Abstract

本发明涉及一种LED灯接线固定结构及运用该接线结构的LED灯串。LED灯接线固定结构,包括LED灯体、线路板和连接线,线路板安装在LED灯体内,连接线与线路板连接,LED灯体的两工作端呈收缩式凸出,连接线端部设有与收缩式凸出部相适配的线扣。LED灯串安装有多个上述结构的LED灯。本发明结构简单,通过将LED灯体两工作端设计成收缩式凸出,并配与相适配的线扣,使得连接线与线路板的连接根据牢固,通过线扣与LED灯体收缩式凸出部卡槽的紧密配合,使得从外面连线上传来的拉力终止于线扣和灯壳,不能传递到内部线路板和连线的焊接点处,使得LED灯带更加抗拉,而且采用该结构后LED灯的防水效果更好。

技术领域
本发明技术方案涉及灯的接线固定结构,具体涉及一种LED灯的新型接线结构及运用该接线结构的LED灯串。
背景技术
现有技术中LED灯的接线固定结构包括:LED灯体、线路板和连接线, 所述线路板安装在所述LED灯体内,所述连接线直接与所述线路板连接,无辅助固定结构。这种接线结构存在的问题在于:第一、当连接线直接与线路板连接时,连接处的强度较差,在受到外力时,如安装时的拉扯、长时间的悬挂使用时,连接线容易损坏,与线路板断裂,使LED灯无法正常使用;第二、 当所述连接线与所述线路板装配完成后,所述连接线需要伸出所述LED灯体, 此时所述LED灯体出线处的防水密封性会较差,雨水容易侵入到所述LED灯 体内,使得所述线路板因短路而损坏,也会导致LED灯无法正常使用。
发明内容
为了解决现有技术中存在的上述问题,本发明提供了一种LED灯接线固定结构。
本发明技术方案还提供了一种运用该接线结构的LED灯串。
本发明解决现有技术问题所采用的技术方案为:提供了一种LED灯接线固定结构,包括LED灯体、线路板和连接线,所述线路板安装在所述LED 灯体内,所述连接线与所述线路板连接,其特征在于:所述LED灯体的两工作端呈收缩式凸出,所述凸出部内设有卡槽,所述连接线端部设有与所述卡槽 相适配的线扣。
根据本发明的一优选技术方案:所述LED灯体的两工作端呈流线型收缩式凸出。
根据本发明的一优选技术方案:所述线扣卡装在所述卡槽内。
根据本发明的一优选技术方案:所述线扣与所述线路板临近工作端宽度大于其远离线路板的工作端宽度。
本发明还提供了一种LED灯串,所述LED灯串包括多个设有LED 灯体、线路板和连接线,所述线路板安装在所述LED灯体内,所述连接线与所述线路板连接,其特征在于:所述LED灯体的两工作端呈收缩式凸出,所述凸出部内设有卡槽,所述连接线端部设有与所述卡槽相适配的线扣,结构的 LED灯。
本发明结构简单,通过将LED灯体设计成收缩式凸出,并配与相适配的线扣,使得连接线与线路板的连接根据牢固,通过线扣与LED灯体收缩式凸出部卡槽的紧密配合,使得从外面连线上传来的拉力终止于线扣和灯壳,不能传递到内部线路板和连线的焊接点处,使得LED灯带更加抗拉,而且采用该结构后LED灯的防水效果更好。

在本发明的优选技术方案中:所述LED灯体101的两工作端呈流线型收缩式凸出,所述凸出部105腔体内设有与所述线扣104形状相适配的卡槽 106,所述线扣104卡装在所述凸出部105腔体的卡槽106内,所述线扣104 与所述线路板102临近工作端宽度大于其远离线路板102的工作端宽度。
本发明还提供了一种LED灯串,所述LED灯串包括多个设有LED 灯体101、线路板102和连接线103,所述线路板102安装在所述LED灯体101 内,所述连接线103与所述线路板102连接,所述LED灯体101的两工作端 呈收缩式凸出,所述连接线103端部设有与所述收缩式凸出部105相适配的线 扣104结构的LED灯100。
