In an embodiment, before the monitoring cancellation instruction for the authorized mobile terminal is received, that is, the authorized mobile terminal associated with the docket user is still in a monitored state, when a start signal of a camera module in the authorized mobile terminal is detected, information including start of the camera module is sent to a server, a control instruction sent by the server to prohibit starting of the camera module is received, and the control instruction is executed to prevent the camera module from executing a start operation. The display interface of the camera module on the authorized mobile terminal is prohibited from being started as shown in figure 4(b), in one embodiment, a supervising user associated with the docket user is pre-established, and when an authorized mobile terminal is detected to input a signal to activate a camera module in the authorized mobile terminal, sending prompt information to the filing user and the supervising user associated with the authorized mobile terminal, or firstly sending prompt information containing the operation of forbidding starting to a record user establishing association with the authorized mobile terminal, when detecting that the authorized mobile terminal does not consider the prompt information and determines to execute the starting operation, and sending information containing the authorized mobile terminal to execute the starting of the camera module to a supervision user associated with the filing user, and sending a terminal control instruction to prevent the camera module from executing the starting operation.
According to the scheme provided by the embodiment, the camera shooting operation of the authorized mobile terminal can be stopped in time, the monitoring user associated with the recorded user is set, the authorized mobile terminal can be monitored to shoot, in addition, the prompt information is sent to the monitoring user associated with the recorded user, a manager can conveniently know the monitoring state of the authorized mobile terminal, the recorded user is subjected to deterrence, and the anti-secret-leakage consciousness of the recorded user can be improved.
Correspondingly, the invention also provides a mobile terminal, which comprises: one or more processors;
a memory;
one or more applications, wherein the one or more applications are stored in the memory and configured to be executed by the one or more processors, the one or more programs configured to perform the steps of the mobile terminal based monitoring method of any of the above claims.
The mobile terminal may be any terminal device including a mobile phone, a tablet computer, a PDA (Personal Digital Assistant), and the like.
The implementation process of the mobile terminal is the same as that described in the embodiment of the monitoring method based on the mobile terminal, and is not described herein again.
Accordingly, an embodiment of the present invention further provides a computer-readable storage medium, which includes:
one or more of the plurality of application programs,
the one or more applications are configured to perform the steps of the method for monitoring a mobile terminal according to any of the above-mentioned aspects or perform the steps of the method for monitoring a mobile terminal according to any of the above-mentioned aspects.
Examples of the computer-readable storage medium include, but are not limited to: read Only Memory (ROM), Random Access Memory (RAM), registers, cache memory, semiconductor memory devices, magnetic media (e.g., internal hard disks and removable disks), magneto-optical media, and optical media (e.g., CD-ROM disks and Digital Versatile Disks (DVDs)).
Furthermore, the present invention also provides a monitoring system based on a mobile terminal, including: the attendance system, the terminal in any technical scheme and the mobile terminal in any technical scheme; the terminal is associated with the attendance system, the mobile terminal is connected with the terminal, the attendance system stores the information of a docket user, and the information of the docket user comprises the information of the mobile terminal which is associated with the docket user and authorized; the system implementation process is schematically shown in fig. 5.
In an embodiment, the terminal is connected with an attendance system through an interface program, the terminal establishes a connection with the mobile terminal through an instruction, a schematic diagram of the connection between the attendance system, the terminal and the mobile terminal is shown in fig. 6, the attendance system is connected with the terminal through the interface program, the terminal is connected with the mobile terminal through an open database connection (ODBC) port, the port of the mobile terminal is connected with a website application level intrusion prevention system (WAF firewall for short) in an external network, and the website application level intrusion prevention system establishes a connection with a public network through a hypertext transfer protocol (HTTP for short).
Fig. 5 is a schematic diagram of an implementation process of the system, wherein a cooperation process of each node is specifically as follows:
the attendance system receives office attendance card punching information of a recorded user recorded in the attendance system and transmits the office attendance card punching signal to a terminal which is connected in advance through an interface program;
the terminal receives the on-duty card punching information of the filing user and sends a monitoring instruction of a camera module in an authorized mobile terminal associated with the filing user;
and the mobile terminal receives a monitoring instruction of the camera module in the authorized mobile terminal, analyzes and responds to the monitoring instruction, and monitors the camera module in the authorized mobile terminal.
