Abstract
The invention provides a baffle frame with a sealing clamp function and a refrigerator with the baffle frame, wherein the baffle frame comprises a bottom plate, a fixed support and a movable support, the fixed support is connected with the bottom plate, the fixed support comprises a first inclined surface, the movable support comprises a second inclined surface, the movable support can move between a closed position and an open position relative to the fixed support, and when the movable support is positioned at the closed position, the second inclined surface is mutually attached to the first inclined surface; when the movable support is located at the opening position, the second inclined plane and the first inclined plane are staggered. The blocking frame provided by the invention can utilize the relative motion between the movable support and the fixed support to complete the clamping and releasing of the food bag, so that the blocking frame has the function of sealing the opening of the food bag, the practicability of the blocking frame is increased, and the problem that the food bag is inconvenient to store after opening the food bag is solved.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of refrigeration equipment, in particular to a baffle frame with a sealing clamp function and a refrigerator with the baffle frame.
Background
In daily life, if bagged food or bagged sauce and the like are disassembled and not eaten up, a common method is to find a clamp to seal the opening and put the clamp into a refrigerator for fresh keeping. However, sometimes, a proper clamp cannot be found, and a user simply folds the bag opening of the food bag and directly puts the folded bag into a refrigerator, so that the food in the bag is easy to absorb moisture or dry in the air, and the taste of the food in the next time of eating is influenced. In addition, the unsealed food bag is easy to topple and incline due to taking and placing other articles, so that liquid food such as sauce in the bag leaks out, and the environment in the refrigerator is polluted.
In view of the above, it is desirable to provide a new baffle frame with a sealing clip function and a refrigerator to solve the above problems.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a novel blocking frame with a sealing clamp function and a refrigerator, which can solve the problem that the taste is influenced or the environment in the refrigerator is polluted because bagged food is inconvenient to store.

The device may be otherwise oriented (rotated 90 degrees or at other orientations) and the spatially relative descriptors used herein interpreted accordingly. As shown in fig. 1 and 2, a refrigerator (not shown) according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention includes a door 2, a baffle frame 1 is mounted on the door 2, and the baffle frame 1 includes a bottom plate 10, a fixed bracket 11 and a movable bracket 12 connected to the bottom plate 10, in this embodiment, the bottom plate 10 is a bottle seat formed with a receiving cavity, and bottled, canned and bagged food can be placed in the bottle seat. The bottle seat comprises a front wall 101, and a movable bracket 12 and a fixed bracket 11 are connected to the front wall 101 and used for shielding food in the bottle seat and preventing the food from falling. Of course, the bottom plate 10 may be a horizontal panel to which the fixed bracket 11 and the movable bracket 12 are connected and configured like a fence to provide a guard. The barrier 1 is not limited to be provided on the door 2, but in another embodiment, the barrier 1 may be provided in a box (not shown), and the bottom plate 10 may be a rack provided in the box.
The fixed support 11 comprises a first inclined surface 112, the movable support 12 comprises a second inclined surface 122, the movable support 12 can move between a closed position and an open position relative to the fixed support 11, and when the movable support 12 is located at the closed position, the second inclined surface 122 and the first inclined surface 112 are attached to each other; the second ramp 122 is offset from the first ramp 112 when the movable bracket 12 is in the open position.
Thus, when the movable support 12 is in the open position (as shown in FIG. 1), the mouth of the food bag is disposed between the offset first and second ramps 112, 122; when the movable support 12 moves to the closed position (as shown in fig. 2), the second inclined surface (not labeled) and the first inclined surface (not labeled) are attached to each other, so that the food bag opening can be clamped, and the effect of sealing the food bag opening to preserve freshness and prevent leakage is achieved.
Preferably, the blocking frame 1 comprises an elastic member (not shown) disposed between the movable bracket 12 and the bottom plate 10, wherein the elastic member is elastically deformed when the movable bracket 12 moves from the closed position to the open position, so that the movable bracket 12 has a movement tendency to return from the open position to the closed position. The elastic element is arranged, so that the movable bracket 12 has the tendency of being kept at the closed position to clamp the mouth of the food bag, the sealing performance of the baffle frame 1 is ensured, and the sealing effect is ensured.
