As shown in fig. 4, the side of the dustbin 2 of the pool cleaner of the present invention is provided with an extension 20, the side of the extension 20 is provided with a connection 21, and the fastening member 310 is fastened between the lower part of the connection 21 and the extension 20. Through the arrangement of the extension part 20 and the connecting part 21, the clamping piece 310 is convenient for fixing the garbage box 2 and is not easy to slide and fall off. The bottom of the waste bin 2 may be stepped to facilitate the fastening 301 to retain the bin 2 and provided with an opening 22 through which the brush 32 may sweep waste into the bin 2 in use.

The number of brush assemblies 3 of the pool cleaner of the present invention is two and are provided at both sides of the waste bin 2, respectively, to catch both sides of the waste bin 2, respectively. The brush assembly 3 can fix the dustbin 2, is convenient to detach, can be used as a brush 32 for cleaning when the pool cleaner is in a working state, and can rotate to walk under the action of other driving mechanisms, so that the space of the dustbin 2 is saved.

When the dustbin of the pool cleaner is disassembled, the poking piece 303 is poked, and the fastening piece 301 is separated from the dustbin 2 under the action of the elastic piece 304; rotating the brush 32, the brush 32 drives the bracket 31 to rotate through the brush gear device 33; the clamping piece 310 is separated from the garbage box 2; the waste bin 2 is disengaged from the cleaner body 1. Therefore, the pool cleaner and the use method of the invention have novel design, convenient use and simple operation, the pool cleaner does not need to be turned over when cleaning the garbage box, sewage can not flow back to the inside due to turning, the garbage box is fast and convenient to fix and detach, the space of the garbage box is saved, and the invention has good popularization and use values.

Claims

1. A pool cleaner comprising a cleaner body, a waste bin and a brush assembly, wherein the brush assembly is pivotally connected to the cleaner body, the brush assembly including a catch for catching the waste bin to retain the waste bin under the cleaner body, the brush assembly further including a securing means for restricting pivoting of the brush assembly relative to the cleaner body.

2. The pool cleaner of claim 1, wherein the securing means comprises a fastener telescopically disposed on the connector, a toggle member configured to extend the fastener under the influence of the toggle member to retain the debris box, and an elastic member rotatably mounted on the connector to compress or release the elastic member.

3. The pool cleaner of claim 2, wherein the resilient member comprises a spring, a resilient ball, or a dome.

4. The pool cleaner of claim 1, wherein the brush assembly further comprises a bracket pivotally coupled to the cleaner body, the catch being located on the bracket, a brush and a brush gear assembly coupled to the bracket, the brush being coupled to the brush gear assembly.

5. The pool cleaner of claim 4, wherein the brush gear arrangement includes a first brush gear and a second brush gear intermeshed with each other and coupled to the bracket, the second brush gear being coaxially coupled to the brush.

6. The pool cleaner of claim 4, wherein the securing means is provided on the bracket or the cleaner body.

7. The pool cleaner of claim 1, wherein the sides of the trash can are provided with extensions, the sides of the extensions are provided with connecting portions, and the fastener is captured between the connecting portions and the extensions.

8. The pool cleaner of claim 1, wherein the number of brush assemblies is two and are provided on both sides of the garbage can to catch both sides of the garbage can, respectively.
