Abstract
The invention discloses a screen protection structure and an intelligent terminal. The screen protection structure comprises an explosion-proof film and a protection cover; the protective cover comprises a bottom area for displaying a screen and a top opening area which extends upwards from the edge of the bottom area, the periphery of the top opening area is larger than that of the bottom area, and a first round angle is arranged at the edge of the top opening area; the anti-explosion film is attached to the inner side surface of the protective cover and comprises a display area for displaying a screen and a peripheral area arranged on the periphery of the display area; the outer fringe of peripheral district is equipped with the second fillet that matches with first fillet shape, and the outer fringe of second fillet is equipped with the breach, and the peripheral district is equipped with the through-hole, breach and through-hole intercommunication. The scheme of the invention can avoid the crease generated by the rupture disc and protect the corner of the screen.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of protective films, in particular to a screen protection structure and an intelligent terminal.
Background
The corners of the protective cover of the screen of the smart watch usually have a slope, and an explosion-proof membrane is attached to the inner upper surface of the protective cover, and the explosion-proof membrane is matched with the shape of the protective cover. However, since the corners of the protective cover have slopes, the explosion-proof film matching the shape of the protective cover is often wrinkled, and in order to solve the problem, a current common solution is to remove the corners of the explosion-proof film, but this cannot form protection for the corners of the screen of the smart watch, which easily causes the corners of the screen to break.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention provides a screen protection structure and an intelligent terminal, which are used for solving the problem that the screen angle is easy to break due to the fact that the angle of an explosion-proof film is removed in the prior art.

For a clearer understanding of technical features, objects and effects of the present invention, a detailed description of embodiments of the present invention will be made with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 is an exploded view of a screen protection structure of the present invention. As shown, the protective structure of the screen includes an explosion-proof membrane 100 and a protective cover 200.
The protective cover 200 includes a bottom region 210 for the display screen and a top opening region 220 extending upward from the edge of the bottom region 210. The periphery of the top opening area 220 is larger than the periphery of the bottom area 210, and the edge of the top opening area 220 is provided with a first rounded corner 221. In this embodiment, the screen is a display screen of an intelligent terminal (such as an intelligent watch).
The rupture membrane 100 is attached to the inner side surface of the protective cover 200, and the rupture membrane 100 includes a display area 110 for displaying a screen and a peripheral area 120 provided at the periphery of the display area 110. The outer edge of the peripheral region 120 is provided with a second rounded corner 121 matching the shape of the first rounded corner 221. Preferably, the through-holes 122 match the corresponding edge shape of the bottom region 210. In the present embodiment, the shape of the bottom region 210 and the display region 110 for the display screen is rectangular with rounded corners, but is not limited in other embodiments and may be any shape. In this embodiment, the edges of the bottom region 210 corresponding to the through holes 122 are curved, and the through holes 122 are also curved. Still further, the through holes 122 may be symmetrically disposed along the symmetry axis of the second rounded corners 121. Further, the radians of the first rounded corners 221, the second rounded corners 121, and the through holes 122 are between 60 degrees and 120 degrees, and optimally, the radians of the first rounded corners 221, the second rounded corners 121, and the through holes 122 are set to 90 degrees.
Preferably, in order to protect the rupture disc 100, the screen protecting structure further includes a release film 300 provided on the upper surface of the rupture disc 100. The release film 300 is shape-matched to the rupture film 100.

According to the embodiment of the invention, the notch 121a is formed in the outer edge of the explosion-proof membrane 100, the through hole 122 communicated with the notch 121a is formed in the peripheral area 120, so that the explosion-proof membrane 100 attached to the inner side surface of the protective cover 200 can be prevented from being crumpled, and meanwhile, the notch 121a is formed only in the edge of the second round corner 121 of the explosion-proof membrane 100, so that the explosion-proof membrane 100 can still protect the corner of the screen.
Fig. 2 is an exploded view of the intelligent terminal provided by the invention. The intelligent terminal can be an intelligent watch, a mobile phone and the like. As shown in fig. 2, the intelligent terminal includes a screen 500 and a protective structure of the screen, which includes an explosion-proof film 100 and a protective cover 200. The protective cover 200 includes a bottom region 210 for the display screen 500 and a top opening region 220 extending upward from an edge of the bottom region 210. Claims (10)
1. A screen protection structure, characterized in that the protection structure comprises an explosion-proof membrane and a protection cover;
the protective cover comprises a bottom area for displaying the screen and a top opening area which extends upwards from the edge of the bottom area, the periphery of the top opening area is larger than that of the bottom area, and a first round angle is arranged at the edge of the top opening area;
the explosion-proof film is attached to the inner side surface of the protective cover and comprises a display area for displaying the screen and a peripheral area arranged on the periphery of the display area; the outer edge of the peripheral area is provided with a second round angle matched with the first round angle in shape, the outer edge of the second round angle is provided with a notch, the peripheral area is provided with a through hole, and the notch is communicated with the through hole;
the edges of the bottom area corresponding to the through holes are arc-shaped.
2. The screen guard structure of claim 1, wherein the through hole is provided between the second rounded corner and an inner edge of the peripheral region.
3. The screen guard structure of claim 1 wherein the notch is disposed along an axis of symmetry of the second rounded corner.
4. The screen guard structure of claim 1, wherein the through holes match corresponding edge shapes of the bottom region.
5. The screen protection structure of claim 4, wherein the through hole has an arc shape.
6. The screen protection structure of claim 1, further comprising a double-sided adhesive layer disposed on an upper surface of the peripheral region, wherein the double-sided adhesive layer is provided with a hollowed-out groove, and a structure formed by the notch and the through hole is matched with the hollowed-out groove.
7. The screen protection structure of claim 6, further comprising a release film provided on an upper surface of the double-sided tape layer, the release film being shape-matched with the burst disk.
8. The screen protection structure of any one of claims 1 to 5, further comprising a release film provided on an upper surface of the rupture film, the release film being shape-matched with the rupture film.
9. An intelligent terminal, characterized by comprising a screen and a protective structure of the screen according to any one of claims 1-5, wherein the screen is arranged on the upper surface of the explosion-proof membrane.
10. The intelligent terminal of claim 9, further comprising a double-sided adhesive layer, wherein the double-sided adhesive layer is arranged between the screen and the explosion-proof membrane, the double-sided adhesive layer is arranged on the double-sided adhesive layer on the upper surface of the peripheral area, and the double-sided adhesive layer is provided with a hollowed-out groove matched with the notch and the through hole in shape.
