Detailed Description
The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are some, not all, embodiments of the present invention. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
The term "and/or" herein is an association relationship describing an associated object, meaning that three relationships may exist, e.g., a and/or B, may mean: a exists alone, A and B exist simultaneously, and B exists alone. The symbol "/" herein denotes a relationship in which the associated object is or, for example, a/B denotes a or B.
The terms "first," "second," and "third," etc. in the description and in the claims of the present invention are used for distinguishing between different objects and not for describing a particular order of the objects. For example, the first input, second input, third input, etc. are for distinguishing between different inputs, rather than for describing a particular order of inputs.
In the embodiments of the present invention, words such as "exemplary" or "for example" are used to mean serving as examples, illustrations or descriptions. Any embodiment or design described as "exemplary" or "e.g.," an embodiment of the present invention is not necessarily to be construed as preferred or advantageous over other embodiments or designs. Rather, use of the word "exemplary" or "such as" is intended to present concepts related in a concrete fashion.

It should be noted that, in the description of the embodiments of the present invention, "technology" and "algorithm" may represent the same concept, that is, "technology" and "algorithm" may be mixed in the embodiments of the present invention. For example, the biometric technology and the biometric algorithm may represent the same concept, and both use the biometric characteristics of the user (e.g., the physiological characteristics of the user or the behavioral characteristics of the user) to identify the user. For example, face recognition techniques and face recognition algorithms use the facial features of a user to identify the user and perform recognition access control.
When a user wants to convey certain information to other users, the user may not be directly faced with conveying that information to the other users, e.g., the user wants to express thank to mother at mother's day, but the user may not be courage directly facing mother's emotion expressing his own thank.
Based on this, embodiments of the present invention provide a task execution method and a mobile terminal, which may obtain target biometric information of a target user (the target biometric information is used to indicate a biometric characteristic of the target user), and output a first content in a first task when the target biometric information matches first biometric information in the first task (the first task is a predefined task in the mobile terminal) and a current system time of the mobile terminal is the same as a first time in the first task. According to the scheme, the mobile terminal can output the first content in the predefined first task to the target user successfully identified based on the biological feature recognition technology, so that the biological feature recognition technology can also be applied to scenes expressed to the target user and is not limited to scenes such as unlocking and payment of the mobile terminal, and the application range of the biological feature recognition technology can be expanded.
The mobile terminal in the embodiment of the present invention may be a mobile phone, a tablet computer, a notebook computer, a palm computer, a vehicle-mounted terminal, a wearable device, an ultra-mobile personal computer (UMPC), a netbook, or a Personal Digital Assistant (PDA), and the like, and the embodiment of the present invention is not limited specifically.
The execution main body of the task execution method provided by the embodiment of the present invention may be the mobile terminal, or may also be a functional module and/or a functional entity capable of implementing the task execution in the mobile terminal, which may be determined specifically according to actual use requirements, and the embodiment of the present invention is not limited. The following takes a mobile terminal as an example to exemplarily explain a task execution method provided by the embodiment of the present invention.
As shown in FIG. 1, embodiments of the present invention provide a method for task execution that may include steps 1000-1005, described below.
Step 1000, the mobile terminal obtains target biological characteristic information of a target user.
Wherein the target biometric information is used to indicate a biometric of the target user.
Optionally, in this embodiment of the present invention, the target biometric information may be at least one of facial feature information, iris feature information, retinal feature information, fingerprint feature information, hand shape feature information, voice feature information, gait feature information, and the like. Of course, it is understood that in practical applications, the target biometric information may also be any other biometric information that meets the actual use requirement, and the embodiment of the present invention is not limited.
It is understood that, when the target biometric information is a plurality of (i.e., two or more) of facial feature information, iris feature information, retinal feature information, fingerprint feature information, hand shape feature information, voice feature information, gait feature information, or the like, the accuracy of the target biometric information of the target user acquired by the mobile terminal is higher than when the target biometric information is the facial feature information, iris feature information, retinal feature information, fingerprint feature information, hand shape feature information, voice feature information, gait feature information, or the like.
Optionally, in this embodiment of the present invention, in step 1000, the mobile terminal may obtain the target biometric information of the target user through a biometric identification technology. The biometric technology in the embodiment of the present invention may be at least one of a facial recognition technology, an iris recognition technology, a retina recognition technology, a fingerprint recognition technology, a palm geometry recognition technology, a voice recognition technology, a gait recognition technology, and the like. Of course, it is understood that in practical applications, the biometric identification technology in the embodiment of the present invention may also be any other biometric identification technology meeting practical use requirements, and the embodiment of the present invention is not limited.
