The conventional methods include a drug sensitive paper sheet method (or a paper sheet method), a dilution method, an E-test (gradient) method, and the like. The paper sheet method is a common method for general manual operation because of the advantages of convenient operation, less consumption of materials and the like.
When the sheet application is performed manually, there are often operational problems that result in improper sheet application positions or an insufficiently uniform sheet distribution and may lead to errors in the interpretation of the results. However, the currently available drug sensitive paper sheet dispensers are generally fixed in size (e.g. fixed in diameter of 6cm or 10cm) and in mode (e.g. 6 paper sheets or 8 paper sheets are stuck at one time), and are not suitable for sticking flat plates with different sizes or a plurality of types of paper sheets.
