Description

Performance data processing method and device, computer equipment and readable medium
[ technical field ] A method for producing a semiconductor device
The invention relates to the technical field of computers, in particular to a performance data processing method and device, computer equipment and a readable medium.
[ background of the invention ]
The operation system in the prior art is a system widely used in the field of sales and the like. Obvious superior and inferior relations exist in the operation system, and in the same-level relation, a group of users in the same group can be combined into an organization, and each organization can also comprise a sub-organization or a plurality of users; the sub-organization may also include multiple users below, and so on. In order to facilitate the management of the performance data of each organization entity or user entity in the operation system with the stacked parent-child relationship, the operation system can be mapped in a data organization structure similar to a tree structure, and the data organization structure can truly simulate the relationship among organizations, users and organizations in the operation system.
For example, it is often necessary to operate systems that aggregate performance data for an organization or user over a historical period of time, such as number of visited stores, number of new stores, store runs, and so forth, by aggregating performance data for sales attributed to the organization over a specified period of time. The constant change in the organizational structure of the operating system presents certain difficulties to this task. For example, within a specified time period, a subordinate organization may be adjusted to another organization, and an organization may be adjusted to the organization, as well as users in the organization. In order to accurately represent the structural relationship in the operation system, no matter the organization entity or the user entity is transferred, the entity in the data organization structure corresponding to the operation system can be deleted from the position under the original parent node in time and added to the position under the new parent node, so that the entity can be transferred from the position under the original parent node to the position under the new parent node. In the data organization structure, the primary key for each organizational entity is the id field; the primary key of the user entity is also the id field. In order to facilitate the summarization, in the prior art, a snapshot of a data organization structure corresponding to the operation system is stored every day, performance data of an entity in a historical time period is summarized every day according to the id of the entity to be summarized, and the data organization structure of the entity in the current day is summarized every day.
However, in the existing method for summarizing the performance data of an entity according to the snapshot of the data organizational structure stored every day, the organizational structure change in one day is ignored, and if the statistical time period falls in the middle of one day, the summarizing result is very inaccurate.

[ detailed description ] embodiments
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings and specific embodiments.
Fig. 1 is a flowchart of a first embodiment of a performance data processing method according to the present invention. As shown in fig. 1, the performance data processing method of this embodiment may specifically include:
100. receiving a performance data summarizing request carrying a target organization identifier and a specified time period;
101. acquiring target organizations with different transfer identifications of at least two target organizations from a data organization structure corresponding to an operation system according to the target organization identifications;
102. acquiring the identifications of all users and the transfer identifications of all users included in the target organization from the target organization corresponding to the transfer identifications of all the target organizations;
103. and summarizing the performance data of the target organization in the specified time period according to the identifications of all users, the transfer identifications of all users and the specified time period which are included by the target organization.
The performance data processing method of the present embodiment may be a performance data processing device, and the performance data processing device may be an electronic entity device or a device integrated by software. The performance data processing device can access a data organization structure corresponding to the operation system and a performance database storing performance data of each user in the operation system.
The data organization structure of the embodiment is a structure similar to a tree, and is used for clearly representing the organization structure relationship of the operation system. From this data organization structure, it is clear which organization is under which organization, which users are included in which organization, and so on. Moreover, the data organization structure of the embodiment is still different from the existing data organization structure: the existing data organization structure is a tree structure established according to the relationship between organizations and the relationship between users in an operation system. When an organization or user is transferred, the organization or user is deleted from under its original parent node and added under its transferred new parent node. In the data organization structure of the embodiment, the relationship between the organizations and the user in the existing data organization structure are maintained; when the organization or the user is transferred, the organization or the user below the original parent node is not deleted, and a transferred new organization or user is added below the transferred new parent node; the data organization structure of this embodiment is capable of presenting the organization and the locations that the user has stayed in before the current location, and all historical transfers. Thus, in the data organization structure of this embodiment, the organization of the same organization identifier may include at least two organizations, and the users of the same user identifier may also include at least two users; in order to identify organizations with the same organization identification located under different parent nodes, different transfer identifications can be configured for the organizations with the same organization identification under different parent nodes; such that the organization identifier and the corresponding transition identifier may collectively uniquely identify an organization in the data organization structure. Similarly, in order to identify users with the same user identifier under different father nodes, different transfer identifiers can be configured for users with the same user identifier under different father nodes; such that the user identification and the corresponding transition identification may collectively uniquely identify a user in the data organization structure.
