Abstract
本发明公开了一种针织面料植绒夹克,包括夹克主体,所述夹克主体由针织面料和植绒面料组成,所述针织面料和植绒面料相互交织,所述夹克主体内部安装有集热板,所述夹克主体两侧均镶嵌有蓄电池,所述集热板上部一侧电性连接温度感应开关,所述温度感应开关位于夹克主体外部表面,所述集热板和温度感应开关均电性连接蓄电池。本发明通过设置温度感应开关和集热板,有效的提升夹克主体的保暖性,通过设置防水面料和防静电面料,有效的提升夹克主体的防水性和防静电性能,通过设置梭织面料和化纤面料,有效的提升针织面料和植绒面料内部的坚韧性,有效的解决了针织面料和植绒面料自身坚韧性较差的问题,适合被广泛推广和使用。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种夹克,特别涉及一种针织面料植绒夹克。
背景技术
夹克是一种短上衣。翻领,对襟,多用按扣或拉链,便于工作和活动。夹克衫是人们现代生活中最常见的一种,风行开始于上世纪80年代,夹克是中国人根据英文的发音编写成的中国词语。因为这些东西是源于国外,流传进中国的,中国原来没有这样的东西,所以固然没有这样的词语。随着社会不断发展,各国文化大交融,故而,中国也产生了许多音译外来词。可译为:短外衣、外套。最早是指身长到腰、长袖、开身或套头的外衣;可以单件,也可以是套装。但随着时代的发展变化,现在,这个名词是泛指各种面料款式的,各种用途的短外衣,休闲外衣。
但是一般的针织面料植绒夹克防水性和防静电性能较差,同时坚韧耐用性能较差。
发明内容
本发明的主要目的在于提供一种针织面料植绒夹克,,可以有效解决背景技术中的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明采取的技术方案为:
一种针织面料植绒夹克,包括夹克主体,所述夹克主体由针织面料和植绒面料组成,所述针织面料和植绒面料相互交织,所述夹克主体内部安装有集热板,所述夹克主体两侧均镶嵌有蓄电池,所述集热板上部一侧电性连接温度感应开关,所述温度感应开关位于夹克主体外部表面,所述集热板和温度感应开关均电性连接蓄电池。
进一步地,所述夹克主体外部安装有防水面料,所述防水面料外部固定连接有防静电面料。
进一步地,所述针织面料内部衔接有梭织面料和化纤面料,所述梭织面料和化纤面料相互交错连接,所述植绒面料内部结构与针织面料内部结构相同。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有如下有益效果:
1.通过设置温度感应开关和集热板,有效的提升夹克主体的保暖性,蓄电池为装置提供电力,打开控制温度感应开关和集热板工作,集热板能够将太阳能转换为热能储存,能够对夹克主体起到加热加温的作用,温度感应开关与集热板相连接,当集热板达到一定的温度时,温度感应开关能够断掉电源,有效的避免烫伤,便于人们的穿戴。
2.通过设置防水面料和防静电面料,有效的提升夹克主体的防水性和防静电性能,针织面料和植绒面料防水性能和防静电性能较差,通过防水面料和防静电面料的加强,能够很好的提升夹克主体的防水性和防静电性能。
3.通过设置梭织面料和化纤面料,有效的提升针织面料和植绒面料内部的坚韧性,有效的解决了针织面料和植绒面料自身坚韧性较差的问题,梭织面料和化纤面料都具有坚韧耐磨的特点,耐用性能较好,有效的延长夹克主体的使用寿命,有效的提高了经济效益。

为使本发明实现的技术手段、创作特征、达成目的与功效易于明白了解,下面结合具体实施方式,进一步阐述本发明。
如图1-4所示,一种针织面料植绒夹克,包括夹克主体1,所述夹克主体1由针织面料5和植绒面料6组成,所述针织面料5和植绒面料6相互交织,所述夹克主体1内部安装有集热板3,所述夹克主体1两侧均镶嵌有蓄电池2,所述集热板3上部一侧电性连接温度感应开关4,所述温度感应开关4位于夹克主体1外部表面,所述集热板3和温度感应开关4均电性连接蓄电池2。
本实施例中如图1和图2所示通过设置温度感应开关4和集热板3,有效的提升夹克主体1的保暖性。
其中,所述夹克主体1外部安装有防水面料8,所述防水面料8外部固定连接有防静电面料7。
本实施例中如图3所示通过设置防水面料8和防静电面料7,有效的提升夹克主体1的防水性和防静电性能。
其中,所述针织面料5内部衔接有梭织面料9和化纤面料10,所述梭织面料9和化纤面料10相互交错连接,所述植绒面料6内部结构与针织面料5内部结构相同。
本实施例中如图2和图4所示通过设置梭织面料9和化纤面料10,有效的提升针织面料5和植绒面料6内部的坚韧性,有效的解决了针织面料5和植绒面料6自身坚韧性较差的问题。
需要说明的是,本发明为一种针织面料植绒夹克,工作时,蓄电池2为装置提供电力,打开控制温度感应开关4和集热板3工作,集热板3能够将太阳能转换为热能储存,能够对夹克主体1起到加热加温的作用,温度感应开关4与集热板3相连接,当集热板3达到一定的温度时,温度感应开关4能够断掉电源,有效的避免烫伤,便于人们的穿戴,针织面料5和植绒面料6防水性能和防静电性能较差,通过防水面料8和防静电面料7的加强,能够很好的提升夹克主体1的防水性和防静电性能,通过梭织面料9和化纤面料10,有效的提升针织面料5和植绒面料6内部的坚韧性,有效的解决了针织面料5和植绒面料6自身坚韧性较差的问题,梭织面料9和化纤面料10都具有坚韧耐磨的特点,耐用性能较好,有效的延长夹克主体1的使用寿命,有效的提高了经济效益。

1.一种针织面料植绒夹克,包括夹克主体(1),所述夹克主体(1)由针织面料(5)和植绒面料(6)组成,所述针织面料(5)和植绒面料(6)相互交织,其特征在于:所述夹克主体(1)内部安装有集热板(3),所述夹克主体(1)两侧均镶嵌有蓄电池(2),所述集热板(3)上部一侧电性连接温度感应开关(4),所述温度感应开关(4)位于夹克主体(1)外部表面,所述集热板(3)和温度感应开关(4)均电性连接蓄电池(2)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种针织面料植绒夹克,其特征在于:所述夹克主体(1)外部安装有防水面料(8),所述防水面料(8)外部固定连接有防静电面料(7)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种针织面料植绒夹克,其特征在于:所述针织面料(5)内部衔接有梭织面料(9)和化纤面料(10),所述梭织面料(9)和化纤面料(10)相互交错连接,所述植绒面料(6)内部结构与针织面料(5)内部结构相同。
