Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of LED lamps, in particular to an LED pillar lamp with a fan for heat dissipation and a using method thereof.
Background
The LED illumination can achieve the purpose of saving energy while ensuring the brightness; the LED lighting and the solar panel can be connected to give full play to the advantage that the LED lamp saves electric energy, so that the defect that the generating capacity of the solar panel is insufficient is overcome.
The pillar lamp is a common lamp device for illumination in parks, squares and other occasions. Among them, the lamp as a light emitting body is often disposed at the top of the column, so that it can illuminate at a height satisfying the sight range of people.
Such a lamp is susceptible to factors or man-made damage from above ground in a night environment due to its low overall height. Furthermore, solar panels are prone to damage of the surface elements in inclement weather or long term exposure to the outside, thereby affecting the service life. Some existing protection means are difficult to achieve good shielding and difficult to perform in an automated manner.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide an LED pillar lamp capable of dissipating heat by a fan and a using method thereof, which can overcome the defects.
According to the invention, the LED pillar lamp with heat dissipated by the fan comprises an upright cylinder body and a lamp box body arranged at the top end of the upright cylinder body, wherein the lamp box body is in a horizontal cylinder shape, a bus of the horizontal cylinder body is in a horizontal direction, the cross section of the horizontal cylinder body is in a truncated-top round shape, the position of the truncated top of the lamp box body is provided with a top opening, the horizontal cylinder body of the lamp box body comprises a cylindrical side surface, a left end surface and a right end surface, the upper part of the cylindrical side surface, close to the top opening, is a transparent section, the lower part of the cylindrical side surface, far away from the top opening, is a non-transparent section, the right end surface is provided with a rotating motor, the left end surface is provided with a bearing sleeve, the rotating motor is connected with the right end of a horizontal shaft of a rotating frame, the left end of the horizontal shaft is, the heat dissipation fins are provided with exhaust fans, the heat dissipation fins are used for absorbing and dissipating heat generated when the rotating motor runs, and the exhaust fans are used for accelerating dissipation of the heat absorbed by the heat dissipation fins so as to prevent the rotating motor from being burnt due to overhigh temperature; the rotating frame further comprises a first support arm and a second support arm which are fixedly connected with the middle part of the horizontal shaft and oppositely arranged, wherein a solar cell panel is supported at the tail end of the first support arm, an LED lamp is supported at the tail end of the second support arm, cylindrical storage battery devices are respectively carried on the horizontal shaft on two sides of the first support arm and the second support arm, and a circuit is arranged in the rotating frame so that the solar cell panel is electrically connected with the cylindrical storage battery devices, and the cylindrical storage battery devices are electrically connected with the LED lamp; the first support arm is further supported with a first rotary closing plate for closing the top opening when the solar panel is exposed from the top opening and a second rotary closing plate which is symmetrically arranged for closing the top opening when the LED lamp is exposed from the top opening, wherein the first rotary closing plate extends at a position between the solar panel and the cylindrical storage battery device; the second rotating containment plate extends at a location between the LED light fixture and the cylindrical battery device.
According to another aspect, in the method for using the LED pillar lamp with heat dissipated by the fan, when lighting is needed at night or protection of the solar panel is needed in bad weather, the rotating frame is driven by the rotating motor to rotate, so that the LED lamp is exposed, and the solar panel is sunk into the lamp box body; when sunlight is sufficient, the rotating motor drives the rotating frame to rotate, so that the solar panel is exposed, meanwhile, the LED lamp is immersed in the lamp box body, and the rotating motor adjusts the rotating angle of the solar panel according to the incident angle of the sun.
According to the invention, the solar panel is sunk into the box body for a long time due to the difference between the working time of the solar panel and the working time of the LED lamp, or is sunk into the box body under the special weather condition that the solar panel needs to be protected, so that the protection can be realized to the maximum extent; moreover, the action is automatically carried out through the rotating motor, and the rotating motor can supply power through a storage battery of the lamp, so that the equipment structure is simplified; moreover, the two rotary closing plates which can synchronously rotate are utilized to simultaneously separate the internal cavity of the box body from the outside, so that external substances are prevented from falling into the box body; and the integral beauty of the lamp is ensured; set up the upper end that is close to the top opening part with the box into transparent material, can guarantee that solar cell panel rotates the incident of effect good receipt sunlight when adjusting according to sunlight incident angle, prevent to be in within the shadow of box with solar cell panel because the angle changes. The whole operation of equipment is reliable, can effectively play the effect of extension solar cell panel life-span to the operation realizes automaticly, maintains simply.

