Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种防沙型船舶绳缆,属于缆绳领域。
背景技术
目前在一些特殊行业如船舶和海洋工程重点项目需要特种绳缆,柔软耐磨,伸长率低,操作便捷的新型绳缆,现有技术中的绳缆不能完全具备上述性能,不能满足技术要求。
现有技术中公开了一种复合型加强型绳缆(专利号为CN201521120537.8)解决了上述技术问题。绳缆在船舶上使用时,绳缆表面会与船帮等位置发生接触,有时会被割裂或者刮破。现有技术中的这种加强型绳缆由于外部采用硅胶套防水防腐蚀,由于硅胶套的强度较低,在船舶上长时间使用后,由于硅胶套被割裂或者刮破。而海水中的砂砾会从硅胶套的破裂处进入到铜丝股和钢丝股,由于砂砾的摩擦,铜丝股和钢丝股在长时间使用后会发生断丝的情况,影响绳缆的使用寿命。
发明内容
针对现有技术存在的不足,本发明所要解决的技术问题是,提供一种防沙型船舶绳缆,防止砂砾进入摩擦铜丝股和钢丝股导致断丝的情况发生。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采取的技术方案是,一种防沙型船舶绳缆,包括中心柱(1),在中心柱(1)的周围分布有若干加强筋(2),加强筋(2)呈弧形加强筋,在加强筋(2)外绕有钢丝股(3),钢丝股(3)为S向捻 制而成,在钢丝股(3)外绕有铜丝股(5),铜丝股(5)为Z向捻制而成,在铜丝股(5)外套有硅胶套(4);所述铜丝股(5)与硅胶套(4)之间设置有防沙层(6),防沙层(6)为EVA泡沫包裹层。
优化的,上述防沙型船舶绳缆,所述防沙层(6)由EVA泡沫自粘带通过螺旋式绕卷方式压叠缠绕而成。
优化的,上述防沙型船舶绳缆,所述硅胶套(4)由硅橡胶自粘带通过螺旋式绕卷方式压叠缠绕而成。
优化的,上述防沙型船舶绳缆,所述中心柱(1)设置为PVC圆辊柱。
优化的,上述防沙型船舶绳缆,所述加强筋(2)设置为半圆形加强筋,半圆形加强筋设置为PVC条。
优化的,上述防沙型船舶绳缆,所述钢丝股(3)沿着中心柱(1)的轴向呈S向捻制而成,铜丝股(5)沿着中心柱(1)的轴向呈Z向捻制而成。
本发明的优点在于它能克服现有技术的弊端,结构设计合理新颖。本申请的技术方案中,增加了防沙层(6),当硅胶套(4)被割裂或者刮破,砂砾从硅胶套的破裂处进入到硅胶套(4)以后,防沙层(6)的EVA泡沫自粘带由于有一定的厚度,所以砂砾会嵌在EVA泡沫自粘带上不会进入到钢丝股(3)和铜丝股(5),防止砂砾对钢丝股(3)和铜丝股(5)磨损,提高了绳缆的使用寿命。

下面结合附图与具体实施例进一步阐述本发明的技术特点。
本发明为一种防沙型船舶绳缆,包括中心柱(1),在中心柱(1)的周围分布有若干加强筋(2),加强筋(2)呈弧形加强筋,在加强筋(2)外绕有钢丝股(3),钢丝股(3)为S向捻制而成,在钢丝股(3)外绕有铜丝股(5),铜丝股(5)为Z向捻制而成,在铜丝股(5)外套有硅胶套(4);所述铜丝股(5)与硅胶套(4)之间设置有防沙层(6),防沙层(6)为EVA泡沫包裹层,防沙层(6)由EVA泡沫自粘带通过螺旋式绕卷方式压叠缠绕而成。
所述硅胶套(4)由硅橡胶自粘带通过螺旋式绕卷方式压叠缠绕而成。
所述中心柱(1)设置为PVC圆辊柱。所述加强筋(2)设置为半圆形加强筋,半圆形加强筋设置为PVC条。所述钢丝股(3)沿着中心柱(1)的轴向呈S向捻制而成,铜丝股(5)沿着中心柱(1)的轴向呈Z向捻制而成。

1. 一种防沙型船舶绳缆,包括中心柱(1),在中心柱(1)的周围分布有若干加强筋(2),加强筋(2)呈弧形加强筋,在加强筋(2)外绕有钢丝股(3),钢丝股(3)为S向捻 制而成,在钢丝股(3)外绕有铜丝股(5),铜丝股(5)为Z向捻制而成,在铜丝股(5)外套有硅胶套(4);其特征在于:所述铜丝股(5)与硅胶套(4)之间设置有防沙层(6),防沙层(6)为EVA泡沫包裹层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的防沙型船舶绳缆,其特征在于:所述防沙层(6)由EVA泡沫自粘带通过螺旋式绕卷方式压叠缠绕而成。
3.根据权利要求1所述的防沙型船舶绳缆,其特征在于:所述硅胶套(4)由硅橡胶自粘带通过螺旋式绕卷方式压叠缠绕而成。
4.根据权利要求1所述的防沙型船舶绳缆,其特征在于:所述中心柱(1)设置为PVC圆辊柱。
5.根据权利要求1所述的防沙型船舶绳缆,其特征在于:所述加强筋(2)设置为半圆形加强筋,半圆形加强筋设置为PVC条。
