本发明公了一种快装防火顶墙板的制备方法,包括以下步骤:S1、原材料的制备;S2、阻燃剂的制备;S3、浸胶料的制备;S4、PVC基板浸胶;S5、防火顶墙板的制备。本发明以PVC基板为原料板材,浸渍胶料后氧化、固化烘干制得防火顶墙板,由于环氧树脂的加入使得墙板在制备的过程中具有良好的热稳定性、绝缘性和粘接性,自制的季戊四醇双多聚磷酸酯三聚氰胺盐阻燃剂,使得防火顶墙板具有良好的阻燃性能,在季戊四醇双多聚磷酸酯三聚氰胺盐阻燃剂和甲基膦酸二甲酯的共同作用下,使得防火顶墙板弹性模量和冲击强度大大提高。

背景技术
防火板又名耐火板,学名为热固性树脂浸渍纸高压层积板,是表面装饰用耐火建材,广泛用于室内装饰、家具、厨柜、实验室枱面、外墙等领域。玻镁防火板具有耐高温、阻燃、吸声、防震、防虫、轻质防腐、无毒无味无污染、可直接上油漆、直接贴面,可用气钉、直接上瓷砖,表面有较好的着色性,强度高、耐弯曲有韧性、可钉、可锯、可粘,装修方便。还可以与多种保温材料复合制成复合保温板材。
目前的防火顶墙板存在保温性能不够好,而且存在防火性能差的问题
为此,我们提出一种快装防火顶墙板的制备方法来解决上述问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种快装防火顶墙板的制备方法,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种快装防火顶墙板的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1、原材料的制备:将环氧树脂、固化剂二乙烯三胺和甲基膦酸二甲酯按照质量比为30:3.9:6称取备用;
S2、阻燃剂的制备:将多聚磷酸、季戊四醇和三聚氰胺按照质量比为3:2:3称量备用,将多聚磷酸和适量的乙醇投加入反应釜中搅拌,并且冷凝回流,使得多聚磷酸全部溶于乙醇后,加入称量好的季戊四醇和三聚氰胺至反应釜中,加热搅拌2.5h后出料,压滤洗涤后制得季戊四醇双多聚磷酸酯三聚氰胺盐阻燃剂;
S3、浸胶料的制备:将环氧树脂、甲基膦酸二甲酯和固化剂二乙烯三胺加入搅拌罐中搅拌均匀后,加入步骤S2中制备的阻燃剂后,常温搅拌均匀,再加入适量的改性剂、发泡剂、碳水化合物和可燃性淀粉,加热至32-39℃搅拌制成高效防火浸胶料;
S4、PVC基板浸胶:将 PVC基板两面浸渍于步骤S3中制备的浸胶料中,然后平铺于涂覆有脱模剂的模具平铺压制后,固化半小时;
S5、防火顶墙板的制备:将步骤S4中固化后的材料置于烘箱内继续烘干固化,将固化好的材料连同模具取出,冷却至室温,取出成型的防火顶墙板,裁切、打磨、检验后制成成品。
优选的,所述步骤S2中反应釜的加热温度为80℃,在加热过程中每隔20min向反应釜内添加乙醇。
优选的,所述步骤S2中压滤洗涤所用的压滤机为隔膜压滤机,所用的洗涤溶剂为乙醇,洗涤次数不少于3次。
优选的,所述步骤S3中加入阻燃剂与环氧树脂的质量比为1:10。
优选的,所述步骤S3中改性剂为纤维和聚乙烯基醋酸脂,发泡剂为聚氨酯。
优选的,所述步骤S5中烘箱的烘干温度为85℃,固化时间为2h。