Referring to fig. 3, the movable bracket 12 is pivotally connected to the base plate 10, and the elastic member is a torsion spring. A torsion spring is arranged between the movable bracket 12 and the bottom plate 10, so that the acting part 121 always keeps close to the fixed bracket 11 to realize the movement trend of the second inclined surface 122 and the first inclined surface 112 which are attached to each other.
In this embodiment, the movable bracket 12 includes a rod portion 120 extending in the vertical direction and an acting portion 121 connected to the rod portion 120, the rod portion 120 is disposed on the bottom plate 10 in a penetrating manner, the acting portion 121 can rotate around the center line of the rod portion 120, and the free end of the acting portion 121 is the second inclined surface 122. The acting portion 121 can rotate around the central line of the rod portion 120, so as to drive the second inclined surface 122 to rotate between a position where the second inclined surface is attached to the first inclined surface 112 and a position where the second inclined surface is staggered. Specifically, the rod portion 120 and the acting portion 121 are integrally formed, specifically, are formed by bending a metal wire. In the present embodiment, the rod portion 120 is rotatable about its own center line, that is, the movable bracket 12 as a whole rotates about the center line of the rod portion 120; a torsion spring is disposed between the lever 120 and the base plate 10.
Of course, in other embodiments, the lever portion 120 and the acting portion 121 may be arranged in a pivotal connection, i.e., the lever portion 120 remains stationary while the acting portion 121 rotates about the centerline of the lever portion 120, and in such embodiments, a torsion spring is arranged between the lever portion 120 and the acting portion 121. Of course, in such embodiments, the stem portion 120 may be considered a portion of the base plate 10 as it remains stationary relative to the base plate 10.
In other embodiments, the movable holder 12 may be moved relative to the stationary holder 11 in a translational manner, not in a rotary manner, and the elastic member may be a compression spring or a tension spring. Alternatively, other embodiments will occur to those skilled in the art and are not described in detail herein.
With continued reference to fig. 3, the fixed bracket 11 includes a matching portion 111 and a connecting portion 110 connecting the matching portion 111 and the base plate 10, the connecting portion 110 is fixedly connected to the base plate 10, and a free end of the matching portion 111 is a first inclined surface 112.
Further, the action portion 121 and the mating portion 111 extend in a first direction, the first inclined surface 112 forms a first angle with the mating portion 111, the second inclined surface 122 forms a second angle with the action portion 121, and the first angle is complementary to the second angle. In the present embodiment, the first direction is a horizontal direction, but in a modified embodiment, the first direction may be a vertical direction or another direction forming an angle with the horizontal direction or the vertical direction. The first inclined surface 112 and the second inclined surface 122 form angles complementary in the same direction, in other words, the included angle formed by the first inclined surface 112 and the matching portion 111 is the same as the included angle formed by the second inclined surface and the acting portion 121. Thus, the first inclined surface 112 and the second inclined surface 122 can be attached to each other in the closed position, and a good seal is formed.
Referring to fig. 3, the blocking frame 1 includes a fixed frame 11 and two movable frames 12, and the two movable frames 12 are symmetrically disposed at two sides of the fixed frame 11. The engaging portion 111 of the fixed bracket 11 includes two free ends, i.e. two axially symmetric first inclined surfaces 112, and the two first inclined surfaces 112 are respectively engaged with the second inclined surfaces 122 of the two movable brackets 12.
Preferably, the baffle frame 1 comprises a sealing gasket, which is arranged on at least one of the first inclined surface 112 and the second inclined surface 122. In this embodiment, the first inclined surface 112 and the second inclined surface 122 are both provided with a sealing gasket, which is a rubber strip and is attached to the first inclined surface 112 and the second inclined surface 122 by gluing, so as to seal a gap between the first inclined surface 112 and the second inclined surface 122 and improve the sealing performance of the baffle frame 1. Of course, the sealing gasket may be an elastic plastic member made of other materials such as a sponge strip and a plastic skin. In another embodiment, a gasket may be provided only on one of the first inclined surface 112 and the second inclined surface 122, and may also function as a seal.

Even if the blocking frame 1 is not used for a sealing clamp, the two inclined surfaces of the movable bracket 12 and the fixed bracket 11 are mutually attached, and a shielding effect can be provided for food in the bottle seat.
