In the description of the present invention, it should be understood that the terms "first," "second," and the like are used for descriptive purposes only and are not to be construed as indicating or implying a relative importance or number of technical features indicated. Thus, a feature defining "a first" or "a second" may explicitly or implicitly include at least one such feature. In the description of the present invention, the meaning of "plurality" means at least two, for example, two, three, etc., unless specifically defined otherwise.
In the description of the present invention, it will be understood that when an element is referred to as being "connected" to another element, it can be directly connected to the other element or intervening elements may also be present. In contrast, when an element is referred to as being "directly connected" to another element, there are no intervening elements present.
In one embodiment, referring to fig. 1 to 6, a vegetable circulation cleaning apparatus includes a first tank 10, a second tank 20, a first screen 30, and cleaning brushes (94, 95). The first tank body 10 and the second tank body 20 are obliquely arranged relative to the horizontal plane, and the water outlet end of the first tank body 10 is communicated with the water inlet end of the second tank body 20. Specifically, the water outlet end of the first tank body 10 is connected with the water inlet end of the second tank body 20 to form an integrated structure, or the water outlet end of the first tank body 10 is movably connected with the water inlet end of the second tank body 20 or is only abutted against the water inlet end of the second tank body. The bottom wall of the second tank body 20 is provided with a first opening, and the first screen 30 is installed at the first opening. The washing brush is rotatably provided in the first tub 10.
When the vegetable circulation cleaning device works, vegetables are initially positioned at the water inlet end of the first tank body 10 and drift into the second tank body 20 along with water flow under the action of gravity, the vegetables are cleaned in the drifting process of the first tank body 10, in addition, the cleaning brush is convenient for cleaning and removing hairs and thin lines attached to the surfaces of the vegetables when rotating, and the cleaning effect of the vegetables is good. When the vegetables drift onto the second tank 20, the first screen 30 serves as a filter and the vegetables continue to move to the next station.
In one embodiment, the number of the cleaning brushes is more than two, and the cleaning brushes are arranged in the first tank body 10 at intervals along the water flow direction. Therefore, after the vegetables are sequentially cleaned by more than two cleaning brushes, the cleaning effect is better. The setting heights of the washing brushes in the first tub 10 may be non-uniform, for example, one of the washing brushes may be disposed relatively close to the bottom wall of the first tub 10, and the other washing brush may be disposed relatively far from the bottom wall of the first tub 10.
Further, referring again to fig. 3 to 6, the vegetable cycle cleaning apparatus further includes a bracket 96 for mounting the brush. The bracket 96 is detachably installed in the first tank 10. The brush includes a first brush 94 and a second brush 95. The first brush 94 and the second brush 95 are rotatably provided on the bracket 96 in this order in the water flow direction, and the first brush 94 is closer to the bottom wall of the first tank 10 than the second brush 95. In this way, the first brush 94 can perform the first brushing operation on the lower side surface of the vegetables, and then the second brush 95 can perform the second brushing operation on the upper side surface of the vegetables, thereby ensuring the cleaning effect of the vegetables.
Further, a drainage plate 97 is disposed on the bracket 96 and inclined with respect to the bottom wall of the first tank 10. The drainage plate 97 is disposed adjacent to the first brush 94, and the drainage plate 97 can be used to guide vegetables and water to above the first brush 94. In this way, under the drainage guide action of the drainage plate 97, vegetables pass over the first cleaning brush 94, and in the process that the vegetables pass over the first cleaning brush 94, the first cleaning brush 94 has a cleaning action on the lower side surface of the vegetables, so that the cleaning effect is good. When the vegetables pass through the second washing brush 95, the upper side surfaces of the vegetables are washed by the second washing brush 95.
In one embodiment, referring to fig. 1, 2 and 7, a plurality of water baffles 92 are disposed in the first tank 10 at intervals. So, when rivers flow through the breakwater 92, the breakwater 92 makes the rivers in the first cell body 10 roll constantly, and the rivers in the first cell body 10 are better to the cleaning performance of vegetables when rolling.
Further, the water baffle 92 includes a side plate 921 connected to one side of the first tank 10, and a baffle 922 disposed obliquely with respect to the bottom wall of the first tank 10. The baffle 922 is connected to the side plate 921. In this way, when water flows through the baffle 922 of the water baffle 92, the baffle 922 is inclined relative to the bottom wall of the first tank 10, so that the water in the first tank 10 can be driven to roll continuously.
Specifically, the baffle 922 includes a first baffle 9221, a second baffle 9222, and a third baffle 9223 that are sequentially connected along the water flow direction, where an inclination angle of the first baffle 9221 with respect to the bottom wall of the first tank 10, an inclination angle of the second baffle 9222 with respect to the bottom wall of the first tank 10, and an inclination angle of the third baffle 9223 with respect to the bottom wall of the first tank 10 are sequentially increased. In this way, it is advantageous to drive the water in the first tank 10 to tumble continuously.
