranged on the left side and the right side of the upper cover;
the front side surface of the control panel seat is a control panel for controlling and/or displaying; the left end and the right end of the control panel extend backwards to form panel extending parts, and the extending length of the arc extending parts corresponds to the extending length of the panel extending parts.
2. A top-loading washing machine as claimed in claim 1, wherein the front end of the lower end surface of the upper cover is flush with or slightly retracted from the front end of the top wall of the control tray.
3. A top-loading washing machine as claimed in claim 1, wherein the front end of the top wall of the control tray has an inclined arrangement matching the front end face of the control tray.
4. A top-loading washing machine as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 3 wherein the front end of the lower end face of the upper cover is an arcuate chamfer portion, and an upward extension of the front side face of the control dial seat intersects the arcuate chamfer portion.
5. A top-loading washing machine as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 3 wherein the opening portion is located behind a vertical plane in which the cabinet front panel is located.
6. The top-loading washing machine as claimed in claim 5, wherein the opening portion is protruded forward by a distance of 1/3-2/3 of a front-rear distance between upper and lower ends of the front side of the control dial.
7. A top-opening type washing machine as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein an opening portion is provided at a front side of the upper cover.
8. A cover opening method of a top-opening type washing machine as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 7, wherein when the upper cover is opened, the upper cover is opened by moving upward by hand along the front side of the control dial base and reaches the opening portion, and the opening portion is continuously pushed upward.
9. The door opening method according to claim 8, wherein the opening portion includes a supporting portion protruding forward, and an arc-shaped force receiving portion located between the supporting portion and the lower end surface of the upper cover, and fingers first reach the arc-shaped force receiving portion of the opening portion along the front side surface, and push the arc-shaped force receiving portion upward to open the upper cover; after the upper cover is opened to a certain angle range, the arc-shaped stress part is pushed and simultaneously matched with the supporting part to support the supporting part, so that the upper cover is opened to a complete opening state.