Specifically, in the embodiment of the present invention, if the target biometric information is facial feature information, the biometric technology corresponding to the target biometric information may be facial recognition technology; assuming that the target biological characteristic information is iris characteristic information, the biological characteristic identification technology corresponding to the target biological characteristic information may be iris identification technology; assuming that the target biometric information is retinal feature information, the biometric technology corresponding to the target biometric information may be retinal recognition technology; assuming that the target biometric information is fingerprint feature information, the biometric technology corresponding to the target biometric information may be fingerprint identification technology; assuming that the target biometric information is hand shape feature information, the biometric identification technology corresponding to the target biometric information may be a palm geometry identification technology; assuming that the target biometric information is voice feature information, the biometric technology corresponding to the target biometric information may be a voice recognition technology; assuming that the target biometric information is gait feature information, the biometric technology corresponding to the target biometric information may be gait recognition technology.
For example, in the embodiment of the present invention, taking the target biometric information as facial feature information as an example for explanation, a specific manner of acquiring the target biometric information of the target user by the mobile terminal may be as follows: the mobile terminal may obtain the target biometric information through a front-facing camera on the mobile terminal, for example, a photo or a video may be taken through the front-facing camera. If the target user is located within the shooting range of the front camera, the mobile terminal can shoot a photo or a video stream through the front camera, detect the portrait of the target user from at least one frame of image of at least one shot photo or video stream, separate the portrait of the target user from the background, and then acquire the facial feature information of the target user from the separated portrait according to a preset facial recognition algorithm.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the preset face recognition algorithm may be a subspace analysis algorithm, a principal component analysis algorithm, a local preserving projection algorithm, an algorithm based on template matching, an algorithm based on image features, an algorithm based on model variable parameters, or the like. Of course, it can be understood that in practical application, the face recognition algorithm may also be any other face recognition algorithm meeting practical use requirements, and the embodiment of the present invention is not limited.
Step 1001, the mobile terminal determines whether the target biometric information is the same as biometric information in a plurality of tasks predefined in the mobile terminal.
In the embodiment of the invention, a plurality of tasks can be predefined in the mobile terminal, and each task respectively comprises one piece of biological characteristic information, one piece of time and one piece of content.
In the embodiment of the present invention, in the case where the target biometric information matches the first biometric information in the first task of the plurality of tasks, the mobile terminal continues to execute step 1002 described below. In case the target biometric information does not match the biometric information in any of the plurality of tasks, the mobile terminal proceeds to step 1004 described below.
Wherein, the first task may be one of the plurality of tasks. I.e. the first task may be a predefined one in the mobile terminal.
In step 1002, under the condition that the target biological characteristic information conforms to the first biological characteristic information in the first task, the mobile terminal judges whether the current system time of the mobile terminal is the same as the first time in the first task.
In the embodiment of the present invention, when the current system time of the mobile terminal is the same as the first time in the first task, the mobile terminal continues to execute step 1003 described below. In case that the current system time of the mobile terminal is not identical to the first time in the first task, the mobile terminal continues to perform step 1005 described below.
It can be understood that, in the embodiment of the present invention, during actual execution, if the target biometric information of the target user is the same as the biometric information in the multiple candidate tasks among the multiple tasks predefined in the mobile terminal, the mobile terminal may further determine whether the current system time of the mobile terminal is the same as the time in the multiple candidate tasks, and if the mobile terminal determines that the current system time of the mobile terminal is not the same as the time in the multiple candidate tasks, the mobile terminal may also prompt that the task corresponding to the target user is not found.
Step 1003, the mobile terminal outputs the first content in the first task under the condition that the current system time of the mobile terminal is the same as the first time in the first task.
Optionally, in the embodiment of the present invention, the plurality of tasks may be stored in the mobile terminal in a form of a task list.
Optionally, in this embodiment of the present invention, the first biometric information may be at least one of facial feature information, iris feature information, retinal feature information, fingerprint feature information, hand shape feature information, voice feature information, gait feature information, and the like. For the description of the biometric technology corresponding to the first target biometric information, reference may be specifically made to the related description in step 1000, and details are not repeated here.
Optionally, in this embodiment of the present invention, the first content may include at least one of a video, a voice, a picture, music, and an expression.