In one embodiment, the first tank 10 is a curved tank. Thus, the curved channel body is more beneficial to reducing the occupied space of the vegetable circulation cleaning device relative to the straight channel body, and the length of the first channel body 10 can be relatively prolonged. In addition, in the cleaning process, vegetables are wound in the curved groove body, so that a good cleaning effect of the vegetables can be ensured. Specifically, a rack 91 is provided below the first tank 10, and the rack 91 enables the first tank 10 to be disposed obliquely with respect to the horizontal plane. The inclination angle of the first tank body 10 and the second tank body 20 with respect to the horizontal plane can be controlled to be 5-15 degrees, so that vegetables and water are guided into the second tank body 20 from the water inlet end of the first tank body 10 under the action of self gravity.
In one embodiment, referring to fig. 1 and 2, the vegetable cycle cleaning device further includes a water tank 40 and a pump body 50. The water tank 40 is disposed below the first screen 30, and the pump body 50 is used for pumping water in the water tank 40 to the water inlet end of the first tank 10. So, after washing vegetables, the vegetables drop into the water tank 40, and are pumped to the water inlet end of the first tank body 10 by the pump body 50, so that the vegetables can be repeatedly washed in the first tank body 10, and water resources can be greatly saved.
In one embodiment, referring to fig. 1, 2 and 8 to 10, the vegetable cycle cleaning apparatus further includes a vibration assembly 60 drivingly connected to the second tank 20. The vibration assembly 60 is configured to drive the second tank 20 to vibrate. Thus, when vegetables drift into the second tank body 20, the vibration assembly 60 drives the vibration second tank body 20 synchronously, and can be convenient for separating sediment, insect vegetable foam and the like attached to the vegetables from the vegetables, so that the cleaning effect of the vegetables can be ensured.
Further, the vibration assembly 60 includes a vibration motor 61 and an elastic support 62. The second tank body 20 is mounted on the elastic support seat 62, and the vibration motor 61 is mounted on the second tank body 20. Thus, when the vibration motor 61 works, the second tank 20 can be driven to vibrate up and down on the elastic supporting seat 62. Specifically, the vibration assembly 60 further includes a seat plate 63 for mounting the vibration motor 61. One end of the seat plate 63 is connected to one side wall of the second tank body 20, and the other end of the seat plate 63 is connected to the other side wall of the second tank body 20. Thus, the vibration motor 61 can be stably mounted on the second tank body 20, and simultaneously can well drive the second tank body 20 to vibrate up and down on the elastic support seat 62.
Further, the number of the elastic supporting seats 62 is plural, and the plurality of elastic supporting seats 62 are all disposed on the water tank 40. Thus, the plurality of elastic supporting seats 62 support the second tank body 20 together, so that the stability of the second tank body 20 is better.
Further, the vegetable circulation washing apparatus further includes a second screen 70 disposed between the first screen 30 and the water tank 40. The second screen 70 has a smaller pore size than the first screen 30. In this way, the first screen 30 can separate the vegetables from the impurities such as silt and insect vegetable foam attached to the vegetables, and the impurities such as silt and insect vegetable foam attached to the vegetables drop onto the second screen 70 and are filtered by the second screen 70, so that the cleanliness of water flowing back into the water tank 40 can be ensured, and the cleaning effect of the vegetables can be ensured. Specifically, the first screen 30 may employ a stainless steel wire mesh, an iron wire mesh, a copper wire mesh, or the like.
Further, the vegetable circulation cleaning device further comprises a driving motor 81 and a belt pulley group 82. The driving motor 81 is used for driving the pulley group 82 to rotate, and the second screen 70 is wound on the pulley group 82. The pulley set 82 is used for driving the second screen 70 to rotate so as to discharge filtered matters above the second screen 70 to the outside of the water tank 40. Thus, in the vegetable washing and filtering process, when the impurities such as silt and insect vegetable foam are filtered out on the second screen 70, the second screen 70 is continuously driven to rotate by the driving motor 81, and when the impurities such as silt and insect vegetable foam above the second screen 70 rotate to the end part, the impurities such as silt and insect vegetable foam fall off due to self gravity, so that the filtered matters above the second screen 70 can be discharged out of the water tank 40 in time, and the impurities such as silt and insect vegetable foam are prevented from accumulating above the second screen 70. Specifically, the pulley set 82 may be two or more synchronizing rollers rotatably disposed on the water tank 40.
