本发明公开了一种陶瓷材料,其特征在于,是由以下重量份数的原料组成:氮化硅50‑60份、方解石粉20‑25份、五氧化三钛5‑8份、氧化镁5‑15份、氧化铝10‑15份、金红石8‑15份、碳化硅微粉10‑15份、高岭土3‑8份、聚乙二醇8‑12份、硅烷偶联剂2‑5份、水35‑55份。本发明提供一种陶瓷材料,耐磨性好、韧性好、润滑性好,使用寿命长,其抗蠕变性提高三个数量级。

技术领域
本发明涉及陶瓷材料技术领域,尤其涉及一种陶瓷材料。
背景技术
目前通道、管道用的材料有铝合金材料、陶瓷等,铝合金材料耐磨性差,槽道容易消失,影响色选精度,要经常更换,成本高;目前所用的陶瓷材料脆性大,耐磨性不太高,不耐冷热刺激,耐酸碱性差,因此需要研究耐磨性好,硬度高,韧性好,耐震动,耐热,耐腐蚀等性能优异的陶瓷材料,以降低成本。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于,提供一种陶瓷材料,耐磨性好、韧性好、润滑性好,使用寿命长,其抗蠕变性提高三个数量级。
本发明的技术方案:一种陶瓷材料,其特征在于,是由以下重量份数的原料组成:氮化硅50-60份、方解石粉20-25份、五氧化三钛5-8份、氧化镁5-15份、氧化铝10-15份、金红石8-15份、碳化硅微粉10-15份、高岭土3-8份、聚乙二醇8-12份、硅烷偶联剂2-5份、水35-55份。

本发明的有益效果:提供一种陶瓷材料,耐磨性好、韧性好、润滑性好,使用寿命长,其抗蠕变性提高三个数量级。

实施例1:一种陶瓷材料,是由以下重量份数的原料组成:氮化硅50-60份、方解石粉20-25份、五氧化三钛5-8份、氧化镁5-15份、氧化铝10-15份、金红石8-15份、碳化硅微粉10-15份、高岭土3-8份、聚乙二醇8-12份、硅烷偶联剂2-5份、水35-55份。

1.一种陶瓷材料,其特征在于,是由以下重量份数的原料组成:氮化硅50-60份、方解石粉20-25份、五氧化三钛5-8份、氧化镁5-15份、氧化铝10-15份、金红石8-15份、碳化硅微粉10-15份、高岭土3-8份、聚乙二醇8-12份、硅烷偶联剂2-5份、水35-55份。
