本发明涉及一种抗菌杀虫环保壁纸,包括环保型石头纸的底层,在底层上印刷有印花层,在印花层上依次印制含有杀虫剂的透明高亮杀虫印刷层和含有抗菌剂的透明高亮抗菌印刷层后而构成四层结构的抗菌杀虫环保壁纸,所述底层的厚度为100~1000微米,印花层的厚度为20~100微米,透明高亮杀虫印刷层及透明高亮抗菌印刷层的厚度均为10~30微米。本发明由于表面印刷层中含有抗菌剂和杀虫剂,具有高效杀灭蚊蝇等害虫和抗菌防霉功能,且制造成本低。广泛的应用于室内装修,保护环境,预防病菌蚊虫等危害。

本发明的目的是针对现有技术的不足,而提出一种抗菌杀虫环保壁纸。
本发明解决其技术问题是采取以下技术方案实现的: 一种抗菌杀虫环保壁纸,包括环保型石头纸的底层,在底层上印刷有印花层,在印花层上依次印制含有杀虫剂的透明高亮杀虫印刷层和含有抗菌剂的透明高亮抗菌印刷层后而构成四层结构的抗菌杀虫环保壁纸。
而且,为原纸、纯纸、环保型石头纸、无纺纸、无纺布、纯棉布、化纤布或混纺布中至少一种的底层,其厚度为100~1000微米。
而且,采用圆网工艺印刷在底层上的印花层的厚度为20~100微米。
而且,采用印刷工艺结合在印刷层上的所述透明高亮杀虫印刷层的厚度为10~30微米。
而且,采用印刷工艺结合在透明高亮杀虫印刷层上的透明高亮抗菌印刷层的厚度为10~30微米。
本发明的优点和积极效果是:
1、本发明由于在壁纸表层印制有透明高亮杀虫印刷层和透明高亮抗菌印刷层,使壁纸兼具图案美观和抗菌杀虫功能性;2、本发明满足壁纸抗菌杀虫功能化需要。

一种抗菌杀虫环保壁纸,如图1所示,包括环保型石头纸的底层4,在底层上采用圆网工艺印刷有印花层3,印花层上依次印制含有杀虫剂的透明高亮杀虫印刷层2和含有抗菌剂的透明高亮抗菌印刷层1。
所述底层厚度为100微米,采用圆网印刷工艺印制的印花层厚度为100微米,采用圆网印刷工艺印制的含有杀虫剂的杀虫印刷层厚度为10微米,采用圆网印刷工艺印制的含有抗菌剂的抗菌印刷层厚度为30微米。
实施例2:
一种抗菌杀虫环保壁纸,如图1所示,包括无纺纸的底层4,在底层上采用平网工艺印刷有印花层3,印花层上依次印制含有杀虫剂的透明高亮杀虫印刷层2和含有抗菌剂的透明高亮抗菌印刷层1。
所述底层厚度为1000微米,采用平网印刷工艺印制的印花层厚度为20微米,采用平网印刷工艺印制的含有杀虫剂的杀虫印刷层厚度为30微米,采用平网印刷工艺印制的含有抗菌剂的抗菌印刷层厚度为10微米。

1.一种抗菌杀虫环保壁纸,其特征在于:包括环保型石头纸的底层,在底层上印刷有印花层,在印花层上依次印制含有杀虫剂的透明高亮杀虫印刷层和含有抗菌剂的透明高亮抗菌 印刷层后而构成四层结构的抗菌杀虫环保壁纸。
2.根据权利要求1所述的抗菌杀虫环保壁纸,其特征在于:为原纸、纯纸、环保型石头纸、无纺纸、无纺布、纯棉布、化纤布或混纺布中至少一种的底层,其厚度为100~1000微米。
3.根据权利要求1所述的抗菌杀虫环保壁纸,其特征在于:采用圆网工艺印刷在底层上的印花层的厚度为20~100微米。
4.根据权利要求1所述的抗菌杀虫环保壁纸,其特征在于:采用印刷工艺结合在印刷层上的所述透明高亮杀虫印刷层的厚度为10~30微米。
5.根据权利要求1所述的抗菌杀虫环保壁纸,其特征在于:采用印刷工艺结合在透明高亮杀虫印刷层上的透明高亮抗菌印刷层的厚度为10~30微米。
