The action flow is as follows:
1. inserting two sealing strips with 45-degree inclined surface ends coated with adhesive into a front strip groove on the front side of a forming module and a lower half strip groove on the side surface of the forming module respectively until the sealing strips are inserted into the bottom from two ends of a cavity, and turning over a front cover plate and locking;
2. the first upper pressing cylinder and the two second upper pressing cylinders are started to press the upper pressing modules onto the corresponding lower pressing modules and the corresponding forming modules, and as the outer sides of the first pressing die and the second pressing die in the forming modules are cut with a pressed inclined plane, the inner sides of the pressing blocks at the front ends of the bottoms of the upper pressing modules are provided with pressing inclined planes corresponding to the pressed inclined planes, and are matched with four sliding grooves and sliding strips, the sealing strips can be firmly pressed after the upper pressing modules are pressed down.
3. Starting a folding cylinder to push the lifting plate to lift, so that the transverse sliding seats on two sides simultaneously approach to the corresponding forming modules by 5mm, and the two inclined plane ends in the same forming module are completely aligned and closely contacted;
4. starting a heating base to heat the two forming modules for 100s, and stopping heating, wherein each upper pressing cylinder controls the upper pressing module to rise;
5. and opening and overturning the cover plate, closing the air cylinder, controlling the walking rail to descend, allowing the sideslip slide seat to retract by 5mm, and taking out the formed automobile skylight sealing strip.
The butt joint of two ends of the product produced by the method is reliable, butt joint cracks and dislocation are eliminated, the yield is up to 99.9%, and after the novel water cutting device is matched, the butt joint sealing strip has no burr and no butt joint trace, and is more attractive.
