Optionally, the communication unit 310 may further receive an inquiry request sent by the client, and the service platform may further include an inquiry unit, where the inquiry unit is configured to search, according to a preset inquiry condition in the inquiry request, for a block in the block chain, where the block is matched with the preset inquiry condition; and after the block matched with the preset query condition is queried, acquiring corresponding driving data from the database according to the storage address of the driving data stored in the block in the database, wherein the communication unit is used for feeding back the driving data acquired from the database to the client, so that the stored driving data is queried.
In an alternative example, the preset query condition may be a time, such as: driving data of an object that travels within a certain period of time is queried. In another alternative example, the preset query condition may be the license plate number of the car, such as: the driving data of a certain vehicle is inquired. In yet another alternative example, the preset query condition may be a time and a license plate number, such as: and inquiring the driving data of a certain vehicle in a certain period of time. The embodiment of the invention does not limit the preset query condition.
In yet another alternative example, the preset query condition may include at least one of driver information, such as: the preset inquiry condition may include a user account or a driving license number, the inquiry unit may inquire a driving target driving contract having the driver information in the block chain according to the driver information, after inquiring the driving target driving contract having the driver information, inquire a block having the contract number in the block chain according to the contract number of the driving target driving contract, after inquiring the block having the contract number, acquire corresponding driving data from the database according to a storage address of the driving data stored in the block in the database, and the communication unit is configured to feed back the driving data acquired from the database to the client, so that inquiry of driving data of a certain person can be realized, and based on this, inquiry of driving data of a certain person in a certain period of time and inquiry of driving data of a certain person for a certain vehicle can be realized, And the information such as the driving habits of the drivers can be known through analyzing the driving data of the drivers, so that the hierarchical management of the drivers with bad driving habits can be conveniently realized according to the requirements.

Alternatively, the security unit 510 may make a travel object driving contract with the travel object through the stored blockchain account information. The client and the device of the driving object can directly sign a driving contract of the driving object through near field communication connection, and the client and the device of the driving object can indirectly sign the driving contract of the driving object through server transfer, namely the client and the driving object sign the driving contract of the driving object under the witness of the server. For example: when the driving object is an automobile, for application scenes of non-automobile leasing, particularly scenes used by other common drivers of the automobile, the vehicle-mounted device of the automobile can sign a temporary association contract with the digital signature of the driver and the digital signature of the automobile with the client according to the received automobile use request of the driver.
The collecting unit 520 is configured to collect driving data of the driving object during driving, and use the collected driving data as reported driving data.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the driving data may include at least one of driving data and driver behavior data, and the driving data may include at least one of component state data and operating state data of the driving object during driving, where the component state data may be operating state data of each component in the driving object, for example: engine data, tire data, drive train data, etc., and the operating state data may be various items of data of the traveling object in the operating state, for example: GPS position data, speed data, etc., and driver behavior data may include other behavior data of the driver in addition to driving operations on the vehicle, such as: seat adjustment data, seat belt adjustment data, rearview mirror adjustment data, steering wheel adjustment data, vehicle radio use data and the like.
Alternatively, the collecting unit 520 may include various device detecting modules distributed in the traveling object, and the driving data may be collected in real time by the various device detecting modules. In an alternative example, the device detection module may be a sensor provided in the traveling object, for example: when the driving object is an automobile, the device detection module may include sensors currently used in automobiles, such as various sensors used in On-Board Diagnostics (OBD), and may also include sensors newly added in automobiles according to data acquisition requirements. The embodiment of the invention does not limit the equipment for acquiring the driving data and the acquisition mode of the driving data. Optionally, after the driving data is collected by each device detection module in the collection unit 520, the collected driving data may be encoded to obtain the driving data that can be processed and transmitted.
Optionally, since it is not necessary to store all the collected driving data, the device for driving the object may further include a simplifying unit, and the collected driving data may be simplified by the simplifying unit, and the driving data after the simplification processing is used as the reported driving data. In an alternative example, the simplified processing may include, but is not limited to, at least one of data analysis and data filtering, such as: and reporting the statistical data after performing statistical analysis on corresponding data in the acquired data according to a preset reporting data requirement, and filtering redundant data and invalid data in the acquired data or data which does not need to be reported according to the preset reporting data requirement and the like. In one or more optional examples, when the driving object is an automobile, the device of the driving object may include a Vehicle Management System (VMS), and the collected driving data may be simply processed by the VMS.
A communication unit 530 for communicating with the client to make a driving contract of the driving object with the client; and transmitting the driving data and a contract number of the driving contract of the driving object to the service platform.
Alternatively, the communication unit 530 may also transmit the driving object driving contract to the service platform after the client signs the driving object driving contract with the driving object, and the embodiment of the present invention does not limit the sender of the driving object driving contract.
Alternatively, the communication unit 530 may be connected to the service platform, and report the driving data and the contract number of the driving contract of the driving object by transmitting the driving data and the contract number of the driving contract of the driving object to the service platform. In one or more alternative examples, when the driving object is an automobile, the communication unit 530 may include a Telematics Box (T-Box), and may be connected to the wireless network through the Telematics terminal, and transmit the driving data and a contract number of a driving contract of the driving object to the service platform through the wireless network, for example: the wireless network can adopt a 3G/4G/5G/WIFI network. For example: when the driving object is an automobile, the abnormal driving event may be a traffic accident of the automobile, a failure of an automobile part, or the like.

