Technical Field

The invention relates to the field of kitchen electrical equipment, in particular to a skirting board assembly and a dish washing machine with the same.

Background

A dishwasher is a home appliance for automatically washing dishes, and as the living standard of people is continuously improved, the dishwasher is increasingly used. The dish-washing machine is generally arranged in a cabinet, in order to improve the overall attractiveness of the cabinet, the condition that the dish-washing machine is free of exposed and easy-to-collide parts is ensured, and skirting boards are generally arranged below an outer door at the front end of the dish-washing machine, so that the appearance grade of the dish-washing machine is improved, and the probability of direct collision of a dish-washing machine body is reduced.

But is limited by installation environment (e.g., cabinet specifications for each household are different) such that the skirting board of the installed dishwasher is not perfectly flush with the outer edge of the cabinet. To solve the above problems, in the prior art, a skirting board is mounted on a machine body by adopting a threaded adjusting rod so as to adjust the mounting position of the skirting board. However, the adjusting mode is time-consuming and labor-consuming, and is inconvenient, so that the adjusting flexibility of the skirting board is low, and the applicability of the skirting board is reduced.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention mainly aims to provide a skirting board assembly, and aims to solve the technical problems that the skirting board of the existing dish washing machine is inconvenient to operate and low in flexibility in an adjusting mode.

To achieve the above object, the present invention provides a skirting board assembly for a dishwasher, the dishwasher including a dishwasher body, the skirting board assembly comprising:

a skirting board which is used for being installed on the front lower side of the dish-washing machine body and is provided with an installation surface which is away from the dish-washing machine body; and

the baffle is movably mounted on the mounting surface, and the distance between the baffle and the mounting surface is adjustable.

Preferably, the skirting board is provided with a chute extending along the front-back direction, and the front end of the chute is arranged in an open way; the rear side of the baffle is provided with a sliding part which is telescopically arranged in the chute.

Preferably, two sliding grooves are respectively formed in two ends of the skirting board along the length direction, two sliding pieces are arranged on the rear side of the baffle, and the sliding pieces are in one-to-one correspondence with the sliding grooves.

Preferably, the sliding piece is provided with a plurality of movable limiting parts which are arranged at intervals along the front-back direction, so that different movable limiting parts are in limiting fit with the sliding groove, and the distance between the baffle plate and the mounting surface is changed.

Preferably, the movable limiting part is a bendable clamping protrusion.

Preferably, the sliding piece is provided with a movable groove, the movable groove is provided with a first groove wall and a second groove wall which extend along the front-back direction, the first groove wall is positioned above the second groove wall, and the clamp is convexly arranged on the first groove wall and/or the second groove wall.

The invention provides a dish washer which is used for washing tableware such as bowls, chopsticks, dishes and the like.

Referring to fig. 1-2, a dishwasher 100 according to the present invention includes a dishwasher body 10 and a skirting board assembly.

The dishwasher body 10 includes a housing 11 and a liner 12, wherein the housing 11 is substantially square, and of course, the shape of the housing 11 is not limited thereto. The shell 11 is provided with a mounting groove with a forward opening, and the liner 12 is mounted in the mounting groove in a front-back sliding manner, so that the operation of a user is facilitated. Here, the casing 11 may be provided with one or more mounting grooves with forward openings, and when the casing 11 is provided with a plurality of mounting grooves with forward openings, the plurality of mounting grooves may be disposed at intervals along the up-down direction, or may be disposed at intervals along the left-right direction, and each of the mounting grooves is correspondingly provided with an inner container 12, so that the plurality of inner containers 12 of the dishwasher 100 may work simultaneously to clean more bowls and chopsticks, thereby improving the cleaning efficiency.

