Background
In the papermaking industry, the traditional online chemical adding method of a pulp inlet pipe has various forms, the most common is to add an annular pipe around a main pulp pipe, the annular pipe is provided with a plurality of inlets which are directly inserted into the main pulp pipe, the installation forms are all that the on-site direct holes are formed and the pipeline is inserted for welding, the whole installation is time-consuming and labor-consuming, and the chemical directly injected into the pipeline cannot be uniformly mixed with the pulp, so that the functional effect of the wet-end chemical is directly affected; the chemical is in direct contact with the inner wall of the main slurry pipe in the flowing direction of the slurry, so that the inner wall of the slurry pipe is corroded for a long time, and the quality of the slurry is directly affected.

The method for using the online injector of the papermaking chemical comprises the steps of applying the online injector of the papermaking chemical to a papermaking sizing system, wherein fluid in a central tube is built-in white water, fluid in an interlayer tube is the papermaking chemical, and fluid in an outer tube is built-in white water or the papermaking chemical; the number of online injectors for the same chemical at the same position is determined according to the size of the sectional area of the pipeline, 1 online injector is used for every 0.1 square meter and is uniformly distributed on the circumference of the main slurry pipeline, and at least one online injector is used for the same chemical at the same position; the paper-making chemical enters from the interlayer pipe and is primarily mixed with the white water in the machine or the second paper-making chemical entering from the outer layer pipe, and when the mixed material enters into the main pulp pipeline, the mixed material is fully dispersed and diluted by the white water in the machine sprayed from the central pipe, so that the purpose of fully mixing the chemical and the pulp is achieved.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: the online injector for the papermaking chemicals with the three-layer structure can achieve the full mixing of the chemicals and the slurry so as to fully realize the functional effect of the wet-end chemicals; the central tube spray head is in threaded connection with the central tube, so that the quick-wear parts can be replaced conveniently and quickly; in addition, the whole injector is fixed by the fixing clip at the front end part of the outer layer tube and one end of the fixing head, so that the whole injector is simple and convenient to install and detach.

As shown in fig. 1, the invention provides an online injector for papermaking chemicals, which comprises a central tube 7, an interlayer tube 6 and an outer tube 4, wherein the interlayer tube 6 is arranged between the central tube 7 and the outer tube 4, the central tube 7, the interlayer tube 6 and the outer tube 4 are connected through flange structures, the flange structures are connected through bolts 5, a central tube spray head 1 is arranged at the end of the central tube 7, a fixing head 2 is arranged at one end of the outer tube 4, which is close to the central tube spray head 1, and the fixing head 2 and the outer tube 4 are fixed through a fixing clamp 3.
The end surfaces of the central tube 7, the interlayer tube 6 and the outer layer tube 4 which are in contact with each other are sealed by sealing strips, so that the tightness and stability of the three-layer structure inside are ensured.
The central tube nozzle 1 is connected with the central tube 7 through threads. The part of the central tube spray head 1 is in direct contact with the slurry, so that abrasion can be generated in the using process, and the quick-wear parts can be replaced conveniently and quickly through threaded connection.
The front end of the fixing head 2 is fixed with the hole formed by the main slurry pipe through welding. The fixing head 2 is fixed on the main slurry pipeline, the whole injector can be separated from the main slurry pipeline by loosening the fixing clamp, and the whole injector is simple and convenient to install and detach.
The fluid injection ends are each provided with a hand valve 8 and a check valve 9.