In the performance data processing method according to the present embodiment, business data is processed based on the latest data organization structure in the context of the data organization structure. When a user wants to query performance data summarization of a certain target organization in a specified time period, a performance data summarization request carrying a target organization identifier and the specified time period can be sent to a processing device of the performance data so as to request the performance data summarization of the target organization in the specified time period. Correspondingly, the performance data processing device receives the performance data summarizing request carrying the target organization identifier and the designated time period. In the data organization structure corresponding to the operating system in this embodiment, when the organization is transferred, the original organization is not deleted, so that at least two target organizations corresponding to the target organization identifier in the data organization structure in this embodiment may be included; but the metastasis signatures of at least two target tissues are not the same. Therefore, the target tissues with different transfer identifications of at least two target tissues can be obtained from the data organization structure according to the target tissue identifications; each transition identifies a different target organization as an entity of the target organization at a different time period. Then, further, the identifiers of all users included in each target organization and the transfer identifiers of the users can be acquired from the target organization corresponding to the transfer identifier of each target organization; in this way, the identities of all users that were and are now belonging to the target organization and the transfer identities of the users can be known. Finally, the performance data of the target organization in the specified time period can be summarized by combining the identifications of all the users included in the target organization, the transfer identifications of all the users and the specified time period. The specified time period of the present embodiment may be any time period for which the user wants to know the performance data summary. For example, the specified time period may include a start time and an end time, with the accuracy of the specified time period being consistent with the accuracy of the time at which performance data is stored in the performance data repository. For example, when the performance data stored in the performance data repository is accurate in time to date, the corresponding designated time period may be represented in a form of X years Y month Z day to M years N month P day. If the time of the performance data stored in the performance data repository is accurate to the time of arrival, minutes, and seconds, the start time and the end time of the corresponding specified time period may also be accurate to the time of arrival, minutes, and seconds.
Further optionally, the step 103 "summarizing the performance data of the target organization in the specified time period according to the identifications of all users, the transfer identifications of each user, and the specified time period included in the target organization" in the foregoing embodiment may specifically include the following steps:
(a1) acquiring all performance data of the target organization in a specified time period from a performance data database according to the identifications of all users, the transfer identifications of all users and the specified time period which are included by the target organization;
(a2) all performance data for the target organization over the specified time period is summed.
In the performance database of this embodiment, performance data of all users in the data organization structure is stored, and since the user identifier and the transfer identifier can only uniquely identify a user at one location in this embodiment, the performance data of the user is also stored according to the user identifier and the transfer identifier when the performance data is stored in the performance database. For example, table 1 is a segment of performance data stored in a performance database.
TABLE 1
Figure BDA0001256589560000091
Figure BDA0001256589560000101
According to step 102 of the foregoing embodiment, the identifiers of all users included in the target organization and the transfer identifiers of each user may be acquired. For example, when a target organization has been transferred twice, there are 3 transfer identifiers, such as 0, 1 and 2, in the data organization structure. The target tissue with the transfer identifier 0, the target tissue with the transfer identifier 1 and the target tissue with the transfer identifier 2 can be obtained in the data organization structure according to the identifier of the target tissue.
Then, acquiring the identifiers of all the included users and the transfer identifier of each user from the target organization with the transfer identifier of 0; similarly, the identifiers of all users and the transfer identifiers of all users are respectively acquired from the target organization with the transfer identifier 1 and the transfer identifier 2; when summarizing the performance data of the target organization, it is necessary to acquire the identifiers of all users and the transfer identifiers of each user included in the 3 target organizations corresponding to the three different transfer identifiers. Then, combining the specified time period to be summarized, acquiring all performance data of the target organization in the specified time period from a performance data database; and summarizing.
Further optionally, after step 103, the method may further include: and returning the performance data summary of the target organization in the specified time period so as to return the result of the business data summary request to the requester.
Further optionally, the step (a1) "obtaining all performance data of the target organization in a specified time period from the performance data database according to the identifications of all users included in the target organization, the transfer identification of each user, and the specified time period", specifically may include the following steps:
(b1) acquiring all performance data of all users in the target organization from a performance data database according to the identifications of all users in the target organization and the transfer identifications of all users;
(b2) and acquiring all the performance data of all the users in the target organization in a specified time period from all the performance data of all the users in the target organization, wherein all the performance data is used as all the performance data of the target organization in the specified time period.