The liner 12 is substantially rectangular, and the shape of the liner 12 is not limited to this. The inner container 12 is used for accommodating tableware such as bowls and chopsticks, and is used as a container for cleaning the tableware. Specifically, the liner 12 includes a liner body 121 and a liner outer frame 122, the liner outer frame 122 is slidably mounted in the mounting groove back and forth, and the liner body 121 has an upward opening for putting in and taking out the tableware. The liner body 121 is generally provided with a water inlet, a water outlet and a ventilation opening, clean water is injected into the liner 12 from the water inlet, and dirty water after cleaning is discharged from the water outlet; after the tableware is cleaned, the ventilation opening is filled with hot air to dry residual water stains on the tableware and sterilize the tableware.

The skirting assembly includes a skirting board 20 and a baffle 40. The skirting board 20 is arranged on the front lower side of the dish washer body 10, and is provided with a mounting surface facing away from the dish washer body 10, and the baffle 40 is movably arranged on the mounting surface, and the distance between the baffle and the mounting surface is adjustable. It should be noted that, the skirting board 20 may be mounted on the housing 11 and detachably connected to the housing 11, for example, the skirting board 20 is fixed on the housing 11 by a screw fixing manner, or the skirting board 20 is fixed on the housing 11 by a snap fixing manner, or the skirting board 20 is fixed on the housing 11 by a magnetic attraction fixing manner. Of course, the skirting board 20 may be mounted on the inner container 12, specifically, the skirting board 20 is detachably connected with the inner container outer frame 122, wherein the skirting board 20 may be fixed on the inner container outer frame 122 by a screw fixing manner, a fastening fixing manner or a magnetic attraction fixing manner. There is no particular limitation herein. The detachable connection of skirting board 20 to liner outer frame 122 will be described in detail below.

The dishwasher 100 according to the present invention comprises a dishwasher body 10 and a skirting board assembly, wherein the skirting board assembly comprises a skirting board 20 and a baffle 40, and the skirting board 20 is arranged on the front lower side of the dishwasher body 10 and has a mounting surface facing away from the dishwasher body 10; the baffle 40 is movably mounted on the mounting surface, and the distance between the baffle and the mounting surface is adjustable. Thus, the user can adjust the distance between the baffle 40 and the skirting board 20 according to the actual needs, and the user can disassemble and assemble the baffle 40 according to the actual needs.

In a preferred embodiment, the skirting board 20 is disposed below the liner outer frame 122 and detachably connected to the liner outer frame 122. The specific manner in which skirting board 20 is removably attached to liner housing 122 will be described in detail below:

in one embodiment, the skirting board 20 is engaged with the liner outer frame 122. Referring to fig. 3, 4 and 5, in the present embodiment, the skirting board 20 is provided with a buckle 26, and the liner outer frame 122 is provided with a clamping hole 125 for clamping the buckle 26. Of course, in other embodiments, a fastening hole may be formed on the skirting board 20, and a fastener 26 that is matched with the fastening hole may be formed on the liner outer frame 122.

In a second mode, the skirting board 20 is magnetically connected to the liner outer frame 122. Specifically, the skirting board 20 is provided with a first magnetic attraction piece, and the liner outer frame 122 is provided with a second magnetic attraction piece magnetically attracted to and matched with the first magnetic attraction piece. At least one of the first magnetic attraction piece and the second magnetic attraction piece is a permanent magnet.

No particular limitation will be imposed on the structure of skirting board 20. Referring to fig. 6, 7 and 11, the skirting board 20 includes a skirting board body 21 extending in the vertical direction and a mounting plate 22 extending forward from the upper end of the skirting board body 21. The catch 26 is provided on the mounting plate 22, preferably the catch 26 is a barb extending rearwardly from the front edge of the mounting plate 22. The baffle 40 is movably mounted to the mounting surface formed on the front surface of the skirting board body 21.

After the tableware is cleaned, hot air is introduced into the ventilation opening to dry residual water stains on the tableware and to sterilize the tableware, condensed water is generated, and part of the condensed water drops onto the skirting board 20. In order to prevent this part of the condensate from flowing along the skirting board 20 onto the kitchen floor, a water receiving portion 23 may be provided at the rear side of said skirting board body 21 to collect this part of the condensate. In a preferred embodiment, the upper surface of the mounting plate 22 is provided with a guiding surface inclined forward and upward for guiding the condensed water into the water receiving portion 23.