Further, the vegetable circulation washing apparatus further includes a supporting frame 83 disposed above the water tank 40 and below the first screen 30. The pulley set 82 is rotatably mounted on the support 83. The support frame 83 includes a plurality of support rods 831 spaced apart from each other in parallel along the direction of movement of the second screen 70. The second screen 70 is a flexible screen that is sleeved on the plurality of support rods 831 and the pulley set 82. The support bar 831 is a curved bar with a middle section farther from the first screen 30 than an end section. Thus, after the flexible wire mesh is sleeved on the plurality of supporting rods 831 and the pulley group 82, the middle part of the flexible wire mesh is lower than the side part of the flexible wire mesh and is in a groove shape, so that when the water filtered by the first screen 30 is downwards flushed to the second screen 70, impurities such as silt and insect vegetable foam can be prevented from flowing into the water tank 40 below the second screen 70 from the side part of the second screen 70, and the cleanliness of the water in the water tank 40 can be ensured.
Further, the vegetable circulation cleaning device further comprises a slag scraping rod 84 and a blowing pipe 85. The scraper bar 84 is located below the output end of the second screen 70, and the scraper bar 84 is in clearance fit with the underside of the output end of the second screen 70. The air outlet of the air blowing pipe 85 faces the lower side face of the output end of the second screen 70, and the air blowing pipe 85 is used for being connected with an air supply pipe of an air source device. Thus, when the sundries such as sediment and insect vegetable foam move to the output end of the second screen 70 along with the second screen 70, the sundries such as sediment and insect vegetable foam attached to the second screen 70 can be scraped off by the slag scraping rod 84, and/or the sundries such as sediment and insect vegetable foam attached to the second screen 70 can be blown off by the air blowing pipe 85, so that the sundries such as sediment and insect vegetable foam can be prevented from being attached to the surface of the second screen 70.
Further, the vegetable cycle cleaning apparatus further includes a collection hopper 86. The collecting hopper 86 is disposed below the output end of the second screen 70, and the collecting hopper 86 is used for collecting sundries falling from the output end of the second screen 70 and conveying the sundries into a waste collecting box.
Further, the vegetable circulation cleaning device further comprises a heat exchanger 93 disposed between the water inlet end of the first tank 10 and the pump body 50. The output end of the pump body 50 is communicated with the water inlet end of the heat exchanger 93 through a pipeline, and the water outlet end of the heat exchanger 93 is connected to the water inlet end of the first tank body 10 through a pipeline. Thus, according to the actual need, the water is heated by the heat exchanger 93 and then is sent to the water inlet end of the first tank 10, so that the vegetable cleaning effect can be improved. Alternatively, the water sent out by the pump body 50 can be directly heated by the heating device, and the water heated to the preset temperature is conveyed to the water inlet end of the first tank body 10, so that the vegetable cleaning effect can be improved.
Referring to fig. 1, 2 and 11, in order to reduce the impact speed of the pump body 50 for pumping the water in the water tank 40 into the first tank 10, specifically, a water blocking cover 98 is disposed at the water inlet end of the first tank 10, the water blocking cover 98 covers the water inlet of the water inlet end of the first tank 10, and the water blocking cover 98 can press the water pumped into the first tank 10 by the pump body 50 to prevent the water from being flushed out of the first tank 10 when the water pressure is too high.
Specifically, the water deflector cover 98 includes a top cover plate 981 and a side cover plate 982 disposed opposite to the end plate of the water inlet end of the first tank 10. The top cover plate 981 is connected to the side cover plate 982, and when the side cover plate 982 is inserted into the first tank body 10, the top cover plate 981 covers the top surface of the water inlet end of the first tank body 10. The top cover plate 981 can block water from being impacted upward when the water pressure is excessive, and the side cover plate 982 is opposite to the water inlet of the water inlet end of the first tank body 10, and can block water from being impacted forward when the water pressure is excessive. A water outlet is arranged on the side cover plate 982, and a cover 983 which is guided towards the bottom wall of the first tank body 10 in a drainage way is arranged at the water outlet. The water in the water inlet end of the first tank body 10 conveyed by the pump body 50 is blocked by the water blocking cover 98 and flows out of the water outlet and is guided by the drainage of the cover 983, so that the water flow can be well prevented from being flushed out of the first tank body 10 when the water pressure is excessive, and the water flow is stably conveyed backwards.
Specifically, the bottom of the first tank 10 is provided with a blast pipe. In the vegetable cleaning process, air is continuously blown through the air blowing pipe, so that bubbles are continuously generated in the first groove body, and impurities such as sediment, worm vegetable foam and the like on the surface of the vegetable can be removed by the bubbles well. More specifically, the number of the air blowing pipes is plural and is arranged along the water flow direction of the first tank 10, so that the cleaning effect on the vegetables is good.
The technical features of the above-described embodiments may be arbitrarily combined, and all possible combinations of the technical features in the above-described embodiments are not described for brevity of description, however, as long as there is no contradiction between the combinations of the technical features, they should be considered as the scope of the description.
The above examples illustrate only a few embodiments of the invention, which are described in detail and are not to be construed as limiting the scope of the invention. It should be noted that it will be apparent to those skilled in the art that several variations and modifications can be made without departing from the spirit of the invention, which are all within the scope of the invention. Accordingly, the scope of protection of the present invention is to be determined by the appended claims.
