The invention discloses a circulating tea cleaning device which comprises a water tank, a top plate, a vertical support and a stirring device, wherein the top plate can cover the water tank; the vertical support comprises a fixed part and a sliding part, a linear motor is arranged in the sliding part, the side edge of the top plate is connected with the sliding part, the side edge of the water tank is connected with the fixed part, and the sliding part drives the top plate to move up and down under the action of the linear motor; a common motor is arranged in the middle of the inner part of the top plate; the stirring device comprises a rotating shaft and a propeller, and the common motor is vertically connected with the propeller through the rotating shaft. The device adopts a mode of up-and-down circulation in the water tank, so that water flow forms turbulent flow motion, and the tea leaves are effectively cleaned; by additionally installing the air injection holes or the water injection holes, a cavity effect can be formed, or the turbulence degree can be increased, so that the cleaning efficiency is improved. The whole device can adapt to a workshop type tea production mode with small yield, can also meet a production line type tea production mode with large yield, and has a very wide application range.

When the device is used, a proper amount of water and tea leaves to be cleaned are added into the water tank, the linear motor drives the top plate to cover, the propeller rotates under the action of the common motor, the water flow is driven to flow upwards, and after reaching the highest position, the water flow flows downwards and towards the periphery in the water tank at the same time, so that the circulation is realized. The tea leaves are circularly cleaned under the action of water flow. The circulating cleaning mode can achieve a good tea cleaning effect by utilizing the turbulence effect of water generated when the flow direction is changed and the rotation effect of the propeller.

the vertical support comprises a fixed part and a sliding part, a linear motor is arranged in the sliding part, the side edge of the top plate is connected with the sliding part, the side edge of the water tank is connected with the fixed part, and the sliding part drives the top plate to move up and down under the action of the linear motor; a common motor is arranged in the middle of the inside of the top plate; the stirring device comprises a rotating shaft and a propeller, and the common motor is vertically connected with the propeller through the rotating shaft; a circle of air injection holes are horizontally formed in the joint of the rotating shaft of the stirring device and the top plate, an air pump connected with the air injection holes through an air pipe is arranged in the top plate, and the other end of the air pump is communicated with the outside; a cylindrical baffle is vertically arranged on the lower surface of the top plate and surrounds the propeller inside; the water tank is characterized in that a circular or square through hole is arranged in the hollow position above the cylindrical baffle, a gap is reserved between the cylindrical baffle and the edge of the propeller, and the length of the cylindrical baffle is 0.5-0.8 times of the depth of the water tank.
