Abstract

本发明公开了一种增强大黄幼苗抗病性的育苗基质,该基质由如下重量份的原料制成:沼渣100‑150份、米糠皮100‑120份、中药渣20‑30份、甘蔗渣50‑60份、谷壳15‑25份、柚子皮粉9‑15份、菇渣9‑12份、蔗糖3‑5份、硫酸铵2‑3份、马粪45‑60份、啤酒酵母6‑10份、黑曲霉菌3‑5份、蛭石30‑36份、维生素C 0.5‑1份、复硝酚钠1‑1.5份、茉莉酸3.5‑5份和适量水。本发明基质能明显加快大黄出苗,促进幼苗生长并达到复壮的效果,更能有效提高大黄幼苗的抗病性,试验表明采用本发明基质培育大黄幼苗抗病性同比提高10‑12.4%。

一种增强大黄幼苗抗病性的育苗基质
技术领域
本发明属于育苗基质技术领域,尤其涉及一种增强大黄幼苗抗病性的育苗基质。
背景技术
大黄又称将军,是蓼科大黄属多年生草本植物,野生于山地林缘或草坡,喜欢阴湿的环境,耐寒,忌高温。大黄对土镶要求较严,适宜在土层深厚,富含腐殖质,排水良好的壤土或砂质壤土生长,在粘重酸性土和低洼积水地区不生长不佳。大黄是《中国药典》收录的草药,其以干燥根及根茎入药,具有攻积滞、清湿热、泻火、凉血、祛瘀、解毒等功效。
由于人们大量破坏野生大黄,致使野生大黄资源数量急剧下降。为满足医药市场需求,人工栽培大黄成为必然趋势,也为农民带来了良好的经济效益。但由于人工种植过程中大量施用化肥及过度干预大黄的自然生长,使得大黄抗病性明显下降,品质难以达到药用要求。然而,目前还没有增加大黄抗病性繁育方法的相关报道。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于:提供一种增强大黄幼苗抗病性的育苗基质,该基质以沼渣和米糠皮为载体,既达到营养均衡全面,又增加基质孔隙度,保证大黄幼苗始终处于较高的呼吸强度,加入茉莉酸不仅能够调节基质酸碱值,又能激活大黄幼苗自身的抗病系统,从而达到增加大黄幼苗抗病性的目的。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种增强大黄幼苗抗病性的育苗基质,其特征在于:由如下重量份的原料制成:沼渣100-150份、米糠皮100-120份、中药渣20-30份、甘蔗渣50-60份、谷壳15-25份、柚子皮粉9-15份、菇渣9-12份、蔗糖3-5份、硫酸铵2-3份、马粪45-60份、啤酒酵母6-10份、黑曲霉菌3-5份、蛭石30-36份、维生素C 0.5-1份、复硝酚钠1-1.5份、茉莉酸3.5-5份和适量水。
作为优选,所述的一种增强大黄幼苗抗病性的育苗基质,其特征在于:由如下重量份的原料制成:沼渣120份、米糠皮110份、中药渣25份、甘蔗渣55份、谷壳20份、柚子皮粉12份、菇渣12份、蔗糖4份、硫酸铵2.5份、马粪56份、啤酒酵母8份、黑曲霉菌4份、蛭石32份、维生素C 0.8份、复硝酚钠1.2份、茉莉酸4.2份和适量水。
进一步,所述的一种增强大黄幼苗抗病性的育苗基质,其特征在于:所述的中药渣是由大黄浸提后余留的残渣,其中还加入15-20%大青叶药渣。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果在于:
1)本发明基质以沼渣和米糠皮为载体,既达到营养均衡全面,又增加基质孔隙度,保证大黄幼苗始终处于较高的呼吸强度,加入茉莉酸不仅能够调节基质酸碱值,又能激活大黄幼苗自身的抗病系统,从而达到增加大黄幼苗抗病性的目的,此外,米糠皮又能锁住蔗糖水分并作黑曲霉菌的营养源,达到持久保湿和生物活性;
2)本发明基质能明显加快大黄出苗,促进幼苗生长并达到复壮的效果,更能有效提高大黄幼苗的抗病性,试验表明采用本发明基质培育大黄幼苗抗病性同比提高10-12.4%;
3)本发明基质孔隙度高,水分和营养成分均衡全面,符合大黄生长的需要。

下面结合具体实施例对本发明的技术方案作进一步说明,以便于同领域技术人员的理解。
实施例1
一种增强大黄幼苗抗病性的育苗基质,由如下重量份的原料制成:沼渣120份、米糠皮110份、中药渣25份、甘蔗渣55份、谷壳20份、柚子皮粉12份、菇渣12份、蔗糖4份、硫酸铵2.5份、马粪56份、啤酒酵母8份、黑曲霉菌4份、蛭石32份、维生素C 0.8份、复硝酚钠1.2份、茉莉酸4.2份和适量水,其中,所述的中药渣是由大黄浸提后余留的残渣,其中还加入15-20%大青叶药渣;
按照上述配比准备原料,然后混合均匀后,装入育苗盘即可。
实施例2
一种增强大黄幼苗抗病性的育苗基质,由如下重量份的原料制成:沼渣100份、米糠皮100份、中药渣20份、甘蔗渣50份、谷壳15份、柚子皮粉9份、菇渣9份、蔗糖3份、硫酸铵2份、马粪45份、啤酒酵母6份、黑曲霉菌3份、蛭石30份、维生素C 0.5份、复硝酚钠1份、茉莉酸3.5份和适量水,所述的中药渣是由大黄浸提后余留的残渣,其中还加入15-20%大青叶药渣;
按照上述配比准备原料,然后混合均匀后,装入育苗盘即可。

按照上述配比准备原料,然后混合均匀后,装入育苗盘即可。
