The fan-shaped full protector is designed specially for the oil pumping pipe 3 which cannot clean the wax on the inner wall, has the basic functions of the full protector, and can effectively clean the wax on the inner wall of the oil pumping pipe 3, and has large diameter and large locking force.
The working principle of the fan-shaped full protector is as follows: when the oil pumping pipe is in a well, two symmetrical lower halves scrape off 1/4 of the wax attached to the inner wall of the oil pumping pipe 3, the upper halves scrape off the wax which forms an angle of 90 degrees with the lower halves, the scraped excessive wax enters the middle of the two halves, and the dead wax attached to the pipe wall of the oil pumping pipe 3 is changed into the survival wax, so that the effect of ploughing the wax is achieved, and the dead wax is prevented from being stuck to other full protectors in the well; the wax deposited on the wall of the oil pumping pipe 3 is scraped at any time when the full protector moves up and down, and meanwhile, the wax deposited on the oil pumping pipe 3 is squeezed out and is flushed by liquid flow to carry the oil outlet pipe, so that the flow channel is cleaned in time, and the overflow area is kept constant.
As an alternative implementation mode, the upper end and the lower end of the fan-shaped full protector are provided with transition belts, and the upper end face and the lower end face of the fan-shaped full protector are both arranged in a horn mouth shape.
Horn mouths at the upper end and the lower end of the fan-shaped full protector move up and down along the pipe wall in a scraping manner, so that sand in the fluid passes through the fan-shaped full protector body, and solid-phase particles are not arranged between the fan-shaped full protector and the pipe wall, thereby avoiding the aggravation of abrasion loss.
As an alternative embodiment, the transition zone length is selected to be 30-150mm.
The end face of the full protector is aligned with the round end face of the same-level sucker rod, and lateral force is applied from far to near equidistance to the rod body to be contacted with the horizontal reference surface, so that the distance required by the rod body of the full protector to reach the reference surface is longer than the distance required by the round sucker rod, which means that the lateral force required by the sucker rod body 21 of the full protector body 1 is greater than the lateral force required by the rod body extended by the round sucker rod. The transition section of the full protector body 1 does not increase the rod breaking probability, and the optimal length of the experimental transition belt is 30-150mm.

when the full protector body (1) and the oil pumping pipe (3) are eccentrically worn and the oil pumping pipe is worn to the early warning structure (4), the early warning structure (4) and the full protector body (1) can be separated to cause the abnormality of an oil pumping system so as to play a role in early warning;
the sucker rod (2) comprises a sucker rod body (21) and a coupling (22) arranged at one end of the sucker rod body (21), and the vertical distance between the shortest position of the early warning structure (4) and the axis is not smaller than the vertical distance between the widest position of the coupling (22) and the axis;
the full protector body (1) comprises an outer ring (11), an inner ring (12) and a connecting structure (13), wherein the early warning structure (4) is arranged on the inner side wall of the outer ring (11), the inner ring (12) is sleeved on the oil pumping rod body (21), the outer ring (11) is sleeved outside the inner ring (12) and fixedly connected with the inner ring (12) through the connecting structure (13), and when the outer ring (11) and the oil pumping pipe (3) are eccentrically worn and are worn to the early warning structure (4), the early warning structure (4) and the outer ring (11) are separated to cause the abnormality of the oil pumping system so as to play a role in early warning;
the early warning structure (4) is an early warning groove formed in the inner side wall of the outer ring (11) or an early warning strip fixed outside the inner side wall of the outer ring (11), the outer ring (11) and the oil pumping pipe (3) are eccentrically worn, and when the early warning groove or the early warning strip is worn, the early warning groove or the early warning strip is separated from the outer ring (11) to cause the abnormality of the oil pumping system so as to play a role in early warning;
the oil pumping rod (2) is provided with concave marks, the full protector body (1) is provided with convex marks corresponding to the concave marks in position, the number of the concave marks and the number of the convex marks are four, and a group of the convex marks are marked every 90 degrees on the circumference of the full protector body (1).
