the second connecting rod 42 is provided with a sliding groove 421, and an adjusting slider 422 is arranged in the sliding groove 421, the adjusting slider 422 is connected with the first connecting rod 41 only through a support rod 44, so that the second connecting rod 42 and the first connecting rod 41 can be conveniently bent and stored;
the lumbar support soft board 40 is arranged on the connecting rod 43 at the end of the second connecting rod 42, when the height of the supporting plate 10 is adjusted, the lumbar support soft board 40 is raised, when the waist of a user abuts against the lumbar support soft board 40, the second connecting rod 42 rotates around the hinge shaft of the first connecting rod 41, so that the adjusting slider 422 slides along the sliding groove 421 and moves towards the hinge shaft of the second connecting rod 42 and the first connecting rod 41, the supporting plate 4221 abuts against the second limiting ring 4241 to overcome the elastic force of the second support spring 425, and the second sliding rod 424 can extend into the sliding hole 4222, so that the lumbar support soft board 40 can always elastically abut against the lumbar position of the user, effective support for the lumbar of the user is ensured, the lumbar support soft board can adapt to the use of users with different figures to a certain extent, and the use comfort level is high;
the lumbar support soft plate 40 is provided with an air bag or a spongy cushion 401 to realize soft support for the lumbar of the user.
A method for adjusting a lying sleeping posture, the method comprising the steps of:
a first step of rotating the belly pallet 50 such that the belly pallet 50 rotates from a lower plate surface of the pallet 10 to a side of the pallet 10;
