Abstract

本发明公开了一种增强大黄幼苗抗病性的育苗基质,该基质由如下重量份的原料制成:沼渣100‑150份、米糠皮100‑120份、中药渣20‑30份、甘蔗渣50‑60份、谷壳15‑25份、柚子皮粉9‑15份、菇渣9‑12份、蔗糖3‑5份、硫酸铵2‑3份、马粪45‑60份、啤酒酵母6‑10份、黑曲霉菌3‑5份、蛭石30‑36份、维生素C 0.5‑1份、复硝酚钠1‑1.5份、茉莉酸3.5‑5份和适量水。本发明基质能明显加快大黄出苗,促进幼苗生长并达到复壮的效果,更能有效提高大黄幼苗的抗病性,试验表明采用本发明基质培育大黄幼苗抗病性同比提高10‑12.4%。

技术领域
[0001]本发明属于育苗基质技术领域,尤其涉及一种增强大黄幼苗抗病性的育苗基质。
背景技术 _2]大^又称将军,是寥科大黄属多年生草本植物,野生于山地林缘或草坡,喜欢阴湿 的环境,耐寒,忌高温。大黄对土镶要求较严,适宜在土层深厚,富含腐殖质,排水良好的壤 土或砂质壤土生长,在粘重酸性土和低洼积水地区不生长不佳。大黄是《中国药典》收录的 草药,其以干燥根及根茎入药,具有攻积滞、清湿热、泻火、凉血、祛瘀、解毒等功效。
[0003]由于人们大量破坏野生大黄,致使野生大黄资源数量急剧下降。为满足医药市场 需求,人工栽培大黄成为必然趋势,也为农民带来了良好的经济效益。但由于人工种植过程 中大量施用化肥及过度干预大黄的自然生长,使得大黄抗病性明显下降,品质难以达到药 用要求。然而,目前还没有增加大黄抗病性繁育方法的相关报道。
发明内容
[0004]本发明的目的在于:提供一种增强大黄幼苗抗病性的育苗基质,该基质以沼渣和 米糠皮为载体,既达到营养均衡全面,又增加基质孔隙度,保证大黄幼苗始终处于较高的呼 吸强度,加入茉莉酸不仅能够调节基质酸碱值,又能激活大黄幼苗自身的抗病系统,从而达 到增加大黄幼苗抗病性的目的。
