背景技术
咽炎为咽部的非特异性炎症，是各种微生物感染咽部而产生炎症的统称，可单独存在，也可与鼻炎、扁桃体炎和喉炎并存，或为某些疾病的前驱症状。可分为急性咽炎和慢性咽炎。急性咽炎为咽部黏膜及黏膜下组织的急性炎症，咽淋巴组织常被累及，炎症早期可局限，随病情进展常可涉及整个咽腔，以秋冬及冬春之交较常见。主要表现为咽部干燥，灼热，疼痛，吞咽疼痛明显，咽部充血肿胀等。慢性咽炎又可分为慢性单纯性咽炎、慢性肥厚性咽炎和萎缩性咽炎，其中慢性单纯性咽炎较多见，病变主要在黏膜层，表现为咽部黏膜慢性充血，黏膜及黏膜下结缔组织增生，黏液腺可肥大，分泌功能亢进，黏液分泌增多。患者常咯出咽内黏痰，或感觉咽部有异物感，咯不出，咽不下；多见成年人，病程长，易复发，症状顽固，较难治愈。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术的不足，而提供一种纯中药的贴剂，其具有无副作用、见效快、治愈率高的优点，急性咽炎贴药后两小时就有祛痰除憋的作用。
为实现上述发明目的，本发明采用如下重量比配伍而成。
一种治疗咽炎的贴剂，其特征在于：采用如下中草药按重量份配伍而成，玄参15～30，石膏10～20，柴胡12～20，栀子10～20，黄芩10～25，薄荷12～20，北豆根8～15，射干10～20，贯众10～20，桂枝5～10，冰片3～10。
方解：外感风热，邪客肺络，故咽喉不利，声嘶音哑。方中黄芩入肺，清热化痰，主治上焦，为君。薄荷清喉利咽，清肺热为臣。柴胡行气，主一身之气机，行气化痰。北豆根利咽，贯众清热凉血解毒，玄参清热凉血。冰片清热解毒，消肿止痛，共为佐药。桂枝辛温发散，促进局部血液循环，引邪外达，引药入里，故为使药。2-5个疗程治愈，一个疗程7天。取膏药贴于颈部天突穴上，六小时一次，一日两次。
本发明的优点：配方简便，制作简单，无副作用，见效快，急性咽炎贴药后两小时就有祛痰除憋的作用。
具体实施方式
一种治疗咽炎的贴剂，其特征在于：采用如下中草药按重量份配伍而成，玄参15～30，石膏10～20，柴胡12～20，栀子10～20，黄芩10～25，薄荷12～20，北豆根8～15，射干10～20，贯众10～20，桂枝5～10，冰片3～10。
制作过程：玄参、栀子、黄芩、薄荷、北豆根、射干，贯众、桂枝共研细沫，冰片水溶，上药调均密封备用。
实施例
一种治疗咽炎的贴剂，其特征在于：采用如下中草药按重量份配伍而成，玄参15，石膏10，柴胡12，栀子10，黄芩10，薄荷12，北豆根8，射干10，贯众10，桂枝5，冰片3。
病例1:时某，男，老师，十年慢行咽炎，长期咽喉不利，喉痒，痰多，久治不愈，用咽炎贴2个疗程后，症状表现改善，由于职业关系，偶有复发，但取药贴2-3次既能缓解，再不用长期服用药物和含片。
病例2:贾某，男，36岁，私立学校校长，咽炎十余年，异物感，咽痒，痰多，多方求医无效，长期含片或中药代茶饮用，效果不佳。咽炎贴3-5次后明显改善，三个疗程后治愈，几年内偶有感冒上火，取药贴后即可治愈。
病例3:张某，男，22岁，在校大学生，就诊时咽喉红肿，血管充血，平时喜食辛辣，用药两个疗程治愈，忌食辛辣油腻食物一年，未复发。
