Abstract
The invention discloses a cutting machine which comprises a base, a bracket, a cutting mechanism, a swinging mechanism and a driving mechanism, wherein a slide way in the vertical direction is arranged on the bracket; the cutting mechanism comprises a cutting knife vertically connected with the slide way in a sliding way and a linkage assembly connected with the cutting knife and driving the cutting knife to vertically slide on the slide way, and the linkage assembly is arranged on the upper side of the swinging mechanism; the swinging mechanism comprises an arc-shaped groove; the two ends of the driving mechanism are respectively hinged with the swinging mechanism and the bracket. In the invention, an object to be cut is placed by the arc-shaped groove of the swinging mechanism, and the cutting mechanism is vertically arranged on the upper side of the swinging mechanism in a sliding manner, so that the cutting mechanism completes cutting of the object by matching the swinging mechanism and the driving mechanism.

Preferably, the swinging member comprises a first swinging member arranged at the lower side of the first groove and a second swinging member arranged at the lower side of the second groove, the upper end of the first swinging member is fixed in the first groove, the lower end of the first swinging member is hinged to the base, the upper end of the second swinging member is fixed in the second groove, the lower end of the second swinging member is hinged to the base, and the first swinging member and the second swinging member are connected through a connecting rod.

The cutting mechanism 3 comprises a frame body 33 vertically sliding on the 2 support, a cutting knife 31 fixed at the bottom of the frame body 33 and a linkage assembly 32 driving the cutting knife 31 to vertically slide, wherein the cutting knife 31 is horizontally placed, and the cutting edge of the cutting knife 31 faces downwards.
The rocking mechanism 4 comprises an arc-shaped groove 41 and a rocking member 43 connected to the bottom of the groove 41, and the groove 41 ensures that the cutter is more stable in cutting.
Both ends of the driving mechanism 5 are respectively hinged with the swinging mechanism 4 and the bracket 2.
Further, the linkage assembly 32 includes a rotating disc 321, a rotating shaft 322, a gear disc 323, and a rack 324, wherein the rotating shaft 322 is rotatably connected to the bracket 2, the end portion of the rotating shaft 322 is fixed to the rotating disc 321, the rotating shaft 322 is connected to the center of the gear disc 323 in a penetrating manner, two ends of the rack 324 are fixed to the frame 33, and the rack 324 is connected to the gear disc 323 in a meshing manner.

The upper end of the first swinging member 431 is fixed to the first groove 411, the lower end of the first swinging member 431 is hinged to the base 1, the upper end of the second swinging member 432 is fixed to the second groove 412, the lower end of the second swinging member 431 is hinged to the base 1, and one of the first swinging member 431 and the second swinging member 432 is connected by a connecting rod 44.
Further, the first groove 411 is hinged with a pressing portion 414, and the pressing portion 414 is driven by an air pressure device.
Further, the driving mechanism 5 is a pneumatic piston rod. Furthermore, the drive mechanism can be replaced by a hydraulic piston rod or an electric push rod.

The working process comprises the following steps: the rotating wheel disc 321 lifts the cutting knife 31 to the upper side of the groove 41, an object to be cut is placed in the groove 41, the rotating wheel disc 321 is adjusted until the cutting knife 31 is abutted against the object to be cut, the driving mechanism 5 is started to push the groove 41 to horizontally swing, the groove 41 drives the object to be cut to horizontally swing, and the cutting knife 31 freely falls by gravity and vertically cuts the object to be cut downwards when the groove 41 horizontally swings until the object to be cut is cut off.
In the invention, an object to be cut is placed by the arc-shaped groove 41 of the swinging mechanism 3, and the cutting mechanism 3 is arranged on the upper side of the swinging mechanism, so that the cutting mechanism 3 completes cutting of the object by matching the swinging mechanism 4 and the driving mechanism 5.
