The top end of the cylinder body 1 is provided with a water inlet, and a water inlet pipe 4 with a water valve is arranged on the water inlet; the bottom end of the cylinder body 1 is provided with a water outlet, and a water outlet pipe 5 with a water valve is arranged on the water outlet; so, can adjust the liquid level height in the cylinder body 1 according to the concrete height of rubber overshoes through water inlet and delivery port are mutually supported, optimize detection effect.