Exemplarily, as shown in fig. 2 (a) to fig. 2 (c), in the embodiment of the present invention, it is assumed that the first biometric information in the first task is biometric information of "father", the first time in the first task is 2018, month 16, morning 09:00 to afternoon 06:00, and the first content in the first task is video, voice, and music. When the target biological characteristic information acquired by the mobile terminal accords with biological characteristic information of a father and the current system time of the mobile terminal is between 2018, 02, 16, 09:00 am and 06:00 pm, the mobile terminal can play a video including firecracker playing animation in the new year on a current display picture and outputting voice including congratulating happy new year of old and father and music including happy new year, so that the father can watch the video and hear the voice and music.
According to the task execution method provided by the embodiment of the invention, when the first content in the predefined first task in the mobile terminal is at least one of video, voice, picture, music and expression, the mobile terminal can output the first content in various forms, so that the user experience can be improved.
According to the task execution method provided by the embodiment of the invention, the mobile terminal can output the first content in the predefined first task to the target user who is successfully identified based on the biological characteristic identification technology, so that the biological characteristic identification technology can be applied to scenes expressed to the target user and is not limited to scenes such as unlocking and payment of the mobile terminal, and the application range of the biological characteristic identification technology can be expanded.
According to the task execution method provided by the embodiment of the invention, as the biological characteristic recognition technology can also be applied to a scene expressed by the user to the target user, the mobile terminal can assist the user to express the emotion to the target user more directly, so that the intelligent degree of the mobile terminal can be improved, the mobile terminal can better meet the user requirements, and the human-computer interaction performance of the mobile terminal can be further improved.
And 1004, under the condition that the target biological characteristic information does not accord with biological characteristic information in any task of a plurality of tasks predefined in the mobile terminal, the mobile terminal prompts that the task corresponding to the target user is not found.
Step 1005, under the condition that the current system time of the mobile terminal is different from the first time in the first task, the mobile terminal prompts that the task corresponding to the target user is not found.
It can be understood that, in an embodiment of the present invention, based on the descriptions in step 1004 and step 1005, in a case that the target biometric information does not conform to the biometric information in any task predefined in the mobile terminal, or the current system time of the mobile terminal is different from the time in any task, the mobile terminal may prompt that the task corresponding to the target user is not found.
In another possible implementation manner, in case that the target biometric information does not conform to the biometric information in any task predefined in the mobile terminal, or the current system time of the mobile terminal is different from the time in the any task, the mobile terminal may also perform step 1006 described below.
Step 1006, when the target biometric information does not conform to the biometric information in any task predefined in the mobile terminal, or the current system time of the mobile terminal is different from the time in any task, the mobile terminal re-acquires the target biometric information of the target user until the acquisition times reach the preset times, and finishes searching for the task corresponding to the target user.
For example, it is assumed that the preset number is 5. When the target biological characteristic information acquired by the mobile terminal does not conform to the biological characteristic information in any task or the current system time of the mobile terminal is different from the time in any task, the mobile terminal can determine that the task corresponding to the target user is not found, and acquire the target biological characteristic information of the target user again. Before the number of times that the mobile terminal reacquires the target biometric information of the target user does not reach 5 times, if the target biometric information acquired by the mobile terminal conforms to the second object biometric information in the second task and the current system time of the mobile terminal is the same as the second time in the second task, the mobile terminal may output the second content in the second task. When the number of times of reacquiring the target biological characteristic information of the target user by the mobile terminal reaches 5 times, if the target biological characteristic information acquired by the mobile terminal does not conform to the biological characteristic information in any task or the current system time of the mobile terminal is different from the time in any task, the mobile terminal can end to search for the task corresponding to the target user.
The second task may be one of a plurality of tasks predefined in the mobile terminal. The second task may be the same as the first task in steps 1002 to 1003, or may be different from the first task in steps 1002 to 1003, and the embodiment of the present invention is not particularly limited.
It should be noted that, in the embodiment of the present invention, the step 1004, the step 1005 and the step 1006 may be alternatively executed. I.e. the mobile terminal may perform step 1004, step 1005 or step 1006.
According to the task execution method provided by the embodiment of the invention, when the mobile terminal does not acquire the task corresponding to the target user, the mobile terminal can automatically acquire the target biological characteristic information of the target user again under the condition that the user does not need to perform any operation on the mobile terminal. Therefore, if the mobile terminal acquires the task corresponding to the target user from the preset task before the preset times are reached, the mobile terminal can output the content in the task, so that the situation that the mobile terminal cannot normally output the content in the preset task due to misjudgment and the like can be avoided, and the accuracy of the mobile terminal in outputting the content in the preset task can be improved.
