An adapter anti-damage intelligent dustproof cap comprises a dustproof cap body 1, a first reed 2, a second reed 3 and a printed board 4.
The body 1 comprises a plug 11 at the front end, the plug 11 is used for coating the optical device so as not to be damaged or polluted, and the plug 11 is in a hollow cylinder structure. The rear end of the body 1 is provided with a slotted handle 13, and the slotted handle 13 is convenient to operate in use. The baffle 12 is arranged between the plug 11 and the slotted handle 13, the cross section width of the baffle 12 is larger than the size of the plug, and the baffle 13 has the function of fixing the dust cap and the adapter at a relatively stable position due to the larger cross section width of the baffle 13 when the plug 11 is inserted into the adapter, and meanwhile, dust and the like can be effectively prevented from entering the adapter. Two sides of the rear part of the partition plate 12 are respectively provided with a U-shaped notch 14 and a U-shaped notch 15, the U-shaped notch 14 is used for installing the first reed 2, the U-shaped notch 15 is used for installing the second reed 3, and the first reed 2 and the second reed 3 extend from the top to the bottom in the dust cap body 1 to be in close fit contact so as to realize conduction. A fixing groove 17 is arranged above the body 1, and the fixing groove 17 is used for fixing the printed board 4. The fixing groove 17 is internally provided with the reinforcing ribs 16, so that the printed board 4 is clamped in the fixing groove 17 more firmly.
The first reed 2 is U-shaped overall, one end of the first reed 2 is provided with a round protruding point 21, and the round protruding point 21 is contacted with the metal conductor 41 of the printed board 4; the other end of the first reed 2 is provided with an arched contact point 22; the middle is a connecting arm 23 which plays a role of communicating the circular convex point 21 with the arched contact point 22.
The second reed 3 is U-shaped overall, one end of the second reed 3 is provided with a round protruding point 31, and the round protruding point 31 is contacted with the metal conductor 41 of the printed board 4; the other end is provided with a sheet contact area 32, and a connecting arm 33 is arranged in the middle of the sheet contact area to communicate the round convex point 31 with the sheet contact area 32; after the first reed 2 and the second reed 3 are assembled in the dust cap body 1, the arched contact point 22 of the first reed 2 can be tightly contacted with the sheet contact area of the second reed 3, so that the aim of conducting between the two reeds and the printed board 4 is fulfilled.
The front and back sides of the printed board 4 are respectively provided with two contact areas of the metal conductors 41 and two metallized holes 42, which play a role in communicating the front and back metal conductors of the printed board. When the electronic tag is applied, one surface is used for contacting the round protruding points 21 and 31 on the reed, and the other surface is used for contacting the reed on the electronic tag base in the intelligent tray, so that the purpose of connection with the circuit board on the intelligent tray is realized.
The U-shaped notches 14 and 15 in the dust cap body 1 are designed correspondingly to the structures of the first reed 2 and the second reed 3, wherein the design corresponding to the structure of the arched contact point 22 is the design of the barb 18 in the dust cap body 1, and the front section of the barb 18 is a slope chamfer which plays a guiding role when the reeds are inserted, so that the installation of the reeds is convenient.
The assembly sequence of the invention is as follows: in order to ensure reliable connection of the reed and the printed board, the second reed 3 is firstly assembled, and then the first reed 2 is assembled, so that the arched contact point 22 is tightly contacted with the sheet contact area 33, and conduction between the two reeds in the dust cap body 1 is realized. After the assembly is in place, the end faces of the two reeds are flush with the outer surface of the dust cap body 1, the upper round protruding points 21 and 31 of the two reeds can be clamped in reed fixing grooves 19 and 120 in the dust cap body 1, and two protruding edges are blocked on two side edges of the dust cap, so that the two assembled reeds cannot fall off. Finally, the printed board 4 is inserted along the fixing groove 17, the metal conductors 41 are respectively contacted with the round protruding points 21 and 31, and the purpose that two metal conductors on the printed board are conducted through contact of two internal reeds is achieved.
The material of the dustproof cap body is preferably plastic, and the dustproof cap has the advantages of insulation and easy shaping.
Example two
An adapter anti-damage intelligent dustproof cap comprises a dustproof cap body 5, a first reed 2, a second reed 3 and a printed board 4.
The middle of the body 5 is a section of flexible connection 58, the front end of the flexible connection is provided with a plug 51, the plug 51 is used for coating the optical device so as to prevent the optical device from being damaged or polluted, and the plug 51 is in a hollow cylinder structure. The rear end of the body 5 is provided with a slotted handle 53, and the slotted handle 53 is convenient to operate in use. The baffle plate 52 is arranged at the tail part of the plug 51, the section width of the baffle plate 52 is larger than that of the plug, the dust cap can be fixed at a relatively stable position, and meanwhile dust and the like can be effectively prevented from entering the adapter. The left side and the right side of the other end of the flexible connection 58 are respectively provided with a U-shaped notch 54 and a U-shaped notch 55, the U-shaped notch 54 is used for installing the first reed 2, the U-shaped notch 55 is used for installing the second reed 3, and the first reed 2 and the second reed 3 extend from the top to the bottom in the dust cap body 5 to be in close fit contact so as to realize conduction. A fixing groove 57 is arranged above the body 5, and the fixing groove 57 is used for fixing the printed board 4. The fixing groove 57 is internally provided with a reinforcing rib 56, which is used for enabling the printed board 4 to be clamped in the fixing groove 57 more firmly. The cross section of the base of the dust cap is overlapped with the hole of the adapter in a vertical plane when in use.
Example III
An adapter anti-damage intelligent dust cap comprises a dust cap base 6, a dust cap plug 7, a first reed 2, a second reed 3 and a printed board 4. The implementation method of the first reed 2, the second reed 3 and the printed board 4 is the same as the scheme one.
The present invention is implemented in two parts, including a first part of the smart tag of fig. 12 and a second part of the dust cap plug of fig. 13. The two parts can be matched for use or can be separately used.

The invention has the structural characteristics that:
1. the two metal conductors on the printed board are not communicated, and the conduction can be realized by tightly matching the first reed and the second reed inside and simultaneously extending the first reed and the second reed to the bottom to be in contact fit.

3.