The attendance system receives off-duty card punching information of a docket user registered in the attendance system, and transmits the off-duty card punching information of the docket user to a terminal which is connected through an interface program in advance;
the terminal receives off-duty card punching information of the filing user and sends a monitoring canceling instruction of a camera module in an authorized mobile terminal associated with the filing user;
and the mobile terminal receives a monitoring canceling instruction of the camera module in the authorized mobile terminal, analyzes and responds to the monitoring canceling instruction, and cancels monitoring of the camera module in the authorized mobile terminal.
The foregoing is only a partial embodiment of the present invention, and it should be noted that, for those skilled in the art, various modifications and decorations can be made without departing from the principle of the present invention, and these modifications and decorations should also be regarded as the protection scope of the present invention.

Claims (11)

1. A method for monitoring a mobile terminal, comprising:
associating with an attendance system, receiving the current card punching information of a user in the attendance system, and determining a docketing user associated with the card punching information according to a mapping relation between the pre-established and stored card punching information and the docketing user in the attendance system;
receiving office attendance card punching information of a recording user recorded in the attendance system;
sending a monitoring instruction to a camera module in an authorized mobile terminal associated with the docketing user, and sending a query instruction to the camera module in the authorized mobile terminal according to a preset time interval to acquire information whether the authorized mobile terminal and the camera module in the authorized mobile terminal are in a monitoring state;
when detecting that a camera module in the authorized mobile terminal loses control, controlling to detect a storage module in the authorized mobile terminal, and judging whether a file in a preset format is stored in the storage module in a period when the camera module loses control;
if the fact that the file with the preset format is stored in the storage module during the period that the camera module is out of control is detected, sending prompt information containing violation operation of the authorized mobile terminal to a supervision user associated with the authorized mobile terminal;
the sending of the monitoring instruction for the camera module in the authorized mobile terminal associated with the docket user includes: establishing a docket for association with a mobile terminal; acquiring the management authority of a mobile terminal associated with a filing user; and sending a monitoring instruction of a camera module in the authorized mobile terminal.
2. The monitoring method of claim 1, wherein the step of receiving on-duty card-punching information of a docket user docketed at the attendance system is preceded by: and establishing and storing planned work time information of the filing user so as to judge whether the card punching information of the filing user is the work card punching information or not according to the planned work time information.
3. The monitoring method of claim 1, further comprising:
receiving off-duty card punching information of a recording user recorded in the attendance system;
and sending a monitoring canceling instruction to a camera module in the authorized mobile terminal associated with the recorded user.
4. The monitoring method according to claim 3, wherein if it is detected that a file of a preset format is stored in the storage module during the period in which the camera module loses control, the method further comprises:
and calling the file with the preset format.
5. The monitoring method of claim 3, wherein the step of receiving the off-duty card-punching information of the docketing user docketing at the attendance system is preceded by the step of: and when monitoring a starting signal of a camera module in the authorized mobile terminal associated with the recorded user, sending a control instruction for preventing the camera module from being started.
6. The monitoring method of claim 3, wherein the step of receiving the off-duty card-punching information of the docketing user docketing at the attendance system is preceded by the step of: when detecting that the authorized mobile terminal associated with the docket user loses control, recording abnormal information of the authorized mobile terminal, and sending the abnormal information to a supervision user associated with the docket user.
7. A terminal, comprising: one or more processors;
a memory;
one or more applications, wherein the one or more applications are stored in the memory and configured to be executed by the one or more processors, the one or more programs configured to perform the steps of the method of monitoring of mobile terminals of any of claims 1 to 6.
8. A monitoring method based on a mobile terminal is characterized by comprising the following steps:
receiving a monitoring instruction transmitted by the monitoring method for the mobile terminal according to any one of claims 1 to 6;
and responding to the monitoring instruction, and monitoring a camera module in the authorized mobile terminal.
9. A mobile terminal, comprising: one or more processors;
a memory;
one or more applications, wherein the one or more applications are stored in the memory and configured to be executed by the one or more processors, the one or more programs configured to perform the steps of the mobile terminal based monitoring method of claim 8.
10. A computer-readable storage medium, comprising:
one or more of the plurality of application programs,
the one or more applications are configured for performing the steps of the method for monitoring a mobile terminal of any of claims 1 to 6 or performing the steps of the method for monitoring based on a mobile terminal of claim 8.
11. A monitoring system based on a mobile terminal, comprising: an attendance system, a terminal as claimed in claim 7 and a mobile terminal as claimed in claim 9; the terminal is associated with the attendance system, the mobile terminal is connected with the terminal, the attendance system stores the information of the docket user, and the information of the docket user comprises the information of the mobile terminal which is associated with the docket user and authorized.