In order to guide all the condensed water on the guide surface into the water receiving portion 23, a water blocking rib 27 extending upward may be provided at the edge of the mounting plate 22.

Further, referring to fig. 5, 7 and 11, the mounting plate 22 includes a first inclined portion 221 extending forward and upward from the skirting board body 21, a connecting portion 222 extending upward from the first inclined portion 221, and a second inclined portion 223 extending forward and upward from the connecting portion 222, wherein the flow guiding surface is formed on an upper surface of the second inclined portion 223, and the water receiving portion 23 is disposed at a rear side of the connecting portion 222.

The water receiving portion 23 may be integrally formed with the skirting board 20, or may be separately formed, and is not particularly limited. Referring to fig. 11, the water receiving portion 23 is a water receiving groove formed by extending rearward from the connecting portion 222. The water receiving portion 23 is provided with a downwardly extending supporting rib 25, and the lower end of the supporting rib 25 is connected with the first inclined portion 221. In this way, the supporting ribs 25 can play a good supporting role on the water receiving portion 23.

In addition, referring to fig. 8 to 12, in order to better mount the skirting board 20 on the inner container outer frame 122, a positioning protrusion 124 may be provided on the second inclined portion 223, and a positioning through groove 28 into which the skirting board assembly is inserted may be provided on the inner container outer frame 122. Or a positioning through groove is provided on the second inclined portion 223, and a positioning protruding portion matched with the positioning through groove is provided on the inner container outer frame 122.

In order to prevent the condensed water from flowing out along the positioning through groove 28, the skirting board 20 is further provided with a diversion sink groove 29 located at the periphery of the positioning through groove 28, and the diversion sink groove 29 is communicated with the water receiving portion 23.

In one embodiment, the positioning slot 28 includes a first slot 281 disposed through the mounting plate 22, and the deflector sink 29 includes a first sink 291 disposed at a periphery of the first slot 281.

In another embodiment, the positioning through slot 28 further includes a second slot 282 disposed through the skirting board body 21, and the second slot 282 communicates with the first slot 281; the diversion sink 29 further includes a second sink 292 disposed at the periphery of the second tank 282, where the second sink 292 communicates the first sink 291 with the water receiving portion 23.

Referring to fig. 6 and 7, on the basis of the above embodiment, the dishwasher 100 further includes a water tray 13 installed below the inner container 12, a mounting opening is formed on a side wall of the water tray 13, the water receiving portion 23 is provided with a drainage groove 24 extending backward, and a rear end of the drainage groove 24 passes through the mounting opening to guide water in the water receiving portion 23 into the water tray 13.

The construction of the skirting board assembly will be described in detail below. Referring to fig. 13 to 15, in the present embodiment, the skirting board 20 is provided with a chute 30 extending in a front-rear direction, and a front end of the chute 30 is disposed in an open manner; a sliding member 50 is provided at the rear side of the baffle 40, and the sliding member 50 is telescopically installed in the chute 30.

The sliding groove 30 is made of plastic material and has a certain elasticity, wherein the plastic material can be ABS, PP, PC. The number of the slide grooves 30 is not limited, and may be one, two or more, for example. In this embodiment, two sliding grooves 30 are respectively provided at two ends of the skirting board 20 along the length direction, two sliding members 50 are provided at the rear side of the baffle 40, and the sliding members 50 are disposed in one-to-one correspondence with the sliding grooves 30.

The sliding member 50 is provided with a plurality of movable limiting portions arranged at intervals along the front-rear direction, so that different movable limiting portions are in limiting fit with the chute 30, and the distance between the baffle 40 and the mounting surface is changed. The movable limiting part may be a bendable clamping protrusion 53 or a telescopic elastic sheet, which is not particularly limited herein. In a preferred embodiment, referring to fig. 15, the sliding member 50 is provided with a movable slot, the movable slot has a first slot wall 51 and a second slot wall 52 extending in a front-rear direction, the first slot wall 51 is located above the second slot wall 52, and the locking protrusion 53 is disposed on the first slot wall 51 and/or the second slot wall 52.

