The noise-reduction, oxygenation-prevention and algae-prevention cover plate is determined according to the specific size of the sedimentation tank and is divided into a standard plate, a non-standard plate I and a non-standard plate II, wherein each sedimentation tank needs n standard plates, 1 non-standard plate I and 1 non-standard plate II.
The length of the noise-reducing, oxygenation-preventing and algae-preventing cover plate is determined according to the distance between the floating mud baffle and the inner wall of the sedimentation tank, and is generally 1.5-2 m. The width of the standard plate is preferably 1m, the width of the non-standard plate I is the same as that of the standard plate (the width is preferably 1 m), and the width of the non-standard plate 2 is determined according to the width of the last orifice of the sedimentation tank.
In order to ensure that 2 partition plates are tightly abutted and attractive in appearance, one side of the standard plate is provided with a cover plate lap joint part (the upper sound insulation plate of the cover plate is slightly wider than the cover plate and is a 3-angle part), the non-standard plate is provided with no lap joint part, and the two sides of the non-standard plate are provided with lap joint parts.
The specification and the size of the single glass fiber reinforced plastic cover plate should consider the convenience of opening operation, an opening lifting handle should be arranged, and the material should not be lower than AISI304 stainless steel. The number of lifting handles of the standard plate and the non-standard plate I is 2, and the number of lifting handles of the non-standard plate II is 4. In order to distinguish the standard plate from the non-standard plate, the setting direction of the lifting handle of the non-standard plate II is vertical to the lifting handle of the standard plate, which is beneficial to the installation and opening of the noise-reducing, oxygenation-preventing and algae-preventing cover plate of the sedimentation tank.
The lap joint between the noise-reduction, oxygenation-prevention and algae-prevention cover plates, the floating mud baffle plate and the inner wall of the sedimentation tank should be subjected to sealing treatment, and the sealing treatment is firm and reliable.
(4) Installation of noise-reducing, oxygenation-preventing and algae-preventing cover plate
The installation of the noise-reduction, oxygenation-prevention and algae-prevention cover plate does not influence the normal operation of the sewage treatment plant, and is easy to install and replace.
When the noise-reduction, oxygenation-prevention and algae-prevention cover plate is installed, the standard plate is installed firstly, then the non-standard plate I is installed, and finally the non-standard plate II is used. When the sedimentation tank cover plate is opened, the non-standard plate II is opened firstly, and then the other cover plates are opened.
Referring to fig. 2, rubber seals are applied to the joint edges of the noise-reducing, oxygenation-preventing and algae-preventing cover plates to prevent leakage of sound caused by diffraction of sound waves. The periphery of the noise-reducing, oxygenation-preventing and algae-preventing cover plate is sealed by rubber, so that gaps among the cover plates, between the cover plates and the floating mud baffle plate, and between the cover plates and the inner wall of the sedimentation tank are reduced to the minimum.
The noise-reduction, oxygenation-prevention and algae-prevention cover plate is fixed through the water collecting channel and the sedimentation tank wall, a cover plate bracket is arranged on a weir plate of the water collecting channel on the inner wall of the sedimentation tank, and the noise-reduction, oxygenation-prevention and algae-prevention cover plate is placed on the bracket.
All anchor bolts are made of stainless steel and are not lower than AISI 304.
Claims (7)
1. The noise-reducing, oxygenation-preventing and algae-preventing cover plate comprises a sound insulation plate, a damping layer and a sound absorption material; the sound insulation plate is characterized in that the sound insulation plate is arranged on the outermost layer of the cover plate as a cover plate shell and is formed by a double-layer steel plate structure with different thicknesses, a damping layer is stuck between an absorbing material arranged in the sound insulation plate and the sound insulation plate, and the damping layer and the inner surface of the sound insulation plate are completely stuck to form a free damping layer; the noise-reduction, oxygenation-prevention and algae-prevention cover plate is divided into a standard plate, a non-standard plate I and a non-standard plate II, wherein each sedimentation tank needs n standard plates, and one non-standard plate I and one non-standard plate II; the length of the noise-reducing, oxygenation-preventing and algae-preventing cover plate is determined according to the distance between the floating mud baffle and the inner wall of the sedimentation tank, the width of the first non-standard plate is the same as that of the standard plate, and the width of the second non-standard plate is determined according to the width of the last orifice of the sedimentation tank; one side of the standard plate is provided with a cover plate lap joint part, namely the upper sound insulation plate of the cover plate is slightly wider than the cover plate and is a triangular part, the non-standard plate has no lap joint part, and the non-standard plate II is provided with lap joint parts at two sides; the inner layer steel plate of the sound insulation plate is thin, and the outer layer steel plate is thick; and a light-reflection-free material layer is sprayed on the upper surface of the sound insulation plate.

The noise-reducing, oxygenation-preventing and algae-preventing cover plate according to claim 1, wherein the sound-absorbing material is selected from the group consisting of a density of 25kg/m 3 The superfine glass wool material with the thickness of 100mm is placed in a double-sided interlayer of the sound insulation plate and tightly combined with the sound insulation plate.
3. The noise-reducing, oxygenation-preventing and algae-preventing cover plate according to claim 2, wherein both surfaces of the ultra-fine glass wool are protected by facing materials.
4. The noise-reducing, oxygenation-preventing and algae-preventing cover plate according to claim 3, wherein the facing material is a plastic film material, and is tightly attached between the sound-insulating plate and the superfine glass wool.

The noise-reduction, oxygenation-prevention and algae-prevention cover plate according to claim 1, wherein the standard plate, the non-standard plate I and the non-standard plate II are provided with an opening lifting handle, and the lifting handle of the non-standard plate II is arranged in a direction perpendicular to the lifting handle of the standard plate.

The cover plate for noise reduction, oxygenation and algae prevention according to claim 1, wherein sealing layers are arranged at the lap joint between the standard plate, the non-standard plate I and the non-standard plate II, and between the cover plate and the floating mud baffle plate and between the cover plate and the inner wall of the sedimentation tank.

The noise-reduction, oxygenation-prevention and algae-prevention cover plate according to claim 1, wherein the noise-reduction, oxygenation-prevention and algae-prevention cover plate is fixed through a water collecting channel and a sedimentation tank wall, a cover plate bracket is arranged on a weir plate of the sedimentation tank inner wall and the water collecting channel, and the noise-reduction, oxygenation-prevention and algae-prevention cover plate is placed on the bracket.
