When the ears of a patient need to be washed, the water receiving bag 7 with the elastic belt 74 on the inner side of the arc is selected, the waterproof belt 72 is wound around the eyes of the patient and is adhered to the skin around the eyes, the bag body 71 of the water receiving bag 7 is placed at the low position of the horizontal position, and the tail end of the drain pipe 75 is clamped on the clamping ring 6 of the receiver 4, so that the washed substances can be observed, and the water receiving bag can also be directly placed into the water collecting tank 2 to directly discharge the washing water into the water collecting tank.