The sliding member 50 is a hardware, and the number of the latching protrusions 53 may be three, four, or five, without being limited thereto. For convenience of description, taking the number of the card protrusions 53 as three as an example, the card protrusion 53 located at the front end of the first groove wall 51 is defined as a first card protrusion, the card protrusion 53 located at the rear end of the first groove wall 51 is defined as a third card protrusion, and the card protrusion 53 located between the first card protrusion and the second card protrusion is defined as a second card protrusion.

When the distance between the baffle 40 and the mounting surface needs to be adjusted to be the first distance, the first clamping protrusion can be bent, so that the first clamping protrusion abuts against the inner side wall of the chute 30, and the baffle 40 is limited at the first position. When the distance between the baffle 40 and the mounting surface needs to be adjusted to a second distance, the second clamping protrusion can be bent, so that the second clamping protrusion abuts against the inner side wall of the chute 30, and the baffle 40 is limited at the second position. When the distance between the baffle 40 and the mounting surface needs to be adjusted to be the third distance, the third clamping protrusion may be bent, so that the third clamping protrusion abuts against the inner side wall of the chute 30, thereby limiting the baffle 40 at the third position. Wherein the first distance, the second distance, and the third distance are sequentially increased.

In this embodiment, the movable slot is a through slot penetrating through two sides of the sliding member 50, the first slot wall 51 and the second slot wall 52 are both provided with the clamping protrusions 53, and the clamping protrusions 53 on the first slot wall 51 and the clamping protrusions 53 on the second slot wall 52 are distributed in a staggered manner in the up-down direction.

In order to facilitate the sliding of the sliding member 50 in the sliding groove 30, a guiding rib extending along the front-rear direction may be provided on the sliding member 50, and a guiding groove adapted to the guiding rib may be provided on the inner wall surface of the sliding groove 30.

On the basis of the above embodiment, the side wall of the chute 30 is provided with a limiting hole 54, and the limiting member passes through the limiting hole 54 and is clamped between the clamping protrusion 53 on the first chute wall 51 and the corresponding clamping protrusion 53 on the second chute wall 52. Thus, by providing the stopper, it is ensured that the distance between the baffle 40 and the mounting surface remains unchanged. Specifically, the limiting piece can be a screw, a limiting block and the like.

Referring again to fig. 1, the dishwasher body 10 further includes a door panel 60, and the door panel 60 serves as an exterior decoration, and is mounted to the open end of the mounting slot in a covering manner to open or close the mounting slot. The door panel 60 may be movably mounted on the housing 11, so that the liner 12 may be pulled out of the mounting groove after the door panel 60 is opened. Of course, the door panel 60 may be mounted on the liner outer frame 122, so that the door panel 60 can slide along with the liner 12 in the front-rear direction, which is convenient for the user to operate.

1. A skirting board assembly for a dishwasher, the dishwasher comprising a dishwasher body, characterized in that the skirting board assembly comprises:

the baffle is movably arranged on the mounting surface, and the distance between the baffle and the mounting surface is adjustable;

the skirting board is provided with a chute extending along the front-back direction, and the front end of the chute is opened; the rear side of the baffle is provided with a sliding part which is telescopically arranged in the chute;

two sliding grooves are respectively formed in two ends of the skirting board along the length direction, two sliding pieces are arranged on the rear side of the baffle plate, and the sliding pieces and the sliding grooves are arranged in a one-to-one correspondence manner;

the sliding piece is provided with a plurality of movable limiting parts which are arranged at intervals along the front-back direction, so that different movable limiting parts are in limiting fit with the sliding groove to change the distance between the baffle plate and the mounting surface;

the movable limiting part is a bendable clamping protrusion, and the clamping protrusion is abutted with the inner side wall of the sliding groove.
