Abstract
本发明属于废水处理技术领域,具体涉及一种两级厌氧处理木薯酒精废水的方法,所述工艺包括如下处理步骤:首先将糖蜜废水经过格栅过滤处理,然后将经驯化后的由恶臭假单胞菌、乳酸菌、枯草芽孢杆菌、脱氮硫杆菌组成的复合生物菌剂加入过滤处理后的废水中,采用两级厌氧发酵进行厌氧处理,一级厌氧采用高温厌氧CSTR,二级厌氧采用中温UASB,然后进入好氧处理池,经精细处理后达标排放。该工艺使得排出水的COD值降至非常低的水平,COD值低至80mg/L以下,且其色度浅,泡沫少,可以达到直接排放的标准。
Description
【技术领域】
本发明涉及废水处理技术领域,特别涉及一种两级厌氧处理木薯酒精废水的方法。
【背景技术】
截至2018年底,我国约有木薯酒精生产企业30多家,日生产能力约2000吨,年产木薯酒精40多万吨。以木薯为原料生产酒精在我国广西、广东、湖北、江苏等省有较为广阔的市场。常规生产工艺中每生产1t木薯酒精排出的废水约为12~15t,且木薯酒精废糟液出水温度高,含有大量的有机化合物及悬浮物,COD高达30~60g/L,悬浮物高达20~30g/L,pH较低,属于典型的高浓度有机废水。如果该废水不能得到稳定、可靠的处理,势必对环境造成严重的污染。近年来,国家对严重污染环境的酒精废糟液的治理越来越重视,规定酒精行业废液允许排放的COD的二级标准为≤300mg/L,一级标准为≤100mg/L。针对木薯酒精废水的特点,可以采用厌氧—好氧结合的工艺对木薯酒精废水进行处理。
【发明内容】
鉴于上述内容,有必要提供一种两级厌氧处理木薯酒精废水的方法,以克服现有木薯酒精废水处理方法所存在的不足,以保证达标排放。
为达到上述目的,本发明所采用的技术方案是:
一种两级厌氧处理木薯酒精废水的方法,具体处理步骤及顺序如下:
(1)过滤处理:所述废水首先通过进水格栅和沉砂池,除去木薯酒精废水中的木薯渣和泥沙;
(2)厌氧处理:将经驯化后的由恶臭假单胞菌、乳酸菌、枯草芽孢杆菌、脱氮硫杆菌组成的复合生物菌剂加入步骤(1)处理后的废水中,然后采用两级厌氧发酵进行厌氧处理,一级厌氧采用高温厌氧CSTR,二级厌氧采用中温UASB,废水先经CSTR处理并沉淀后,上清液作为UASB的进水,厌氧过程所产生的沼气经过水封槽后收集利用;
(3)好氧处理:步骤(3)处理后的废水进入好氧池,通过连续曝气并加入臭氧进一步深度氧化处理,得到COD浓度小于80mg/L的好氧水出水;
(4)精细处理:将步骤(4)的好氧水出水通过纳滤装置进行深度处理,或加入净水剂和粉末活性炭通过降流式连续固定床进行处理,得到符合标准的排放水或回用水。
进一步地,步骤(2)中,所述复合生物菌剂由恶臭假单胞菌、乳酸菌、枯草芽孢杆菌、脱氮硫杆菌分别制得的菌液按体积比3:1:2:1混合制得,各菌液的菌体浓度均为1x109cfu/ml。
进一步地,所述复合生物菌剂的添加量为每1m3废水添加50~100ml菌液。
进一步地,所述步骤(2)中第二级UASB厌氧反应器的进水pH值为7~7.5,水力停留时间为68h~72h,维持反应温度为34~36℃。
进一步地,所述步骤(2)中,第一级CSTR厌氧反应器容积负荷为2~4kgCOD/m3·d,第二级UASB厌氧反应器容积负荷为10~12kgCOD/m3·d。
进一步地,步骤(3)中,所述好氧池为序批式活性污泥池。
本发明具有以下有益效果:
(1)本发明的一种两级厌氧处理木薯酒精废水的方法主要采用过滤处理+高温CSTR—中温UASB两级厌氧处理+好氧处理+精细处理的组合工艺方法。废水先经过过滤处理去除较大固体物,再经高温CSTR—中温UASB两级厌氧处理工段,利用厌氧微生物(复合生物菌剂)降解水中大部分有色有机物;厌氧出水再进行好氧处理,可进一步降解有色物质;经好氧处理后的水中还含有部分可沉淀不溶物,经精细处理后可保证出水水质达到排放要求。
采取上述措施的本发明,可以将木薯制备酒精后所产生的废水进行充分地处理,能够有效地氧化分解有机污染物,进而降低废液中生物难降解的COD、SS、色度等,使得处理后的木薯发酵酒精的废水能够达标排放。废水经过本发明方法的处理,使得排出的水中其COD降至非常低的水平,COD值低至80mg/L以下,且其色度浅,泡沫少,可以达到直接排放的标准。
(2)本发明还提供了一种处理木薯酒精废水的高效复合生物菌剂,利用复合生物菌剂中不同细菌产生的酶在降解有机物过程中的互补和协同效应,实现生物处理木薯酒精废水的目标。
【具体实施方式】
以下将通过实施例对本发明进行详细描述,在以下实施例中,COD值是通过GB11914-1989中记载的方法进行测量的;SS值是通过GB11901-1989中记载的方法进行测量的;色度值是通过GB11903-1989的水质色度的检测方法进行测定的,色度的值越大,那么排水颜色越深,透明度越低,越偏离排放指标。
实施例1
一种两级厌氧处理木薯酒精废水的方法,具体处理步骤及顺序如下:
(1)过滤处理:所述废水首先通过进水格栅和沉砂池,除去木薯酒精废水中的木薯渣和泥沙;
