The second motor 21 in the second cutting assembly 20 of the present embodiment drives the first saw-tooth disc cutter 26 and the second saw-tooth disc cutter 27 on the second rotating shaft 24 to rapidly rotate to cut chicken feet through the second coupling 23.
As shown in fig. 6, 7 and 8, the first cutting assembly 10 includes a first motor 11, a first shaft 14 and a third saw-tooth disc cutter 15, the first motor 11 is fixed to the back surface of the base plate 02 through a first motor bracket 12, and the first shaft 14 is disposed on a motor shaft of the first motor 11 through a first coupling 13; the third saw-tooth disc cutter 15 is arranged on the first rotating shaft 14, and the third saw-tooth disc cutter 15 is positioned at the first notch 41 for cutting the root of the longest claw on the chicken claw.
The first motor 11 in the first cutting assembly 10 of the present embodiment drives the third saw-tooth disc cutter 15 on the first rotating shaft 14 to quickly rotate and cut chicken feet through the first coupling 13.
As shown in fig. 6, 7 and 8, the third cutting assembly 30 includes a third motor 31, a third rotating shaft 34 and a fourth saw-tooth disc cutter 35, the third motor 31 is fixed to the back surface of the base plate 02 through a third motor bracket 32, and the third rotating shaft 34 is disposed on a motor shaft of the third motor 31 through a third coupling 33; the fourth saw-tooth disc cutter 35 is disposed on the third rotating shaft 34, and the fourth saw-tooth disc cutter 35 is located at the second notch 42 for cutting the root of the longest claw on the chicken claw.
The third motor 31 in the third cutting assembly 30 of the present embodiment drives the fourth saw-tooth disc cutter 35 on the third rotating shaft 34 to quickly rotate and cut chicken feet through the third coupling 33.
As shown in fig. 9, the guide plate 04 in the present embodiment includes two side plates and an inclined bottom plate, the two side plates are symmetrically disposed on two sides of the inclined bottom plate, the top ends of the two side plates are connected to the base plate 02, and the bottom ends of the two side plates are connected to the inclined bottom plate. The inclined bottom plate in this embodiment is arranged obliquely to the right.
