Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to an external auditory canal cleaning device, in particular to a safe and efficient external auditory canal cleaning device.
Background
The external auditory canal is a curved canal from the external auditory portal to the tympanic membrane in the human ear, and is covered by only a thin layer of skin, so cerumen is easy to adhere to and is easy to be damaged. Modern people keep the external auditory canal clean and often use various tools to remove cerumen attached to the external auditory canal.
Two types of cleaning devices are commonly used, one of which is a conventional earpick comprising a handle and a spoon-like head for cleaning. The cleaning product can not completely remove earwax on the external auditory canal, and the cleaning force is not enough; and because the body is slender and improper to operate, the body is easy to go too deep into the external auditory canal to cause damage; the other is a cotton swab, which comprises a swab handle and a cotton head for cleaning. The cleaning force of the cotton swab is increased compared with that of the traditional earpick, earwax is attached to the surface of the cotton swab head and is easy to cut and rub on the external auditory canal again, and in addition, the removed earwax cannot be taken out of the external auditory canal, and is easy to push the earwax into the external auditory canal. In addition, the cotton swab is also slender and has insufficient safety performance.
Chinese utility model CN201620903316.6 discloses an ear cleaner, the upper surface of the ear spoon of which is upwards convex to form a cap shape, the lower surface of the ear spoon is upwards concave to form an ear cleaning groove, and the ear cleaning groove of the ear cleaner can be used for storing and cleaning earwax. Because the earpick part has larger integral volume when being designed, the earpick part limits the depth of the earpick part from entering the auditory canal, thereby avoiding the damage caused by entering the external auditory canal and having better safety. However, since the earpick section of the earpick is large and difficult to penetrate into the external auditory canal, only the earwax in the portion of the external auditory canal near the auricle can be removed, and thus the cleaning range is reduced and the cleaning ability is weakened.

Detailed Description
The present invention will be described in detail below with reference to exemplary embodiments. It is to be understood, however, that elements, structures and features of one embodiment may be beneficially incorporated in other embodiments without further recitation.
As shown in fig. 1, 2 and 6, a safe and efficient external auditory canal cleaning device according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises a handle 1 and a cleaning head 2. The cleaning head 2 includes a base 3 and a blade 4. One side of the base 3 close to the handle 1 is provided with a storage cavity 5 for storing scraped earwax. The outer edge of the storage cavity 5 is provided with a plurality of scrapers 4 which are hinged on the base 3, the scrapers 4 are provided with a first cleaning part 9 for cleaning the external auditory meatus, and the inner walls of the scrapers between the first cleaning part and the storage cavity 5 form cerumen guide walls. The handle 1 comprises a base rod 6 and a driving piece 7 which is matched with the base rod 6 in an axial sliding mode. The base rod 6 is fixedly connected with the base 3, the driving piece 7 is circumferentially hinged with a plurality of connecting rods 8, and the outer ends of the connecting rods 8 are hinged on the scraping plate 4. The user can slide on the base rod 6 through the driving piece 7, and the control link 8 moves, so that the scraper 4 is opened and closed. When the scraper 4 is closed, the cleaning device enters the external auditory canal; when the scraper 4 is opened, the scraper props against the external auditory canal, thereby ensuring that the cleaning device cannot excessively go deep into the external auditory canal and improving the safety of the device. In addition to this, the flared scraper 4 can also be used for cleaning the external auditory canal.
Preferably, as shown in fig. 3, a conical shaped scraping head 16 is arranged outside the cleaning head 2. This scraper head 16 can be moved into the external auditory canal for cleaning the external auditory canal when the scraper 4 is in the retracted position.
Preferably, the base rod 6 is provided with a long groove 18 for the link 8 to move, and when the end of the link 8 hinged with the driving element 9 moves to the end of the long groove 18 close to the cleaning head 2, the spreading degree of the scraper 4 is maximum; when the end of the link 8 to which the drive member 9 is hinged is moved to the end of the elongate slot 18 remote from the cleaner head 2, the spreading of the squeegee 4 is minimised.
When the user pushes the handle 1 toward the cleaning head 2, the driving member 7 moves in the same direction and the blade 4 is opened. When the opening degree of the scraper 4 is adapted to the external auditory meatus, i.e., the first cleaning portion 9 of the scraper 4 is just abutted against the external auditory meatus, the cleaning device is pulled in a direction away from the external auditory meatus. At this time, the cerumen on the external auditory meatus forms a guide wall along the inner wall of the scraper between the first cleaning portion 9 and the storage chamber 5, enters the storage chamber, and is carried out of the external auditory meatus by the device.
Preferably, the drive member has a drive member locking mechanism for locking the position of the drive member 7 relative to the base shaft 6, as shown in fig. 4 and 5. The locking mechanism comprises a partition plate 11, a guide plate 12 and an elastic sliding block 13 on the guide plate 12. The partition plate 11 has a base rod 6 fixed to one side thereof and a guide plate 12 fixed to the other side thereof. The guide plate 12 is parallel to the handle 1, and the surface is provided with a unidirectional tooth group 121. The sliding block 13 is matched with the tooth group in a one-way mode, and a guide groove 19 matched with the guide plate 12 is formed in the sliding block 13.