(2)厌氧处理:将经驯化后的由恶臭假单胞菌、乳酸菌、枯草芽孢杆菌、脱氮硫杆菌组成的复合生物菌剂加入步骤(1)处理后的废水中,然后采用两级厌氧发酵进行厌氧处理,一级厌氧采用高温厌氧CSTR,二级厌氧采用中温UASB,废水先经CSTR处理并沉淀后,上清液作为UASB的进水,厌氧过程所产生的沼气经过水封槽后收集利用;所述复合生物菌剂由恶臭假单胞菌、乳酸菌、枯草芽孢杆菌、脱氮硫杆菌分别制得的菌液按体积比3:1:2:1混合制得,各菌液的菌体浓度均为1x109cfu/ml;所述复合生物菌剂的添加量为每1m3废水添加50~100ml菌液;所述第一级CSTR厌氧反应器容积负荷为2~4kgCOD/m3·d,第二级UASB厌氧反应器容积负荷为10~12kgCOD/m3·d;所述第二级UASB厌氧反应器的进水pH值为7~7.5,水力停留时间为68h~72h,维持反应温度为34~36℃;
(3)好氧处理:步骤(3)处理后的废水进入序批式活性污泥池,通过连续曝气并加入臭氧进一步深度氧化处理,得到COD浓度小于80mg/L的好氧水出水;
(4)精细处理:将步骤(4)的好氧水出水通过纳滤装置进行深度处理,得到符合标准的排放水或回用水。
经检测,本实施例出水的CODcr为72mg/L,色度48倍,pH值7.1。
水质处理对比效果验证:
为了验证本发明提供的复合生物菌剂中各组成成分的协同效果,分别通过对比例1、对比例2、对比例3进行试验测试,测试得到的水质结果如下所示:
对比例1
对比例1与实施例1的区别仅仅在于:所述复合生物菌剂由乳酸菌、枯草芽孢杆菌、脱氮硫杆菌分别制得的菌液按体积比1:2:1混合制得,各菌液的菌体浓度均为1x109cfu/ml。
经检测,本对比例出水的CODcr为150mg/L,色度78倍,pH值6.2。
对比例2
对比例2与实施例1的区别仅仅在于:所述复合生物菌剂由恶臭假单胞菌、枯草芽孢杆菌、脱氮硫杆菌分别制得的菌液按体积比3:2:1混合制得,各菌液的菌体浓度均为1x109cfu/ml。
经检测,本对比例出水的CODcr为163mg/L,色度85倍,pH值5.8。
对比例3
对比例3与实施例1的区别仅仅在于:所述复合生物菌剂由恶臭假单胞菌、乳酸菌、脱氮硫杆菌分别制得的菌液按体积比3:1:1混合制得,各菌液的菌体浓度均为1x109cfu/ml。
经检测,本对比例出水的CODcr为176mg/L,色度82倍,pH值6.0。
由上述测试结果可知,本发明采用的复合生物菌剂选取恶臭假单胞菌、乳酸菌、枯草芽孢杆菌、脱氮硫杆菌四种的组合,与复合生物菌剂只单独选取某一种相比,该种组成的复合生物菌剂处理木薯酒精废水的效果更好,具有明显的协同作用。

Claims (6)
1.一种两级厌氧处理木薯酒精废水的方法,其特征在于,具体处理步骤及顺序如下:
(1)过滤处理:所述废水首先通过进水格栅和沉砂池,除去木薯酒精废水中的木薯渣和泥沙;
(2)厌氧处理:将经驯化后的由恶臭假单胞菌、乳酸菌、枯草芽孢杆菌、脱氮硫杆菌组成的复合生物菌剂加入步骤(1)处理后的废水中,然后采用两级厌氧发酵进行厌氧处理,一级厌氧采用高温厌氧CSTR,二级厌氧采用中温UASB,废水先经CSTR处理并沉淀后,上清液作为UASB的进水,厌氧过程所产生的沼气经过水封槽后收集利用;
(3)好氧处理:步骤(3)处理后的废水进入好氧池,通过连续曝气并加入臭氧进一步深度氧化处理,得到COD浓度小于80mg/L的好氧水出水;
(4)精细处理:将步骤(4)的好氧水出水通过纳滤装置进行深度处理,或加入净水剂和粉末活性炭通过降流式连续固定床进行处理,得到符合标准的排放水或回用水。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种两级厌氧处理木薯酒精废水的方法,其特征在于,步骤(2)中,所述复合生物菌剂由恶臭假单胞菌、乳酸菌、枯草芽孢杆菌、脱氮硫杆菌分别制得的菌液按体积比3:1:2:1混合制得,各菌液的菌体浓度均为1x109cfu/ml。
3.如权利要求2所述的一种两级厌氧处理木薯酒精废水的方法,其特征在于,所述复合生物菌剂的添加量为每1m3废水添加50~100ml菌液。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种两级厌氧处理木薯酒精废水的方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(2)中第二级UASB厌氧反应器的进水pH值为7~7.5,水力停留时间为68h~72h,维持反应温度为34~36℃。
5.如权利要求1所述的一种两级厌氧处理木薯酒精废水的方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(2)中,第一级CSTR厌氧反应器容积负荷为2~4kgCOD/m3·d,第二级UASB厌氧反应器容积负荷为10~12kgCOD/m3·d。
