The working principle of the invention is as follows: before cleaning cloth, two regulating rod frames 13 are lifted upwards to enable limiting convex rods 16 to move upwards along circular ring grooves 23 through strip-shaped through holes 22, then the two limiting convex rods 16 are pushed into the inner sides of two limiting grooves 24 positioned on the upper side, so that the regulating rod frames 13 can be limited to fall and rotate due to gravity, then one ends of cloth rolls wound on the cloth rolls 8 penetrate through the two regulating rod frames 13 and are connected with the inner side of a guide roller 11 and the outer side wall of a winding roller 7, after the completion, the two limiting convex rods 16 are pushed into the circular ring grooves 23, then the two regulating rod frames 13 are enabled to rotate downwards, further the limiting convex rods 16 move downwards to the limiting grooves 24 positioned on the lower side, then the limiting convex rods 16 are pushed into the limiting grooves 24 positioned on the lower side, so that the regulating rod frames 13 are limited to fall due to gravity again, further, the press rollers 14 drive the cloth connected with the two sides of a rotating sleeve 12 to be respectively placed in a cleaning chamber 4 and a wetting, then start winding motor 6, winding motor 6 drives winding running roller 7 and rolls the cloth, and then the cloth can be moist in moistening room 5, then can get rid of the impurity that the adhesiveness is stronger on the cloth through the clearance of clearance brush 19 when the guide roll 11 department, then make the spot of cloth deviate from the cloth through clearing room 4 inboard, finally the rolling is on winding running roller 7, the device simple structure, make things convenient for the cloth to walk around its guide roll, avoid personnel to stimulate the cloth and buckle and pass each guide roll, and then improve the installation effectiveness before the washing, and easy and simple to handle, the practicality is stronger.