When the user puts the cleaning device deep into the external auditory canal at a proper position, the elastic slider 13 is pushed in a direction close to the partition plate 11, and the driving member 7 is displaced relative to the base rod 6, and the scraper 4 is opened. When the squeegee 4 is spread to an appropriate extent, the pushing of the slider 13 is stopped. Because of the presence of the locking mechanism described above, the slider 13 rests on the guide plate 12 without moving. This arrangement provides for increased user convenience without requiring the user to exert force to maintain the position of the drive member relative to the base shaft, and is safe for use.
Preferably, a fillet 122 is arranged between every two adjacent unidirectional teeth in the unidirectional tooth group 121 on the sliding block 13.
When the user pushes the slider 13 away from the partition 11, the slider can move away from the partition 11 smoothly due to the rounded corner 122. Thereby realizing the bidirectional sliding of the slider 13 on the guide plate 12 without damaging the slider 13, and being more convenient for the user to use.
Preferably, the scrapers 4 are arranged offset from each other. The offset space between the scrapers 4 constitutes another guide channel for the cerumen. The blade 4 is also provided with a second cleaning portion 10. The second cleaning portion 10 is located on the side edge of the blade 4. The passage between the second cleaning portion 10 and the blade side wall 21 between the blades 4 is also a guide passage for guiding earwax into the storage chamber 5.
When the scraper 4 is spread, in addition to a method of pulling the handle 1 so that the cleaning device is moved entirely within the external auditory canal to scrape off earwax, a method of rotating the handle 1 can be used to clean earwax. The user spreads the scraper 4 to a proper size and rotates the handle so that the second cleaning portion 10 on the scraper scrapes the external auditory meatus in turns. Cerumen on the external auditory meatus flows into the storage chamber along the guide wall formed between the second cleaning portion 10 and the scraper side wall 21
Preferably, a linkage rod 15 is arranged between any two scraping plates 4 for connection, the number of the scraping plates 4 is 2 times that of the connecting rods 8, any one scraping plate 4 in the two adjacent scraping plates 4 is hinged with the connecting rods 8, and the redundant scraping plates 4 are in linkage fit with the scraping plates 4 with the connecting rods 8 through the linkage rod 15. When the driving part 7 displaces relative to the base rod 6, the connecting rod 8 connected to the driving part moves to drive the scraper 4 connected with the connecting rod to unfold, and the linkage rod 15 drives the scraper 4 connected with the connecting rod 8 to unfold.
This arrangement has the advantage that when the number of links 8 is limited, it is still sufficient to ensure that sufficient blades 4 are still provided on the cleaning device. The device utilizes the linkage action of the linkage rod 15, so that the scrapers which are not connected with the connecting rod 8 can be synchronously opened and closed, and the quantity of the scrapers is increased.
Advantageously, the presence of the linkage rods makes it unnecessary to provide an excessive number of connecting rods, which is more beneficial both to the loss of material and to the overall aesthetic appearance.
Preferably, the plate surfaces of the scrapers are all arc surfaces. The arrangement is favorable for facilitating earwax to enter the storage cavity through the inner wall of the scraper blade, and is favorable for improving the cleaning force.
Preferably, the scraping head 16 and the scraping plate 4 are made of silica gel materials. The biocompatibility of the cleaning device can be guaranteed, so that the damage of the device to the external auditory canal is reduced.
At the tail end of the handle, a hand ring 17 can be further arranged, which is convenient for the user to hold and use.
The working principle and the process of cleaning the external auditory canal of the invention are as follows:
the user can move the sliding block 13 to displace the driving member 7 relative to the base rod 6, thereby moving the connecting rod 8 to open and close the scraper 4. When the scraper 4 is closed, the cleaning device enters the external auditory canal, at which time the user can clean the external auditory canal using the scraper head 16; when the scraper 4 is opened, the scraper props against the external auditory canal, thereby ensuring that the cleaning device cannot excessively go deep into the external auditory canal and ensuring the safety of a user.
The flared scraper 4 is mainly used for cleaning the external auditory canal. When the user pushes the slider 13 toward the cleaning head 2, the driver 7 moves in the same direction and the blade 4 is opened. The scraper 4 is expanded to a size suitable for the external auditory canal, and at the moment, the slide block 13 is fixed on the guide plate, so that the scraper is not opened and closed. When the first cleaning portion 9 of the scraper 4 is just abutted against the external auditory meatus, the cleaning device is pulled in a direction away from the external auditory meatus. At this time, the cerumen on the external auditory meatus forms a guide wall along the inner wall of the scraper between the first cleaning part 9 and the storage cavity 5, enters the storage cavity and is taken out of the external auditory meatus by the device;
in addition, the cleaning device has a second use method:
when the user pushes the slider 13 toward the cleaning head 2, the driver 7 moves in the same direction and the blade 4 is opened. The scraper 4 is expanded to a size suitable for the external auditory canal, and at the moment, the slide block 13 is fixed on the guide plate, so that the scraper is not opened and closed. At this time, the handle 1 is rotated to clean earwax. After the user spreads the scraper 4 to a size against the external auditory meatus, the handle 1 is rotated so that the second cleaning portion 10 of the scraper 4 scrapes the external auditory meatus in turns. Cerumen on the external auditory meatus flows into the storage chamber 5 along the guide passage between the second cleaning portion 10 and the blade side wall 21.
The present embodiment is only for explaining the present invention, and it is not limited to the present invention, and those skilled in the art can make modifications of the present embodiment without inventive contribution as needed after reading the present specification, but all of them are protected by patent law within the scope of the claims of the present invention.
