The food source tracing means that the food production and transportation related information can be traced in each link of a food supply chain, so that the whole production and operation activities of the food are always effectively monitored, the food source tracing is convenient to clear and handle when food safety hazards occur, the food safety is timely handled, and the food quality safety is ensured. The food traceability system is a system for recording information of each process from production to processing to consumption of food, and is mainly used for controlling and guaranteeing the safety of food quality, so that each process of a food supply chain can be effectively controlled, and the safety and the quality of the food can be guaranteed.
Two-dimensional codes have been widely used in many fields as a new information storage, transmission and identification technology. The two-dimensional code has the characteristics of large information storage capacity, high confidentiality, high traceability, high damage resistance, easiness in realizing informatization management and the like, so that the two-dimensional code is widely applied to the fields of food traceability, anti-counterfeiting and the like. The existing food two-dimension code traceability system is generally provided with a food traceability information database, food traceability information related to food is submitted to a food traceability platform, the food traceability platform stores the food traceability information in the database, and after a two-dimension code is generated according to a corresponding coding rule, a label is made and pasted on a food package and sent to a dealer for sale. The consumer then can utilize the two-dimensional code of installing on the APP scanning food package on intelligent terminal, acquires detailed information of tracing to the source.

The two-dimensional code label represents the source of the food and the current quality information through the characteristic code information product contained in the two-dimensional code label. The characteristic code comprises a plurality of number sections, and the number sections comprise food source information number sections and food quality information number sections. The corresponding information of the food source information number segment can comprise a product number, a product name, a product category, a product grade, a product origin, a product manufacturer, a product batch, a product production date and the like; the information corresponding to the food quality information number segment is that the current quality of the food is abnormal or normal. Each two-dimensional code label corresponds to information of a single food, corresponding information of the food is generated into a corresponding two-dimensional code image according to two-dimensional code codes after the food is produced, and the two-dimensional code image can be coded by using the existing two-dimensional code coding technology such as QR two-dimensional codes. And the product quality cloud platform stores the parameters of each number segment of the feature codes and the specific information corresponding to each parameter through a database.
Referring to fig. 2, the two-dimensional code label includes a base layer 10, a time temperature indicator layer 20, and a transparent film layer 30 from below. The base layer 10 may be a transparent resin layer that can be attached to the exterior package of a food. The time temperature indicator layer 20 is initially light in color and changes color to a dark color after the time above the critical temperature reaches the critical time. A polymerization type or enzyme type time temperature indicator material may be used as the time temperature indicator layer 20. The two-dimensional code image is printed on the transparent film layer 30 by ink.
The two-dimensional code label comprises a first two-dimensional code image and a second two-dimensional code image, wherein feature codes corresponding to food source information in two-dimensional code information feature codes corresponding to the first two-dimensional code image and the second two-dimensional code image are the same, and feature codes corresponding to food quality information are different. Namely, for the same food, two-dimensional code images are set, and only the characteristic codes of the food quality information in the two-dimensional code images are different. When the first two-dimensional code image is printed, the two-dimensional code image according to the coding rule is generated according to the feature code of the first two-dimensional code image, and the dark color code element in the first two-dimensional code image is printed on the transparent film layer 30 by using black pigment. When the second two-dimensional code image is printed, the two-dimensional code image is generated according to the characteristic code, then the dark-color code element and the light-color code element in the two-dimensional code image are reversed to generate an inverse code image, and then the dark-color code element in the inverse code image is printed on the transparent film layer 30 by using light-color pigment.
In the process of cold chain storage and transportation of food with the two-dimensional code label, if the temperature of the food is normal, the color of the time temperature indicator layer 20 in the two-dimensional code label is unchanged, so that the dark-color code elements in the first two-dimensional code image and the light-color background of the time temperature indicator layer 20 form enough reflectivity difference, and the first two-dimensional code image can be identified; whereas the light-colored symbols in the second two-dimensional code image are not recognizable as an image against the light-colored background of the time-temperature indicator layer 20. If the food is abnormally stored after the time exceeding the critical temperature reaches the critical time in the cold chain storage and transportation process, the color of the time temperature indicator layer 20 becomes dark, so that the difference between the reflectivity of the dark-color code element in the first two-dimensional code image and the reflectivity of the dark-color background of the time temperature indicator layer 20 is too small to be recognized, and the two-dimensional code image formed by the light-color code element in the second two-dimensional code image and the dark-color background of the time temperature indicator layer 20 can be recognized.
When a consumer purchases or uses food, the first two-dimensional code image and the second two-dimensional code image in the two-dimensional code label corresponding to the food are acquired through two-dimensional code scanning equipment such as a camera. Then, the first two-dimensional code image and the second two-dimensional code image are recognized by the two-dimensional code recognition device, wherein only one two-dimensional code image can be recognized. Food feature code information identified by the two-dimension code identification equipment is transmitted to the product quality cloud platform through the network transmission equipment, and the product quality cloud platform searches food source information and food quality information corresponding to the food feature code parameters in the database. And after the product quality cloud platform finishes the query, returning the query result to the network transmission equipment. And after receiving the food information obtained by the product quality cloud platform inquiry, the network transmission equipment displays the food information through a human-computer interaction interface.
