The invention discloses a module for paper measurement, comprising: a clamp and a horizontal plate base; the horizontal plate base comprises an inner groove, a base fixing through hole, a penetrating through hole, a moving push rod through hole and a moving wheel, the moving wheel comprises a left roller, a moving wheel shaft, a right roller and a moving push rod, and the moving wheel shaft comprises a wheel shaft fixing through hole and a moving push rod fixing threaded hole; the invention can change the bending degree of the measured paper, thereby increasing the surface area of the measured surface, and then uses the camera to shoot the edge of the paper of the measured surface to obtain the edge number, thereby calculating the page number of the paper to be measured, improving the accuracy of measurement and reducing the cost.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of quality detection, in particular to a module for measuring paper.
Background
The paper production and processing industry has strict requirements for calculating the number of pages of paper, for example, whether the number of pages of the paper is required to be detected to meet the specified standard when a student's workbook, a notebook and the like are manufactured, so that defective products with missing pages are prevented from flowing into the market, and the production quality is prevented from being influenced. Bound paper is not easy to mechanize, the paper is filtered and counted one by one, the efficiency is low, statistics is carried out on the number of the edges of the paper on the side face of the paper, however, generally, because the paper is thin, a regular stack of paper is not easy to distinguish and obtain side face image processing and counting, certain difficulty is brought, in addition, the requirement on pixels of a camera is high, and therefore a method capable of solving the problem needs to be found.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above, there is a need to overcome at least one of the above-mentioned deficiencies in the prior art. The invention provides a module for paper measurement, which can effectively solve the relevant problems and comprises: a clamp and a horizontal plate base; the horizontal plate base comprises an inner groove, a base fixing through hole, a penetrating through hole, a moving push rod through hole and a moving wheel; the curvature of the center point of a curve formed by the side edges of the clamp is 0.35-0.75.
According to the prior art in the background art of the patent, because the paper is thin, the number of pages of the paper can be counted through image processing only by taking a picture of the side face of the paper by a high-resolution camera, and the accuracy is not high; according to the invention, the surface area of the paper measuring surface is increased through the paper measuring module, so that the page boundary is clearer, the pixels of a camera can be reduced, the cost is saved, and the accuracy of calculating the number of pages of paper can be improved.

1. A module for sheet measurement, comprising: a pair of clamps (401) and a horizontal plate base (301);
the horizontal plate base (301) comprises an inner groove (302), a base fixing through hole (303), a penetrating through hole (304), a moving push rod through hole (305) and a moving wheel;
the curvature of the center point of a curve formed by the side edge of the clamp (401) is 0.35-0.75; the moving wheel comprises a left roller (601), a moving wheel shaft (602), a right roller (605) and a moving push rod (703); one of the clamps (401) is fixed at one end of the horizontal plate base (301) through the base fixing through hole (303), the other clamp is fixedly arranged on the moving wheel, and the moving push rod (703) penetrates through the moving push rod through hole (305) and is fixed on the moving wheel shaft (602).
2. A module for paper gauging as claimed in claim 1, characterised in that said pair of clamps (401) is a pair of curved clamps (401) and has a structure for fixing threaded holes.

8. A module for paper sheet measurement as claimed in claim 1, characterized in that the base fixing through hole (303) has a long fixing bolt (701) for fixing one of the clamps (401) to the horizontal plate base (301).