It should be noted that, in the embodiment of the present invention, the mobile terminal first determines whether the target biometric information is the same as the biometric information in the plurality of tasks predefined in the mobile terminal, and when the target biometric information matches the first biometric information in the first task, the mobile terminal then determines whether the current system time of the mobile terminal is the same as the first time in the first task. Of course, it can be understood that, in practical applications, the mobile terminal may also determine whether the current system time of the mobile terminal is the same as the time in a plurality of tasks predefined in the mobile terminal, and under the condition that the system time is the same as the time in a certain task predefined in the mobile terminal, the mobile terminal then determines whether the target biometric information is the same as the biometric information in the certain task; or, the mobile terminal may further determine whether the target biometric information is the same as the biometric information in the multiple tasks predefined in the mobile terminal, and whether the current system time of the mobile terminal is the same as the time in the multiple tasks predefined in the mobile terminal, which may be determined according to actual usage requirements, and the embodiment of the present invention is not limited.
In the embodiment of the invention, under the condition that the target biological characteristic information does not conform to the biological characteristic information in any predefined task in the mobile terminal or the current system time of the mobile terminal is different from the time in any task, the mobile terminal can prompt that the task corresponding to the target user is not found, so that the user can timely know the message that the mobile terminal does not find the task corresponding to the target user, and trigger the mobile terminal to re-obtain the target biological characteristic information of the target user based on the message (namely trigger the mobile terminal to re-find the task corresponding to the target user), thereby improving the user experience.
Optionally, in the embodiment of the present invention, before step 1001, the task execution method provided in the embodiment of the present invention may further include step 1007 described below.
Step 1007, the mobile terminal judges whether there is a predefined task in the mobile terminal.
Specifically, after the mobile terminal obtains the target biometric information of the target user, the mobile terminal may first determine whether a predefined task exists in the mobile terminal. In case the mobile terminal determines that there is a predefined task in the mobile terminal, the mobile terminal may continue to perform the above-mentioned step 1001 and the steps following the above-mentioned step 1001 (e.g. step 1002 and step 1003, or step 1002 and step 1005, or step 1004). And under the condition that the mobile terminal determines that the predefined task does not exist in the mobile terminal, the mobile terminal can determine that no task to be executed exists, and then the mobile terminal can directly prompt that the task corresponding to the target user is not found.
Optionally, in this embodiment of the present invention, before the mobile terminal in step 1003 outputs the first content in the first task, the task execution method provided in this embodiment of the present invention may further include step 1008 and step 1009 described below. The step 1003 can be specifically realized by a step 1003a described below.
And step 1008, under the condition that the target biological characteristic information accords with the first biological characteristic information in the first task and the current system time of the mobile terminal is the same as the first time in the first task, the mobile terminal detects whether the mobile terminal is in a screen locking state.
And step 1009, under the condition that the mobile terminal is in the screen locking state, the mobile terminal controls the mobile terminal to unlock the screen.
Step 1003a, the mobile terminal outputs the first content in the first task.
Specifically, under the condition that the target biological characteristic information of the target user acquired by the mobile terminal conforms to the first biological characteristic information in the first task and the current system time of the mobile terminal is the same as the first time in the first task, the mobile terminal may first detect whether the mobile terminal is in a screen locking state; if the mobile terminal is in the screen locking state, the mobile terminal can control the mobile terminal to unlock the screen and then output the first content in the first task; if the mobile terminal is not in the screen locking state, that is, the screen of the mobile terminal is in the unlocking state (that is, the screen of the mobile terminal is in the normal working state), the mobile terminal may directly output the first content in the first task.
According to the task execution method provided by the embodiment of the invention, the mobile terminal can control the mobile terminal to unlock the screen firstly and then output the first content in the first task by detecting whether the mobile terminal is in the screen locking state or not. Therefore, the mobile terminal can output the first content in the predefined first task to the target user successfully identified based on the biometric identification technology, so that the biometric identification technology can also be applied to scenes expressed to the target user and is not limited to scenes such as mobile terminal unlocking and payment, and the application range of the biometric identification technology can be expanded.
Optionally, in this embodiment of the present invention, the mobile terminal in step 1004 or step 1005 may specifically prompt that the task corresponding to the target user is not found, which may be specifically implemented by step 1004a described below. And after step 1004a, 1004 b-step 1004d may also be included.
Step 1004a, the mobile terminal displays the prompt message on the current interface of the mobile terminal.
The prompt message may include prompt content, a first input area, and a second input area. The first input area is used for the user to select to continue searching for the task corresponding to the target user, and the second input area is used for the user to select not to continue searching for the task corresponding to the target user.
Optionally, in an embodiment of the present invention, a possible implementation manner is that the prompt content may be used to indicate that the task corresponding to the target user is not found and whether to continue to find the task corresponding to the target user.