For example, when the target organization includes three transfer identifiers, the identifiers of all users and the transfer identifiers of each user included in the target organization, and the three target organizations corresponding to the three transfer identifiers collectively include the identifiers of all users and the transfer identifiers of each user. Since the performance data in the performance database is stored according to the user identifier and the transfer identifier of the user, the performance data of each user in the corresponding target organization included in the target organization can be acquired from the performance data database according to the identifier of each user and the transfer identifier of each user included in the target organization. Since the performance data stored in the performance database records the time for generating the performance data, the performance data occurring in the specified time period can be filtered from the acquired performance data of each user in the corresponding target organization included in the target organization in combination with the specified time period, so as to obtain all the performance data of all the users in the target organization included in the target organization in the specified time period, that is, all the performance data of the target organization in the specified time period. And finally, summing all the performance data of the obtained target organization in a specified time period.
In the performance data processing method of this embodiment, the method for summarizing the performance data in the specified time period by using the above scheme is relatively simple, and according to the user identifiers and the transfer identifiers of the users included in the target organization, and in combination with the specified time period, the corresponding performance data sum can be obtained from the performance database. In the prior art, by means of snapshot of a data organization structure every day, when performance data of a target organization in a specified time period needs to be summarized, due to organization and user transfer, a current data organization structure may have a great change relative to the data organization structure in the specified time period, and at this time, according to the snapshot of the data organization structure every day, a snapshot of the data organization structure every day in the specified time period needs to be obtained, and all users included in the target organization in the specified time period need to be searched; when a user has now been transferred, it is also necessary to search the information of the user from the organization where the user is currently located to obtain the performance data of the user in the target organization within a specified time period, and the summarizing manner is very complicated. Moreover, since the snapshot of the data organization structure is obtained according to a certain time of day, if the specified statistical time period falls in the middle of the day, the summary result is very inaccurate. By adopting the technical scheme, the processing method of the performance data of the embodiment can overcome the defects of the prior art and realize the accurate summarization of the performance data; moreover, the technical scheme of the embodiment can summarize performance data of any specified time period, and is very flexible to use.
Further optionally, on the basis of the technical solution of the foregoing embodiment, before step 101 "obtaining, according to the target organization identifier, a target organization with different transfer identifiers of at least two target organizations from a data organization structure corresponding to the operating system", the method may further include the following steps:
(c1) when a target organization in an operation system is transferred, on the basis of not deleting the target organization before the transfer in the corresponding data organization structure, adding the target organization under a new father node transferred by the target organization;
(c2) configuring transfer marks for the added target organizations according to the latest transfer marks of the target organizations recorded in the data organization structure;
for example, in this embodiment, the transition identifier of the target tissue at the most original position in the data organization structure may be marked as 0, and every time the target tissue is transitioned 1 time, the transition identifiers of the target tissue after the transition may be accumulated by 1, and so on, and a transition identifier different from the previous target tissue may be allocated to the target tissue after each transition.
Further, after the step (c2) "configuring the branch identifier for the added target organization according to the latest branch identifier of the target organization recorded in the data organization structure", the method may further include: and updating the latest transfer identifier of the target organization recorded in the data organization structure according to the transfer identifiers configured for the added target organization.
Further optionally, on the basis of the technical solution of the foregoing embodiment, before step 101 "obtaining, according to the target organization identifier, a target organization with different transfer identifiers of at least two target organizations from a data organization structure corresponding to the operating system", the method may further include the following steps:
(d1) when a user in a target organization in an operation system sends a transfer, on the basis of not deleting the user in the target organization in a corresponding data organization structure, adding users in other organizations into which the user is transferred;
(d2) configuring transfer identifications for the users added in other organizations according to the latest transfer identifications of the users recorded in the data organization structure;
similar to the configuration of the transfer identifier of the target organization, in this embodiment, the transfer identifier of the most original position of the user in the data organization structure may be marked as 0, and the transfer identifier of the user after transfer may be accumulated by 1 every time the user transfers 1 time, and so on, and a transfer identifier different from the previous user may be allocated to the user after transfer each time.
Further optionally, after the step (d2) "configuring a transfer identifier for a user added in another organization according to the latest transfer identifier of the user recorded in the data organization structure", the method may further include: and updating the latest transfer identifications of the users recorded in the data organization structure according to the transfer identifications configured for the users added in other organizations.
