A non-covered rack turnout switching mechanism ensures the consistency and continuity of rack line type and rail line type in the switching process, and ensures the stable and reliable replacement of running tracks of a rack train. Referring to fig. 1, an uncovered toothed rail switch mechanism of the present invention includes a straight side front stock rail 10, a straight side rear stock rail 30, and a curved side stock rail 20 intersecting the straight side front stock rail 10, the straight side front stock rail 10 being composed of a first rail 11, a first toothed rail 12, and a second rail 13, and the curved side stock rail 20 being composed of a third rail 21, a second toothed rail 22, and a fourth rail 23. The straight-line side rear stock rail 30 is composed of a fifth rail 31, a third toothed rail 32 and a sixth rail 33, and the fifth rail 31 is fixedly butted with the first rail 11. A point rail 41 whose front end is controlled to swing by a first switch machine 51 is arranged between the fifth rail 31 and the sixth rail 33, and the rear ends of the point rail 41 and the third tooth rail 32 are controlled to swing by a second switch machine 52. A first movable rack 42 is provided between the front end of the first rack 12 and the rear end of the third rack 32, a movable rail 43 is provided between the rear end of the point rail 41 and the front end of the third rail 21, and the front end of the movable rail 43 and the first movable rack 42 are controlled to swing by a third switch machine 53. The first, second, third and fourth switches 51, 52, 53 and 54 employ switches currently used on a general railway. And each switch machine is linked under the control of a switch signal, and after the switch process is finished, the signal system checks and confirms the positions of all parts and sends out a passing signal.
Referring to fig. 1, the straight-line side front stock rail 10, the curve side stock rail 20, the straight-line side rear stock rail 30, the point rail 41, the first movable rack 42, the movable rail 43 and the second movable rack 44 are all located on the same plane, the racks do not cover the rails, all sections of racks are arranged in parallel with all sections of rails, the construction and installation are more convenient, the stress performance is better, and the maintenance is easy.
Referring to fig. 1, the switching process of the rack train from the straight side section to the curved side section is a switching process in which the front end of the tongue 41 swings from the curved side to the straight side by the first switch machine 51, and the switch is completed. At the same time, the rear end of the switch rail 41 and the rear end of the third rail 32 are swung from the straight side to the curved side by the second switch machine 52, the front end of the movable rail 43 and the first movable rail 42 are swung from the curved side to the straight side by the third switch machine 53, and the front ends of the second movable rail 44 and the sixth rail 33 are swung from the straight side to the curved side by the fourth switch machine 54.
The switching process from the curved section to the straight section is performed by swinging the front end of the switch rail 41 from the straight side to the curved side by the first switch machine 51, and the switching process of the switch is completed. At the same time, the rear end of the switch rail 41 and the rear end of the third rail 32 are swung from the curved side to the straight side by the second switch 52, the front end of the movable rail 43 and the first movable rail 42 are swung from the straight side to the curved side by the third switch 53, and the front ends of the second movable rail 44 and the sixth rail 33 are swung from the straight side to the curved side by the fourth switch 54.
After the switching process is finished, each section of steel rail and each section of toothed rail can be in seamless connection, the line type is continuous and consistent, the stable running of the train can be ensured, and the comfort of passengers is good.