Another possible implementation manner is that the prompt content can be used to indicate whether to continue to search for the task corresponding to the target user.
For example, as shown in fig. 3, in the embodiment of the present invention, the content of the prompt may be "do not find the task corresponding to the target user, and continue to find the task corresponding to the target user? "the first input region may be a region where" yes "is located, and the second input region may be a region where" no "is located.
Step 1004b, the mobile terminal detects the input of the user.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the user may be a target user, or may be an owner of the mobile terminal (i.e., an owner of the mobile terminal).
And step 1004c, under the condition that the mobile terminal detects that the user inputs the first input area, the mobile terminal responds to the input of the user to the first input area and reacquires the target biological characteristic information of the target user.
And step 1004d, under the condition that the mobile terminal detects that the user inputs the second input area, responding to the input of the user to the second input area, and finishing the task corresponding to the target user by the mobile terminal.
For example, the description is still given by taking the area where the first input area is "yes" and the area where the second input area is "no" as shown in fig. 3 as an example. After the task information corresponding to the target user is not found and the information (namely, the prompt information) whether to continue to find the task corresponding to the target user is displayed on the current interface of the mobile terminal, if the user wants the mobile terminal to continue to find the information of the task corresponding to the target user, the user can input the area where the "yes" exists (namely, the first input area), and after the mobile terminal detects the input of the user to the first input area, the mobile terminal can respond to the input of the user to the first input area and reacquire the target biological characteristic information of the target user; if the user wants the mobile terminal to end searching for the task corresponding to the target user, the user may input the area where the "no" is located (i.e., the second input area), and after detecting the input of the user to the second input area, the mobile terminal may end searching for the task corresponding to the target user in response to the input of the user to the second input area.
According to the task execution method provided by the embodiment of the invention, information can be prompted on the display interface of the mobile terminal to prompt the user that the task corresponding to the target user is not found and whether the task corresponding to the target user is continuously searched or not, so that the user can select to perform triggering operation on different areas to trigger the mobile terminal to reacquire the target biological characteristic information of the target user or finish searching the task corresponding to the target user, and the user experience can be improved.
Optionally, in the embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 4 in combination with fig. 1, before step 1000, the task execution method provided in the embodiment of the present invention may further include step 1010 and step 1011 described below.
Step 1010, the mobile terminal detects a first input, a second input and a third input of a user on the task setting interface.
The first input is input of first biological characteristic information input by a user, the second input is input of first time input by the user, and the third input is input of first content input by the user.
For example, as shown in fig. 2, in the embodiment of the present invention, it is assumed that the first biometric information is biometric information of "father", and the first content is video "firecracker playing animation in new year", voice "congratulating on happy new year of old father" and music "good new year". If the user inputs the time of 2018, 02, 16, am 09:00 to pm 06:00 in fig. 2 (a) on the task setting interface, the mobile terminal may detect that the user inputs the time (i.e., the second input); if the user clicks the option corresponding to "father" on the task setting interface as shown in (b) of fig. 2, the mobile terminal may detect an input (i.e., the first input) by which the user inputs the biometric information; if the user clicks on the task setting interface as shown in (c) of fig. 2 to select a video "play firecracker animation in new year", a voice "congratulate daddy happy new year" and a music "good new year", the mobile terminal may detect that the user inputs the above video, voice and music (i.e., the above third input).
Optionally, in the embodiment of the present invention, before the mobile terminal detects the first input of the user on the task setting interface, the first biometric information may be stored in the mobile terminal in advance, or may be biometric information acquired by the mobile terminal in real time. For example, the mobile terminal may previously store the biometric information of "father", and if the user clicks to select "father" on the task setting interface as shown in (b) of fig. 2, the mobile terminal may detect the input of the user (i.e., the above-described first input) and, in response to the first input, take the biometric information of "father" as the first biometric information. For another example, if the mobile terminal does not previously store biometric information of "father", if the user clicks on the task setting interface as shown in (b) of fig. 2 to select "add", the mobile terminal may detect the input of the user (i.e., the above-described first input), and capture an image or video stream through a camera in response to the first input, and acquire facial feature information of "father" from the image or video stream, and use the facial feature information as the first biometric information.
Step 1011, the mobile terminal generates a first task according to the first biometric information, the first time and the first content in response to the first input, the second input and the third input.
According to the task execution method provided by the embodiment of the invention, the user can preset the biological characteristic information (namely, the first biological characteristic information) in the first task, the time (namely, the first time) in the first task and the content (namely, the first content) in the first task on the mobile terminal, so that the mobile terminal can output the preset content at the preset time, and the user can transmit information to other users.
