Abstract

5. The welding fixture of claim 1, wherein the support further comprises a support cylinder having one end mounted to the bracket and the other end fixedly connected to the support platform.
6. A welding apparatus comprising the welding jig according to any one of claims 1 to 5, and further comprising a welder that welds a workpiece on a workpiece placement table fixed by a fixing member.

A method of operating a welding apparatus as defined in claim 6, comprising the steps of, in order: A. after the workpiece welding of the welding station and the feeding of the feeding station are completed, the fixing piece loosens the workpiece placing table of the welding station; B. the base drives a first workpiece placing table of the welding station to move downwards and move to the feeding station in the horizontal direction, and meanwhile, the fixing piece slides to the second workpiece placing table of the feeding station to clamp the feeding station, and the second workpiece placing table of the feeding station is moved to the welding station and fixed; C. the base drives the first workpiece placing table to move downwards and move to the feeding station in the horizontal direction, the supporting piece supports the first workpiece placing table to move upwards, and at the moment, the base moves to the welding station, moves upwards and clamps the second workpiece placing table.