Detailed Description
The present invention will be explained in detail with reference to fig. 1 to 3.
According to the embodiment, referring to fig. 1, the LED pillar lamp with heat dissipation by fan includes an upright column 3 and a lamp box body 9 disposed on the top end of the upright column 3, the lamp box body 9 is in the shape of a horizontal column, the generatrix of the horizontal column is in the shape of a truncated circular segment with a truncated top in the horizontal direction (see fig. 3), the lamp box body 9 has a top opening 90 at the position of the truncated top, the horizontal column of the lamp box body 9 includes a cylindrical side surface, a left end surface and a right end surface, the upper portion of the cylindrical side surface close to the top opening is a transparent section 91, the lower portion far away from the top opening is a non-transparent section 92, the right end surface is provided with a rotating motor 82, the left end surface is provided with a bearing sleeve 81, the rotating motor 82 is connected with the right end of a horizontal shaft 801 of a rotating frame 8, the left end of the horizontal shaft 801 is matched with the bearing sleeve 81, the outer surface of the rotating motor 82 is coated with heat dissipation fins 100, the heat dissipation fins 100 are provided with exhaust fans 101, the heat dissipation fins 100 are used for absorbing and dissipating heat generated when the rotating motor 82 operates, and the exhaust fans 101 are used for accelerating dissipation of the heat absorbed by the heat dissipation fins 100, so that the rotating motor 82 is prevented from being burnt due to overhigh temperature, and normal operation of the LED pillar lamp is guaranteed; the rotating frame 8 further comprises a first support arm 805 and a second support arm 806 which are fixedly connected with the middle part of the horizontal shaft 801 and oppositely arranged, wherein a solar panel 85 is supported at the tail end of the first support arm 805, an LED lamp 86 is supported at the tail end of the second support arm 806, cylindrical storage battery devices 802 and 803 are respectively carried on the horizontal shaft 801 at two sides of the first support arm 805 and the second support arm 806, and a circuit 800 is arranged in the rotating frame 8 so that the solar panel 85 is electrically connected with the cylindrical storage battery devices 802 and 803 and the cylindrical storage battery devices 802 and 803 are electrically connected with the LED lamp; wherein, the first arm 805 further supports a first rotary closing plate 83 for closing the top opening 90 when the solar panel 85 is exposed from the top opening 90 and a second rotary closing plate 84 symmetrically arranged for closing the top opening 90 when the LED lamp 86 is exposed from the top opening 90, the first rotary closing plate 83 extends at a position between the solar panel 85 and the cylindrical battery device 802, 803; the second rotating closing plate 84 extends at a position between the LED light fixture 86 and the cylindrical accumulator arrangement 802, 803.
Optionally, the bottom of the upright column 3 is a ground pin 31 for fixing the LED pillar lamp on the ground.
Optionally, wherein the edges of the first and second rotary closing plates 83, 84 that mate with the lamp housing 9 are provided with an elastic material to facilitate relative movement while achieving sealing of the interior cavity of the lamp housing 9.
According to an embodiment, referring to fig. 2, the method for using the LED pillar lamp with heat dissipated by the fan as described above, wherein when lighting is needed at night or protection of the solar cell panel is needed in bad weather, the rotating frame 8 is driven by the rotating motor 82 to rotate, so that the LED lamp is exposed, and the solar cell panel sinks into the lamp box body 9; when sunlight is sufficient, the rotating motor 82 drives the rotating frame 8 to rotate, so that the solar cell panel is exposed, the LED lamp is immersed in the lamp box body 9, and the rotating motor 82 adjusts the rotating angle of the solar cell panel according to the incident angle of the sun.