Alternatively, when the traveling object is an automobile, the safety unit 510 may be provided in a vehicle control unit of the automobile or in an internet of vehicles terminal of the automobile.
Optionally, a part of the driving data may be determined as critical data according to business requirements, for example: when a serious accident occurs, data such as speed can be used as key data, and when driving data is stored, the part of the key data in the driving data can be separately stored, for example: the driving data can be stored in the database, and the part of key data in the driving data is stored in the block chain, so that the part of key data can be stored for a long time through the block chain while the database is ensured to store a large amount of driving data.
In an optional example, the device of the driving object may further include a processing unit, before the communication unit 530 sends the driving data to the service platform, the processing unit may determine key data in the driving data according to a service requirement, set identification information for the key data, send the driving data including the identification information as reported driving data to the service platform by the communication unit 530, so that the service platform may identify the key data in the driving data according to the identification information, and store the key data in the driving data separately. In one or more optional examples, when the driving object is an automobile, the device of the driving object may include a vehicle controller, and the vehicle controller may process the collected driving data to determine key data therein, and set identification information for the key data.
Alternatively, in order to ensure privacy of data, before the communication unit 530 transmits the driving data and the contract number of the driving contract of the driving object to the service platform, the security unit 510 may encrypt the driving data to obtain encrypted data of the driving data, for example: the driving data may be symmetrically encrypted, and the driving data transmitted to the service platform by the communication unit 530 is encrypted data of the driving data. In one or more alternative examples, the security unit 510 may encrypt the driving data with a stored key for encrypting the driving data, resulting in encrypted data of the driving data. Based on the device for the driving object provided by the above embodiment of the present invention, the driving data and the contract number of the driving contract of the driving object are transmitted to the service platform by acquiring the driving data, the service platform stores the received driving data, so as to realize real-time acquisition and storage of the driving data, when the service platform stores the driving data in the database, and stores the contract number of the driving contract of the driving object, the verification information of the driving data, and the storage address of the driving data in the database as data in one block in the block chain, the database can be accessed by using the storage address of the driving data stored in the block chain in the database to acquire the driving data, and the verification information of the driving data stored in the block chain is used to verify the acquired driving data, so that the driving data stored in the database is not easy to be falsified and cancelled, the authenticity of the data is ensured, the safety of the data is improved, the contact between the driver and the driving data stored in the database can be established by utilizing the contract number of the driving contract of the driving object of the driver, the determined driving data of the driver can be obtained from the database, and support is provided for the real-time analysis and the comprehensive big data analysis of the driving data.
In addition, an embodiment of the present invention further provides a driving data storage system, including: the service platform of any of the above embodiments, the client of any of the above embodiments, and the device of the travel object of any of the above embodiments.

Claims (10)

1. A driving data storage method, characterized by comprising:
the service platform receives a driving contract of a driving object of a driver; the running object driving contract includes: driver information and traveling object information;
the service platform stores the driving contract of the driving object as a block in a block chain;
the service platform receives driving data reported by the driving object in the driving process and a contract number of a driving contract of the driving object;
the service platform stores the driving data in a database, and stores a contract number of the driving contract of the driving object, verification information of the driving data, and a storage address of the driving data in the database as data in one block in a block chain.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein prior to the service platform receiving the driving contract for the driving object of the driver, further comprising:
the client or the device of the driving object receives the instruction of the driver and signs a driving contract of the driving object;
and the client or the device of the driving object sends the driving contract of the driving object to the service platform.
3. The method according to claim 2, characterized by, before the running object driving contract is made, further comprising:
the client receives the indication of the driver and sends a registration request carrying the driver block chain account information to the service platform;
the service platform receives the registration request;
the service platform registers the driver blockchain account and associates the driver blockchain account with the driver's driver license number.
4. The method of any one of claims 1 to 3, further comprising:
the device of the driving object acquires at least one of the following authentication information from the driver: face information, voice information and fingerprint information;
and the device of the driving object compares the acquired authentication information with the stored driver authentication information to authenticate the identity of the driver.
5. The method according to any one of claims 2 to 4, wherein the service platform, before receiving the driving data reported by the driving object during the driving process and the contract number of the driving contract of the driving object, further comprises:
the device of the driving object collects driving data of the driving object in the driving process and takes the collected driving data as reported driving data;
the device of the driving object transmits the driving data and a contract number of the driving contract of the driving object to the service platform.
6. The method of any one of claims 1 to 5, further comprising:
the service platform transmits predetermined driving data of the driving object during the driving object driving contract to the client of the driver at the end of the driving object driving contract.
7. A service platform, comprising:
a communication unit for receiving a running object driving contract of a driver; the running object driving contract includes: driver information and traveling object information; receiving driving data reported by a driving object in a driving process and a contract number of a driving contract of the driving object;
a storage unit configured to store the travel target driving contract as one block in a block chain; and storing the driving data in a database, and storing a contract number of the driving contract of the running object, verification information of the driving data, and a storage address of the driving data in the database in a block chain as data in one block.
8. A client, comprising:
a safety unit configured to receive an instruction of a driver, or to enter a driving contract of a driving object with a driving object based on communication with a device of the driving object after the device of the driving object receives the instruction of the driver; the running object driving contract includes: driver information and traveling object information;
a communication unit configured to communicate with a device of a travel object to enter a travel object driving contract with the travel object; and sending the driving contract of the driving object to a service platform after the client signs the driving contract of the driving object with the driving object.
9. An apparatus for traveling an object, comprising:
the safety unit is used for receiving the instruction of the driver or signing a driving contract of the driving object with the client based on communication with the client after the client receives the instruction of the driver;
the system comprises a collecting unit, a processing unit and a display unit, wherein the collecting unit is used for collecting driving data of a driving object in the driving process and taking the collected driving data as reported driving data;
a communication unit for communicating with the client to sign a driving contract of the driving object with the client; and transmitting the driving data and a contract number of the driving contract of the driving object to a service platform.
10. A driving data storage system, comprising: the service platform of claim 7, the client of claim 8 and the device of the object of travel of claim 9.