That is to say, in this embodiment, in addition to the tree structure that stores the relationships between organizations and organizations in the operation system, the data organization structure may also maintain a transfer identifier table in the data organization structure, where the table may record the latest transfer identifier of each organization and user, so that when the organization or user is transferred, a new transfer identifier is configured for the transferred organization or user according to the latest transfer identifier of the organization or user recorded in the transfer identifier table. For example, the transfer identifier of the most initial organization or user may be marked as 0, and 1 is accumulated every time of transfer to obtain a new transfer identifier; in this embodiment, the latest transfer identifier of the organization or the user needs to be updated in the transfer identifier table in the data organization structure in time, so that the organization or the user can configure an accurate transfer identifier for the organization or the user when transferring next time.
According to the method of the embodiment, the performance data of any target organization in any specified time period can be counted, and the method is very convenient to use. In addition, in this embodiment, the performance data of the target user may be summarized according to the data organization structure and the performance database, and for example, the method may specifically include the following steps:
(e1) receiving a performance data summarizing request carrying a target user identifier and a specified time period;
(e2) acquiring all performance data corresponding to the target user identification from a performance data database according to the target user identification;
(e3) acquiring all performance data of a target user corresponding to the target user identification in a specified time period from all performance data corresponding to the target user identification;
(e4) and summing all the performance data of the target users corresponding to the target user identification in the specified time period.
In this embodiment, the performance data of a certain target user may also be summarized, and at this time, the processing device of the performance data receives a performance data summarizing request carrying a target user identifier and a specified time period, and then acquires all the performance data corresponding to the target user from the performance data database according to the target user identifier. In this case, the performance data in the performance data database is based on the user identifier and the transfer identifier of the user, but in the present embodiment, all the performance data of the target user identifier is collected, so that it is not necessary to consider which parent node the target user is generated at, and therefore, all the performance data generated by the target user is acquired from the performance data database based on only the target user identifier without considering the transfer identifier of the corresponding target user. Then, in combination with a specified time period, acquiring all performance data of the target user in the specified time period from all performance data generated by the target user; and finally, summing all the performance data of the target user in the specified time period, and recording to obtain the performance data summary of the target user identification in the specified time period.
FIG. 2 is an exemplary diagram of a data organization structure provided by the present invention. The data organization structure as shown in fig. 2 may be a partial section of the data organization structure of the operating system. As shown in FIG. 2, A, B, C, D and E in the data organization structure are organization identifiers, respectively, and numerals 1 and 2 represent transition identifiers, respectively, e.g., organization D-1 represents that the transition identifier of organization D is 1. Tissue C-2 indicates that the metastasis signature of tissue C is 2. In the data organization structure, the organization D-1 is transferred from the position below the organization B-1 to the position below the organization C-2, and the corresponding organization mark is changed into 2, namely the organization D-2 is obtained. Because the tissue D is transferred integrally, the Zhang III and the Li IV of the user in the tissue D are transferred along with the tissue, the transfer identifications of the Zhang III and the Li IV are also changed successively, and after the transfer, the tissue D-2 can include the Zhang III-2 and the Li IV-2.
The performance data processing of the present invention is described below by way of example of the data organization structure of the embodiment shown in fig. 2. In the data organization structure, when a user needs to know the performance data summarization of an organization D in a specified time period, a performance data processing device receives a performance data summarization request carrying an identification of the organization, such as the organization D and the specified time period; then, based on the tissue id such as tissue D, tissue D-1 having a transfer id of 1 for tissue D and tissue D-2 having a transfer id of 2 for tissue D are obtained from the data organization structure shown in fig. 2. Then, the user Zhang III and the transfer mark 1 of the user Zhang III, which are included in each tissue D-1, are obtained from each tissue D-1, namely, the user Zhang III-1 and the user Lile IV and the transfer mark 1 of the user Lile IV, namely, the Lile IV-1 are represented. Similarly, Zhang three-2 and Liquan-2 can also be obtained from the tissue D-2. It can now be known that all users and user identities included in the organization D can be represented as zhang san-1, zhang san-2, lie tetra-1 and lie tetra-2. In this way, performance data for the organization D for a specified time period may be aggregated based on Zhang three-1, Zhang three-2, Lile four-1, and Lile four-2 in the organization D and the specified time period.
In addition, according to the data organization structure shown in fig. 2, summary of performance data of zhang san or lie san in a specific time period can be counted.
When the technical scheme of the embodiment is adopted to summarize the performance data, the defects of the prior art can be overcome, and the performance data can be accurately summarized; moreover, the technical scheme of the embodiment can summarize performance data of any specified time period, and is very flexible to use.
